Went there for a late lunch and beer with a friend. Food was good, service was fine, worthy of a 3 or 4 star rating. However, when I check my credit card statement, I discovered that my $6.75 tip (~24%) was changed to $10. When I took my copy of the receipt back to the store, the manger (Antwon) looked up the bill on their system. He submitted a refund to my credit card and gave me several coupons ($5 off $25 or more, expiring at the end of the month). This Buffalo Wild Wings by Tanger Outlets has got to be the worst service Ive had anywhere in my life!!! I understand people make mistakes but this place was clearly a mess for all customers when I was there! Slowest service, first my beer was wrong I ordered budlight draft got an IPA the bartender was constantly sitting at a table instead of servicing drinks, when mine was wrong she was in her chair so a waitress had to come to me, the food was awful, the slider looked like a round piece of charred dirt, come on is that all you think of your customers it was a fingernail thick. Waiting on sauces was a good 15 minute wait. The people next to us left because their stuff was wrong and they waited forever. Another person while I was paying had their order wrong and of course the waitress barely checked on anyone so they had to go up and tell them like I had to, then you'd have thought it was our fault because they weren't very friendly about it. Basically the hood of all B- dubs.... do not go here I mean it, it should be shut down. A big corporation like this and you let it go to crap. I've been to several locations and this one needs to be shut down! it was clearly the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a lo by time by the amount of dirt and dust on the back of the toilets, the staff was ghetto as hell. Place is awesome. Always packed so the wait time might be much. But the wings are awesome, love the sauces, and the onion rings are my favorite so so good. She took out drink order, we waited 20 minutes for them and she never brought waters, I had to get up and get them from the bar which is fine but server was standing around on her phone. It took forever for the bartender to acknowledge my presence because she was engrossed in discussion/banter with the attractive young men at the far end. ‍ when she did come over she was pleasant. I ordered guac and chips because it was late and I didn't want a big meal. I know guac isn't their forte but I figured it was simple enough. Wrong. I tried adding fresh squeezed lime and salt and pepper and nothing could salvage the most awful guac I've ever had - and I didn't have high expectations. Next time I'll stick with wings. We were told it was a 35 minute wait, but we got seated probably within 15-20 minutes. Mostly clean, to include the bathrooms. We all ordered the 10 boneless wings with fries. After failing to come to a resolution, Finally manager agreed to honor promo. Picked up food. Received the 10 free wings but did not receive the 10 wings I paid for nor the condiments or celery. Three other colleagues ordered as well. One received boneless wings instead of the bone in as ordered. Another colleague did not receive any sauces. A third colleague said she felt her chicken was not cooked completely and it smelled bad.
