Bar staff was attentive, wings still leave something to desire. Pretty good beer selection and plenty of TV for watching sports.

As a wing king, I've eaten at BWW around the country and although I live in Nashua, when I heard they were opening one here I didn't like the idea. This is my favorite food restaurant but this location- crew isn't as friendly. Not going to mention names. The wings up until a few weeks ago hardly ever had sauce on them. Practically plain until I complained and they told me that I had to order them (extra wet- I've never done that before) and the biggest downfall is the amount of friggen dipping sauce they give you!! I ask for extra and I get charged, fine, but they give me 1 extra and they're always half full. read more

Food was fine. Beer on tap was delicious. Waitress called Tori was friendly and all, at first. Then when she approached the end of her shift (we didn't know at first) and literally rushed all 3 of us out there (10:30p). Instead of asking us if we wanted anything else (which we so would have ordered another round of drinks), she asked if we'd like split bills. Then she came back at least 3 more times to rush us pay. Then finally after she took our money, she said that if we needed anything else, new waitress name is xxx but she/he never came by and we weren't in the mood to give this place any more of our money. This type of service is the worst news for any biz. Tori should be retrained. read more

Finally tried this place today, shoulda kept walking. I mean, nice atmosphere, clean, enough giant TV's to keep everyone happy, and waitstaff was very nice, but the food, ugh! III m sorry but the wings were just not up to their reputation. I got the $12 plate to try 2 sauces, came with nothing but a few veggie sticks. No fries or anything. I think there were 10 scrawny, scared Wings on my plate total.Teriyaki sauce was gross, like your cheapest super market brand. Bbq was better but I'm not raving. Hubby's burger was dry. You can't choose how you want it done I guess. So, NOT a good burger joint. Fried pickles for an app were greasy and not many in the serving. But the sauce that came with that was very good. Great place! The food was excellent, the service was great. Had a great atmosphere for watching sports, but my kids also had a great time because they gave them a little electronic toys to play with! I also found it great that the General Manager, I believe his name was Michael, went around from table to table making sure that everybody was happy. I don't think I've ever seen that before. Went here on Tuesday night and waited 25 minutes. Not bad, and we were seated in less than that time. We were taken in and our waitress was a very nice, understanding girl. What could have gone wrong? We ordered our drinks and our food like routine and then waited. And waited. It was almost over 45 minutes before we got our wings - delicious, by the way - but what was the hold up in the kitchen? As someone who works in the restaurant biz, I was hesitant to even think about what could be going on in there... After all, they are wings not some $50 steak. Perhaps we should have ordered an appetizer but that probably would have taken just as long, but we were hangry! Bless the manager who had to deal with us and our waitress was extremely sincere and apologetic so it was not as terrible as it seemed in the moment. Hey, we had an ACC basketball game to watch! Plenty of TVs to please any sports fan. Drinks? Awesome. Service? Nice. Wings? To die for (I recommend parmesan garlic!) Great portions, even the snack size is ample. It is with a heavy heart that I give such a rating, but I would keep this as a backup if you are in the area. Not worth the hype. read more

Horrific, cafeteria quality food. Even the bathrooms are done wrong, no paper towels, hand dryer over the sink so the dirty water from the last guy splashed all over you. How does this place survive? Doesn't make sense....hhhmmm read more

Absolutely horrible. The set up is atrocious, eating "outside" is awkward. This is our third visit thinking that maybe it was just new restaurant kinks but it took over an hour to actually get our food, once we got it it was still wrong. Asked for the manager and he never came over. I'm sticking to Manchester if I want over priced frozen chicken. They need to figure out how to operate or they won't have many repeat customers. read more

I've always been such a huge fan of BWW; the food and environment is always great at Buffalo Wild Wings but unfortunately my last two experiences at this location have really been disappointing. My last two visits I've ordered wings and was charged for ranch/blue cheese dipping sauces and carrots/celery. Even though their menu states that those are included. I guess I'll just have to result to bringing in my own ranch dressing and veggies, who serves wings without a cooling sauce? That's just torture! Before we know it they'll start charging for ketchup, water, silverware... you get the point. Also our waitress today had an attitude after we raised question about the ranch charges, she also updated and re-charged my friends card without showing her a receipt. Not okay... I'm really bummed to be posting his because I'm such a fan of BWW, guess I'll just have to travel to Manchester or Burlington for my fix. read more

Every time my family and I have been there everyone has been so nice and helpful. We have a small toddler and have made messes and had meltdowns and everyone is more than helpful and polite and understanding. The food is always fast and good. The is the best Buffalo is old wings we've been to. read more

Food seems frozen out of a bag. I would say it's a good place to go for a few beers with friends but after today, I would pass. I ordered a Top shelf margarita, the first one filled my glass twice, as it did another time I was there. The second one today was smaller and barely filled my second glass half way. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she said, "yeah, the manager made the first one. We have a new bartender today, sorry about that" and walked away. Well thanks for nothing. read more

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I really would I've never been to a place with horrible service like this before and I go out to eat a lot. First told the waiter that I had a food allergy and then they still messed up and brought me something I was allergic to. Then ordered again and then they messed up again. The waiter seemed completely out of it and there was no one there but like 3 tables. We ordered to go and she messed that up too and then on top of messing up every order they were extremely rude about it some lady came over to our table (I think she's a manager) she didn't even identify her self but she came and gave attitude as well when I asked to change my order. I've never been treated this horrible buy any waiter and I still was being nice considering all the mess up. Then at the end of the night she took forever to bring us the bill because she saw some people she knew and was just chatting it up with them even though she knew we were waiting for the bill. Went in recently, giving it another try. Waitress was definitely high. I brought it the Managers attention(mike), he stated that "he doesnt believe she is, and thats my option". Meanwhile hes speaking to me holding a DD cup, and wearing a jacket. Wearing a jacket in the type of weather we had, maybe hes high too. Interesting to say the least. read more

When I first walked into the restaurant, it seemed very nice. Clean and organized. We got to our table less than a minute after walking in. With that kind of service, we expected the waiter or waitress to be here soon. We waited and waited for 10 minutes. A kind waiter George who was cleaning the table next to ours, noticed our frustration and got us free waters to start. Kindly, he had all our drinks on them. We ordered immediately and waited another ten minutes just to get the requested drinks. A few minutes after that, we got our orders. And boy, it was delicious. Though the service may not be the best, the food is definitely some of the best I've had. read more

BEWARE WING LOVERS- We have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings in Pheasant Lane Mall 3 times in last few weeks since their grand opening. I decided to get 2 large orders of wings to bring to Thanksgiving as I was asked to bring an appetizer. While there for this order my husband and I got something to eat as well. When leaving out waiter, Andre brought me the takeout order. When I placed the order I asked for ranch and blue cheese (usually the normal for wings, I'd say) I asked Andre if the sauces were in the huge bag he gave me for the order, which he assured me they were. The next morning I pulled everything out and transfered wings to oven ware to heat and of course-no sauce, no celery, no carrots...just wings. So I tried to call and leave a message for a call back and also sent message via the website. I did not get a call back, so I called myself. I spoke to a manager named "Sara". She apologized and asked what could be done to rectify. I told her I wanted to be reimbursed. She said she would need to have her GM ca'll mw, but then said she "will reimburse" and "will make it right". I got a call today from GM named Michael. I again explained situation and he said he would send me a gift certificate for $25. The takeout portion of order was $40+, nevermind the fact we gave the kid $20 tip. Michael says he can't reimburse me for the $40+ unless we "brought back the order". Are you kidding me??? Had it been a non holiday when they were open I would have driven back for the sauces. So I was supposed to keep the order in my fridge to return it when they reopen the following day after Thanksgiving??? Ok, is it me or am I being ridiculous to think that people can do they're job correctly and if not, then provide good customer service. Anyways, as much as I love buffalo wings, I will not step foot in there again. Please tell me if I'm asking too much. I am incredibly appalled with the behavior of the manager on the night of 12/10/2016. At around 11:00 pm on this particular evening, I sat down at the bar to order some food. In order to sit at the bar, an I.D. needs to be presented, which both my boyfriend and I did. A few moments later, the manager, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, comes up to us, accusing us of giving her fakes. She called us stupid and childish and told us to get out of her establishment. I would have gladly left, however, this was my real and only form of identification and I was not leaving without it. The manager refused to listen to what my boyfriend and I had to say and began PASSING AROUND out IDs to random customers at the bar, laughing and talking about how stupid we were for trying to use fakes. She told us to, and I quote, "Take the $50 dollar hit (apparently the price of a fake) and leave." I proceeded to remove myself from the situation and called the cops. The cops, who were very professional, took our IDs out to the car to scan. Within 5 minutes, the cops returned and handed our IDs back to us, and told the manager that they were, in fact, real. The manager's jaw dropped and she flustered out some sort of BS regarding what her "booklet" told her about her ids. The women gave us no apology and continued to try and defend herself. I understand that she has a liquor license to protect, however the way in which she treated my boyfriend and I was wildly unprofessional and degrading. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and will never give my money to this establishment again. read more
