Amazing customer service and delicious food. we absolutely loved it! Katie was our server and was absolutely wonderful! Best server I have ever had!

Service was awesome - food was mediocre - ordered medium rare got medium well. This is the third time the steak was cooked incorrectly. The corn tasted as if it came out of the can. Very disappointing. The restaurant is very loud and sometimes too much.

Our first visit to this new location. It's a larger spot but otherwise has the same lodge/log cabin feel. TR offers a varied meat, chicken, seafood, salad menu but it's known as a steak place. The large (12oz., 14oz., and 16 oz.) steaks offer options to diners. For example, we two split the 12oz. ribeye and--with the two included sides and table rolls--were sufficiently satisfied. That makes a better meal for the price of two fast food meals, excluding tip. Service was very good and attentive.

Picked up to-go order and rolls were burnt! Can guarantee these would not have been served to someone dining in.

New location is much larger and the added bonus of the extra parking is quite nice. I love that now you have to ask for peanuts and you get a bag. It was so messy before and so many kids just diving into the barrel of peanuts. Adorable but love this new concept. Birthdays are a great treat here! You get ice cream with chocolate syrup plus a little yeehaw singing celebration. Great for kids and the fun adults! Food is delicious and always fresh.

I really have enjoyed this location since they have reopened. I forgot to take a picture of my food but the steak kabobs were real tasty. Have you ever had them Green beans? Guess what they are actually seasoned .... My real reason for stopping in was to have a drink. Hope these pictures make the statement. This will sneak up on you so give it a minute ....

Haven't been to a steakhouse in a bit so we decided to hit up Texas Roadhouse (TR) for an early dinner. Normally the dinner rush is never a good time to visit but we got off work early and made a run for it. It was happy hour so we took advantage of the margarita special and order mango one with a extra shot of Patron, delicious! Next we went with their version of the blooming onion and was another delicious treat. The onion took us a few minutes to handle before we ordered our courses. Wife ordered the chicken fried steak and I ordered the beef fried steak. Each came with sides and were both healthy portions. We got lucky and arrived to catch the early bird special and we're also nicely discounted. TR had plenty of seating and can handle large groups and tables were serviced quickly. Food was delivered quickly and as we ordered. Service was very professional and checked on us frequently as well as the management staff. Overall, a great experience and nice will grab a steak and all the trimmings, they sure looked good.

Tried Texas Roadhouse for our family Christmas Eve dinner. We called ahead and were able to be seated fairly quickly. Our order came out at a reasonable time and the food was great. Big enough portions and cooked thoroughly. The only issue we had was there was no where to park. My husband and I circled the parking lot twice until he decided to park at the stores next door. It was just annoying to see big groups lingering outside talking still, who were done eating and needed to leave so parking would become available.

I've been at O'Fallon Texas Roadhouse for several years now and never had a bad experience. The food is consistently good, the atmosphere, albeit a little noisy at times is generally very positive and upbeat. The service is always good and sometimes even great. The new store has over 2x the parking and more seating. Out of all the Texas Roadhouse locations in my area this is my favorite.

Food was mid. Could have made a better steak at home. Rolls were quite dry which was unusual. Best part was the cactus blossom.

We called ahead and made a reservation for five, and everything went smoothly--we were seated right on time. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service throughout the evening. Honestly, the toughest part of the visit was deciding what to order because there are so many great options on the menu. I ended up going with a house salad (with rustic croutons, hard-boiled egg, cucumbers, bacon, tomatoes, and cheddar) paired with their vinaigrette dressing, along with the ahi tuna entrée. The tuna was sesame-crusted and served with sriracha aioli, soy ginger sherry sauce, sushi rice, and spinach. The presentation really stood out--it was sliced and arranged over the rice in a way that almost resembled a sushi roll. Everything tasted fantastic, and while the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it worth it. This was my sixth visit over the years, and I've consistently had great experiences with both the food and service.

They also have other inventive offerings in their cocktail menu and a varied selection of wine by the glass. Normally, I prefer a locally owned establishment but the location was convenient and honestly, the menu sounded good. I did not get a steak, much to my personal dismay but my friend did and I thought he liked his. We started with some drinks (wine for me and my one friend and a cocktail for the other). Our waiter was very pleasant and gave us plenty of time to decide in between friendly chatter. We had a little mishap where my friend's wine (red wine) fell off the tray and went everywhere. They gave him some towels and soda water to clean and were very apologetic. He was wearing jeans, thankfully! They even took it off his bill to compensate for the trouble. The manager came out and again apologized. We started with some calamari which were delicious and freshly prepared. They were light and crunchy with a wonderful marinara accompaniment. I ordered the ahi tuna prepared medium, served on top of sushi rice. Both the preparation and flavors were exceptional. We were offered dessert twice but simply could not accommodate any more. The food we had were good and satisfied our appetite. I would, of course, like to come back here and try their steak someday!

Given my previous rave review, it might seem strange that this follow-up is going to be so bad, but…read morethis place is really floundering. We will NEVER be back. My husband and I had dinner there last night for a special occasion. We were immediately a little freaked out by a male waiter who appeared to be bouncing off the walls, as if he was on crack. At one point, he almost fell into our table, and all I could think was, "please, please, don't let this be our waiter." Guess what. He was. He never introduced himself, but he acted like he thought he was onstage at a comedy club. He was just getting a massive kick out of what he apparently thinks is a personality, but all I could think is that this place clearly doesn't test for drugs. Since we were celebrating an occasion, we asked to start with a bottle of Chardonnay. After an unacceptable wait time, he brought me a single glass of Chardonnay and loudly declared it, "a generous pour." I had to remind him that we had ordered a bottle. Despite the fact that he never once introduced himself, we were able to learn his name from our check when he brought it, and his manager and coworkers will know exactly who he is from my description. Brother, I am not going to divulge your name here, but please call someone. Get some help. Please. He has what sounds to me to be a strong southern accent. I'm from Alabama, and I felt like I was back home, in the worst possible way. He has no concept of how to be a waiter, but he sure is impressed with himself and his schtick. Think Jeff Foxworthy - "you might be a redneck" - but without any of the charm. He's just loud, obnoxious, and incompetent. He practically hangs from the chandeliers. Again, we were celebrating a special occasion, and our waiter (let's call him M) eventually did figure out how to bring us a bottle of wine - which tasted off, with a vague aftertaste of olives, of all things. Then he dashed off, because there were clearly customers there who were far more important than us. He had ZERO interest in providing us service. He was hyperfocused on the large table that they were anticipating - clearly someone was having a party. That doesn't mean that my husband and I didn't deserve basic service. We were celebrating something too. We just weren't quite so ostentatious about it. I ordered the seafood ravioli, and my husband ordered spaghetti with one meatball. Neither meal came with a salad, but M seemed to desperately want my husband to have one, so he finally said, "fine, bring me the salad." Again, the wait time was downright silly, but M eventually brought him the salad, and then acted as if he had screwed up by not also bringing me a salad plate (I hadn't asked for one and didn't want one). According to my husband, the salad that nobody wanted (and that we had to pay extra for) was edible, but nothing special. Finally, our entrees came. The menu described the seafood ravioli as "Large ravioli noodles filled with lobster, shrimp, and scallops, served in a rich, creamy sauce with mushrooms, clams, and garlic." Sure, if you say so. What I actually got was CHEESE ravioli in a cream sauce that somehow managed to be both bland and overwhelming - quite a feat! The cheese smell was so strong it was nauseating. I did manage to find a few clams in the sauce, but it was nothing like what the menu had promised, and there wasn't even the slightest hint of seafood in the ravioli stuffing. If lobster, shrimp, or scallops were involved, I saw no sign of it. The few clams I managed to find in the sauce were the only hint that this was supposed to be a seafood dish. It was quite some time before M bothered to acknowledge us again, so when he finally did check on us, I explained that my dish was inedible. His demeanor changed completely, and from then on, he barely acknowledged us, and when he did, he was rude. He didn't apologize for the bad food. He didn't ask if I'd like anything else. He just walked away with my barely-touched food, clearly pissed, and he couldn't resist making a snide comment about having to ask his manager if he could take it off the bill, because he didn't have the authority to do it on his own (I hadn't asked him to). The manager didn't bother to say anything to us, and M barely spoke to us again. I went home hungry. Some celebration. At this point, I just wanted out of this place, so as soon as my husband finished his food, we were out of there as fast as we could move. What we had hoped would be a pleasant celebratory dinner, ended up being, hands-down, my worst restaurant experience ever, and we will NEVER be back.
