We went in with a large group and called them days in advance. They did not have enough staff. Although the server was very nice she was overwhelmed. We ordered a shrimp po boy and a burger. The po boy came on a bun instead of a hoagie roll. It was impossible to eat as a sandwich and had to use a fork. I asked for jalapeños and pickles with my burger and received neither. I had to ask twice and then got pickle spears (hard to put on a burger) and was told they were out of jalapeños. Burger was way overcooked and dry. Saw the manager a few times but he never lifted a finger to help. This restaurant is way over priced for the mediocre food. If you go here stick with the overpriced wings. read more

What a complete letdown. Wanted nachos and what was brought to our table was just that. Just nacho chips with very little cheese and that was it. Oh besides the chicken we added. Asked our server and she said that is how they do them now. So disappointed. The service was so bad at the O'fallon Highway K location. I received my bill for $13.26 and another bill for $13.04. I payed with $40 for both bills. After waiting for over 15 minutes to get our change back I never got the second bill back. I told our server that I didn't receive the change from the second bill and she proceeded to tell me that I only payed with 1 $20 bill. She then told me I payed for a meal of 13 dollars and 6 dollars and that it even out to 20 dollars. I got my change back from my first meal which doesn't make sense since it supposedly added up in change. After that I then went to the manager and the server proceeded to lie and tell her manager that I only gave her 1 $20 bill. After finally figuring it out she pulled the second $20 bill out of her tip pile. The server was very unprofessional and decided to take money from one of her customers. read more

My husband and I picked up a to go order from here. When we got home my husbands 15 piece boneless wings had no sauce on them. They didn't even it have it on the side either. We called up there and of course we don't want to go back out to get a new batch. We asked if they could just refund our money for his meal. They said they would send a gift card instead and took down our information. 2 weeks laster, still no gift card. Not only did we pay $15 for basically overpriced chicken nuggets, but they acted like they were going to make it right and never did. Now we won't be going back. read more

On more than one occasion the customer service has been bad. Myself and a group of friends went there and ordered beverages and he didn't even get carded. On the same day they made us wait a long time for our bill. We have tried ordering on the phone since and they still make us wait over an hour for our food when the waitress said it would be ready in 20 minutes. read more

I was having a good day until i went to this "fine" establishment. Than everything changed when the ranch ninjas attacked. I ordered a small order of boneless lemon and pepper wings and had requested ranch because ranch is heavenly. They told me it would take about ten minutes to recieve my nutritional meal. Little did I know that between the time i ordered my meal and the time i recieved it the ranch ninjas had stealthily walked into BWW and stolen ALL the ranch!! Went to BWW with 4 family members for some wings and bit of hockey. Once inside, it was relatively busy, but thinning a bit. March Madness games were on and was the beginning of a Blues game. There was no hostess at the podium, so we waited several minutes, not a few, several minutes for the host/ess, to no avail. I saw a worker and asked if he would clean a table that had just been vacated as it would suit our group perfectly. He responded, "Sure." He finished bussing another table and started on ours. Half-way though bussing the table, he left. I watched as he went to claim food orders at the pass to send them out. Okay, no problem...I get it, get the food out, then bus the table. But...several minutes later no table cleaning, he disappeared! My group sat at the table anyway (still no hostess at the podium) and bussed the table ourselves. I could continue on with this review, but suffice to say we were not pleased AT ALL. Everything started on a bad note and continued this way. Servers are young and completely inexperienced. Don't send a high school aged servers to take adult beverage orders. She understandably had no clue what we wanted. And it made it more frustrating trying to explain it to her. The more experienced server (who we had to flag down) seemed to have been thrown our way and she was a bit out of sorts. She did take our order, but told us the kitchen was way behind. Really? The earlier crowd had faded...the kitchen should be gaining ground. Anyway, service overall was horrible, we arrived at 7:10 pm and at 8:00pm without drinks, save two glasses of water, we departed the premises vowing to never return. Horrible, horrible service. Ordered wings from Papa Johns along with a large pizza and enjoyed the game at home. Sad...I used to like Buffalo Wild Wings. New owner needs to figure it out. read more

I come here frequently and tonight was by far the worst experience I've had not only at Buffalo Wild Wings but ever. I ordered a drink, and she rang it in wrong not only once but twice and then the third time she brought out the correct one saying "3rd times a charm." There was only 4/5 tables on the dinning side of the restaurant and our appetizer came out and less then 1minute before our entrees came out. My boyfriend had asked for buffalo sauce and she she came out with spices. She only checked on us once during our meal and we needed refills and had no silverware. Being in the serving industry I know this is unacceptable, at least where I work. When we come back we will know not to ask for Haley. read more

This location had a lot of problems since they moved to their location. I have talked to the managers a couple of times and the entire management staff was let go and replaced with an amazing lineup. The other day the manager brought out my to go order and showed me. He was like I don't think there's enough sauce on these so he respun them and gave me a few extra for the extra wait. He explained how bad the previous managers were so I would say try this BWW one more time before you write them off. a complete 180 turn around. read more

Worst service I have ever endured for mediocre food. It took over two hours from start to finish on a Thursday night (8 p.m.) for a "quick" dinner and beer. When we pointed out to the manager that service was slow (30 minutes to get a beer we ordered and close to 60 minutes for some boneless wings), the only response we got was, "We got busy. I'd love to go home now, too." He also complained to us that he was in the back having to cook patrons' dinners. Not my problem. The only time we ever go here is when others suggest it. On the plus side, the new restaurant has better parking than their old location did. read more

Server this time around was great. The place was packed, server warned us that there would be a 30 minute wait for our food. No big deal, we got an appetizer. 50 minutes from walking in the door our order is being prepped in the kitchen. Again the server was nice, attentive, but the kitchen service is terrible. You would imagine there would be some kind of scheduling projections that go into play when you're a sports restaurant and there are football replays, baseball and hockey to be viewed at your establishment, plus the birthday party in back that didn't just show up on a whim. We ordered mac and cheese and wings, not sure the hold up other than working on orders as they're creatd, which is a pretty inefficient way to run a restaurant. read more

I've never usually had an issue but tonight, the customer service was unacceptable. We ordered online at 6pm and it said it would be ready about 6:20pm. We went there a little before 6:20 and they said it would be about another 12-15mins. At 6:50 we asked again when it would be ready and they just said "I don't know" and that was it. We left without getting any of our food. Wasted an hour of our time on this and did not get any food. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Went to this BWW on a Wednesday around 7pm. Place wasn't very crowded. We got seated right away and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for a waiter. They never came. Waiters all around talking or doing other things beside greeting us. We walked out after about 12 minutes. I can excuse that if it were busy or short staffed but this was not the case. This location has been going downhill for awhile and thought I would give it one last chance. They failed again. Last few times the food is inconsistent and the wings were fried too long or have way too much breading. By the looks of the other reviews, let's wave a good bye to this crappy location. read more

I gave them a try again after getting annoyed at the old location. Server there referred to my daughter as Blondie the entire night and the server's tip reflected that from paying parent. So gave them another try at new location. This time server was sweet but either new or just not trained. Just slow in bringing us refills and then the check. Must have been there same night as prior reviewer because upon leaving I saw employees wrapping silverware and eating. Unless this is just a bad habit they've allowed them to do? The night I was there was a week night and slow. Hopefully they'll get their act together, do some training on how to treat customers and maybe this place will get some better reviews. read more
