I have been twice now and have had take-out once and have always had very friendly wait staff and good service. Also the place is very clean (it's also new). I have just kept to beer and wings for the most part when I have gone. My overall experiences have been good however it is very hit or miss for me as far as the sauces are concerned. Some of the "unique" flavors of wing sauce were quite good, yet some of the traditional sauces (such as Teriyaki) were just down right awful to my wife and I. How on Earth do you destroy a recognized franchise like B Dubs? Open one in the heart of despair. I have been a patron of BWW since my time serving in the military in Tampa, FL. I went to this particular location 3 seperate times to give them a fair shake. The first time was when the place was about a week into their grand opening. The food was excellent. Service was good and prices were reasonable. (I attribute this to the possibility that corporate trainers were in place at all levels to teach the Wild Wing way of doing things.) I returned with friends approximately 1 month later and found the service slow and sometimes even non existent causing me to get up and find my waitress not once but three seperate times for drink refills, napkins and finally the bill. The wings were decent but nowhere near that of the first week. They were small, and overcooked. Still about 5 months later we all met up to give it another try. This time we were met by a hostess who was very friendly and upbeat. She seated the four of us told us who are waitress would be and off she bounced. We were there around 3:30 PM and were one of only 5 tables and an empty bar. 5 minutes went by and no waitress. 10 minutes came and no waitress. At the 12 minute mark I got up and walked to the bar. I greeted the bar tender and asked as to the whereabouts of our waitress. The bar tender appologized and said she would send her over immediately. I returned to the table and sat down. Within a minute the waitress appeared, appologized and took the table's whole order as we had plenty of time to decide. She returned within 2 to 3 minutes with our drink orders and then smiling asked, "Have we decided?" Decided what? I asked truly thinking I was going to be engaged in some strange and trivial type of conversation. Almost simultaneously she stated, "Or do you need a few more minutes?" Dumbfounded by the strange conversation and looking perplexed, I asked, "A few minutes for what? We already gave you our order." I may have well as described quantum mechanics in a foreign language. Because I could actually see her eyes flash and swear I heard her hard drive reboot. The only thing missing from this fleeting moment in time was a pop up box that read, "Sys.boot.exe Not Found." I quickly and with the gentle reassurance one would use with a small child said, "You wrote it down hun." She embarrasingly flushed over with a crimson red and appologized ensuring us she had put it in and became confused. She was apologetic and repeated that the order had been placed. 15 minutes elapsed and I kid you not, she returned with four meals. Okay I know what you are thinking, "15 minutes is reasonable." And you are right. The problem is not one order delivered to our table was even remotely close to what we ordered. It was four random meals. This was brought to her attention immediately and she again rebooted right before our eyes. This time she did not come back online. She said, "Ummm" and hurriedly walked off toward the bar. Okay this is commical now but then it was mind boggling. As though TV cameras were about to surround our table at any moment with some smiling show host laughing about his shenanigans. It did not happen however instead a woman appeared, introduced herself as the manager, appologized and asked about the issue with the food. It is important to point out here that the manager's eyes were bloodshot, tearing and bulging out of the sockets. Quite possibly the worst sinus cold in the history of sinus colds. Except for the overwhelming, sickening, skunky aroma of (And I am assuming since this is Rhode Island) the Devil's lettuce. At that point we all just asked to pay for our drinks and get out of there. She obliged and we went nextdoor to the steak house. B Dubs has hit the Rhode Island wall. An entire state I would love to review for you, but sadly I do not have the time. We've been to this location before multiple times with no issue, but tonight was terrible. The wings came out undercooked with little sauce, and when I asked for the manager (Shawna), she came out with a serious attitude. I never ask for a manager, but she said because I already ate a few wings (around 5) out of a large order of 20 wings, she would make me a fresh order of 10. When I politely mentioned that this was rather cheap considering I only had a few wings, the number was brought up to 13 wings like it was some grand deal that I was a fool to miss out on. The waitress we had was very nice, and it was by no means her fault, but that manager should honestly check herself before she wrecks herself. Again, the manager had a nasty attitude when she left. My Thursday night spot, this place is great for us it's local the staff is friendly and we are part of the regular crowd. The food it's consistent and we like trying the new sauces when they come out to mix things up. The always have a beer special so if you are not picky you can get some cheap beer to go with your wings. You can get get your wings a few different styles... my personal favorite is traditional, extra crispy with the Salt vinegar dry rub. Don't recommend ordering desserts they always take forever. I have now had three terrible experiences with this Buffalo wild wings location. The last time I went before this time I had ordered online and I got home to find that I was missing 10 wings, I called back and they assured me that they would send me a gift card and they did about a month later after I had called to make sure it was sent. Yesterday was my birthday and I was looking to find a restaurant that had birthday offers and with that $10 gift card and a birthday offer we would've almost had a free dinner, So I decided to give it a try when I called to place my order the girl told me to try to place my birthday wings online because it would be easier for them to figure it out. I tried to place those online and it didn't work so I called back to place them and I was told everything was all set and they were going to hook it up to my order that I had placed already... Well my boyfriend went to pick the food up and they gave him a hard time and we're very disrespectful to him trying to say that we didn't call and order the birthday wings when that's the whole reason why we ordered this because from my last experience I wouldn't of come back if I didn't have to gift card. Long story short we didn't get the birthday wings. When I called to speak to a manager to get this figured out after he had gotten home without some thing that we had ordered the girl who answered the phone basically agreed with me that the manager just told her what to say and wouldn't get on the phone and talk to me...so here I am a day later still upset writing a terrible review because I believe that this Buffalo wild wings location deserves it. Waitstaff are terrible. We were rushed from the time we seat down till the time we left. We ordered drinks and we didn't have time to look at the menu and we were asked what we wanted for appetizer and not only that as we waited for the drinks the staff came back and ask what we want to order for meals. Great place to go with friends and family. Awesome wings but don't oversee the rest of the menu. We had the ultimate nachos as an appetizer some wings which were offered with a variety of sauces and a buffalo chicken wrap. I must say the Nachos were out of this world, chicken perfectly dorm and the was great as well. I am very UPSET with the service I was provided. I must say the same about the food. I've been to this location 2 times. The first time wasn't bad, the entree was delicious along with the chili queso. However, the waitress was forgetful. Kind, but forgetful. My second, and LAST visit for sure definitely earned its 1 star review. I got the same chili queso again, however this time around it was cold. Definitely was not prepared fresh, and I must only wonder how long it was in the refrigerator. Food should be prepared fresh at all times. Very unprofessional. My entree was good as last time, but once it came to dessert it was a disaster. My occupants ordered the New York style cheesecake. I went with the chocolate fudge cake for myself. All 3 desserts were harder than a rock. Very very astonished, we quickly contacted our waitress for service, she made us aware that they're taken off a truck. $5.79 for frozen cheesecake? RIDICULOUS. absolutely ridiculous. I am disgusted with how unprofessional this chain is. Management, and cooking staff should be ashamed with this. Dessert/apps/entrees should always be fresh. Frozen queso AND dessert? People should not be paying money for that. Favorite place for the kids as they are old enough to love wings finally!!!! Service and staff are top shelf, fun helpful and attentive. Not silly or over the top like the place next door. Mix up your order and get several kinds of sauce for the wings. Not crazy about the dry rubs and be careful ordering as many of the best names for wings are not sauces here but rubs. The staff will walk you through it but you can screw up your order if you don't really read the menu. read more

I didn't go here expecting much. Well, we didn't get much. Waited over an hour for food and then it came out raw. That's right we were served raw chicken. Really bad service, Hostess could have cared less that we were there, seem'd upset that we interrupted her conversation with a co-worker when we came in. The server and "the manager" that comes to the table was even unsure of the menu as to what the portion of the day meant. I recently went to this Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Celtics and I must say I was impressed. I loved the atmosphere-very fun and exciting. I didn't even want to rate this place with one star, but I had to rate it in order to write this review. Due to the experience I had today, it definitely deserves no stars. So anyway, I went out to lunch with my grandparents to celebrate me going to college very soon. In the beginning we had ordered 3 drinks, that were all the same thing, and our waitress brought over 2. She said she would be right back with the 3rd, and it took frickin 10 minutes! For a frickin single drink to be brought to a table!! Then she took our order. It took like 15 minutes for our appetizer to come out, and besides that we had only ordered 3 things- wings, mac'n'cheese, and a sandwich. It took AN HOUR just for the wings and mac'n'cheese to get to the table. And the wings weren't even hot:/ The waitress said the sandwich would be right out, but by the time it came (which was like 10 or 15 minutes), we had already finished the mac'n'cheese and wings. We didn't take the sandwich in the end because we had places to be and so much time had already passed. It shouldn't have taken as long as it did for everything to be made. It's not even like they were busy!! There were literally like 4 or 5 other tables besides ours. We spoke with the manager about how crappy our experience was, and she paid our whole bill, and we appreciated that. But seriously we shouldn't have had to wait as long as we did for everything. I'm not fully blaming the waitress for this, mostly the manager. Some celebration I had right before I move to college! I took my children there for dinner and sat there for a while before our waitress even came over. While we were waiting for our food, a group of teenage boys was sat behind us. Not only were they loud but they reeked of pot. Not something I want my kids around. When my daughter went to the restroom she over heard a conversation between two waitresses and how they knew a table wasn't going to tip good because they were kids and how they were going to give them their check and before they cash out have a manager void some of it so they can get somewhat of a tip. I had never been to Buffalo Wild Wings so I decided to try it. I wasn't impressed at all. Their was 5 of us that went together and we were all disappointed. We all got different meals to see if we liked one thing over the other, but we didn't like anything. I ordered a small order of wings that had 5 pieces and a large fry with cheese and bacon. The fries are gross j can make better fries than that. The cheese on the fries wasn't even soft it was like the cheese was put on and thrown in the microwave for a few seconds, it was a glob of solid cheese, and for a large it wasn't very large. The wings weren't any better, they were tiny and had no taste to them other than the dry taste they had. The meal was horrible, like I said I can do better. The service wasn't bad, the place it self is kind of cool. Since its supposed to be a sports bar type place everything taste better when your drunk. read more

We check this place out, I give it an Eh! It was so loud with all the televisions and radio blaring, along with the people yelling over the noise. The bathroom doors open out and every time the men's door opened, I had a clear look into the men's room...gross! Same for the ladies room, although I don't believe any man ever complained. Our appetizer took over 25 minutes, and without even asking the manager took it off our check. When it finally came I asked for a plate to cut my chicken, and was told they don't have plates! I had to cut them in a paper boat! My son and husband enjoyed their boneless chicken and big daddy burger (?), they ended up switching plates half way through. Tonight, my boyfriend and I went in for dinner around 9:20. We put in our food order around 9:35, and the manager Ashley came over to us around 9:55 and stated that the kitchen had not put enough food down in the fryer, and it was no excuse and their would be reprocussions for those team members. Ashley was quick to offer us something to snack on while we waited, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately last time my boyfriend and I were in there, we had an issue too. Food is okay. I got the black and blue burger, it was edible but had no flavor at all, I had my wife try it and she didn't even know it was anything other theb a regular burger. It was dry because they all come medium well with no options, that's fine but let me atleast taste the flavoring. The fries were good but not that many. The beers are cold and priced fare. HA I feel as though that it is my civic obligation to warn the world of this place. For starters, close this page NOW and don't even consider this restaurant to be an option. For those of you who don't believe and are still reading, be forewarned, that if you don't believe my experience here and go there, you will be sorry. Let me start with the positives, a percentage of the women here are absolutely stunning. Nice fun bags and stellar behinds. The beer is ice cold and the fried pickles are good. That's about all I can give this place credit for. Now the negatives. Parking is an abortion and the place is constantly packed. It is extremely loud and the patrons are over served at this licensed establishment. I ordered the large 20 pc bone in wings. I was able to choose 4 sauces. I picked garlic Parmesan, honey BBQ, Asian zing and traditional hot. I'm a wing man. I love wings. Well friends, after waiting nearly 50 minutes for my order a plate was put in front of me.... And it wasn't the plate of wings that my mouth was watering for. I was given 20 chunks of deep friend breading with a hint of chicken in the middle. The sauce... I don't even know what the sauce was. Nothing I ordered. I'm not one to complain so I began eating the deep fried breading and all I tasted was old oil. I didn't taste any chicken. The food was horrible so I said something. The waitress gave me a death glare and took my plate away angrily. I could've punched her in the face. Then comes back with wings minutes later with completely different sauces. So I said F that and sent her back with the joke of an order she gave me and requested the manager. This guy comes over who looks like he was hired straight out of da ACI. I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings last Sunday to watch the patriots game and meet up with some friends. I had an excellent waitress who was very helpful with the menu and knew all about the different sauces. I ended up ordering a snack size traditional of honey barbecue. Late Sunday night not many people left eating. Was quiet, and we were told very quiet even with 79 tv's on. Had pulled pork with potato wedges. Very flavorful. Buffalo chicken burger with onion rings were awesome. Had the cheese cake balls with caramel and chocolate sauce. Solid 10! Amanda was a great waitress. We will go back. read more
