First time coming here, me and a few co-workers wanted to check this place out to watch a few basketball games and our hotel was nearby. This place was an utter disappointment. We were trying to sit at the bar but even though every seat was open at the bar and even most of the dining tables were open this place was completely dirty and trashed. The food was not too bad at all since we wanted to order while watching the game. I don't know if they understand what their team but we waited 20 minutes to order our meal and it was getting closer to last call and closing time. Staff here was not friendly at all with us throughout our visit. I was highly disappointed with my experience here. My server gave me a dirty look for giving him a low tip. Came here with family. We wanted to watch some football and enjoy some wings. It wasn't crazy busy. Our server was nice and it was hard to tell at first if they were short on servers or if the kitchen was short. She did apologize for whatever the ordeal was. They were out of wedges and onion rings. Which prevented one of our guests from ordering the ultimate sampler. everything else was okay. Avoid this buffalo wild wings location. They are very short staffed and even had the bar closed. I went there for lunch today and there were barely any people in the restaurant, including employees. We were even warned. It would be over 30 minutes before our food came. They blamed it on online ordering when the food came. It was room temperature at best. I will never go to this location again. I even addressed this through the waitress to the manager. They didn't even offer a discount because of the poor service. They wouldn't honor a coupon because it says couldn't be used with other offers. It was simply something off the menu not another offer. Stay away if you don't want to be disappointed. read more

m not the type to complain about small inconveniences or shortcomings, especially in the good service industry, having worked in it 5 years myself, but this BWW needs a change of management or something. We were sat after a 5 minute wait at the hostess booth where there was only one couple in front of us that also waited 5 minutes. After being sat, it was a solid 10 minutes before the server stopped by. She did apologize for the wait and explained she had 3-4 tables in multiple sections, meaning this 18 year old girl was trying to wait on 8 tables by herself. Rarely have I heard of servers having more than 5. Under normal circumstances I probably would've given her the benefit of the doubt had I not seen her stop and chat at the bar and walk about the restaurant with an nonchalant demeanor and with no sense of urgency. We don't stick around to order but from past experience your food is going to take longer than average, arrive overcooked and room temp. I placed an order to be delivered on 8/10. The order consisted of 6 wings a BLT and potato wedges. The wings were cold dry and very small. the potato wedges never got here but the BLT was good. Therefore I gave a 2 star rating. We believe the wings were the worst we ever purchased. read more

Although there's an adequate amount of staff and open tables available they have customers waiting to be seated for a long time, even longer wait for your ordered food, and then they bring out completely cooled off food. Not worth the money or time at all. read more

Absolutely the worst service my husband and I have had at any sit down restaurant in a long time. We sat at our table for nearly 10 minutes before our server ever came to greet us and take our order. We started with drinks and an appetizer. The drinks and pretzel knots came out quickly, but we were very disappointed in the quality and quantity of the pretzels. There were 5 tiny undercooked pretzels, pair with the smallest cup of watered down cheese sauce I have ever seen. After we ordered our meals, we waited for 45 minutes and still had no food. Our server came by and said she checked with the kitchen and our food would be out soon they were just very backed up - she did not offer any apology. We proceeded for the next 20 minutes to watch other tables of guests who were seated long after us receive their food while we still had nothing. Finally, my husband had to ask another man working if he could check on our order for us. The server shortly retuned and said it turned out the kitchen "lost our ticket" - although she told us 20 minutes before that she had just checked on the order and it was almost ready. We told the server we were not waiting any longer and would like to leave. She returned with a check and told us "we took all the food off that you never got" like she was doing us a favor for not charging us for food we never had? She did not apologize for wasting our time, lied about checking on our order and did not offer any additional accommodations for our terrible experience. Instead, she wanted to charge us $15 for a water, Diet Pepsi and five pretzels knots. This place has terrible service and does not care about their customers or making bad experiences right. We understand things happen and orders get lost, but the fact that we were lied to, kept waiting for over an hour, and offered no accommodations or apologies, it just really shows what a poor business this place is running. A total of 8 groups of people there with approximately 30 open tables and booths and we were not allowed to sit in a booth. 3:45pm on a Sunday and they have a lack of servers and won't seat us at a booth. We had lunch here earlier this week. I admit I was a little put off by going to a "wing" place. Boy was I wrong, the service was exceptional. The food was really good. I had the southern style chicken breast sandwich and they got it right. The chicken breast was plump and cooked perfectly, the bun to chicken ratio was just right. The Cole slaw was true southern style. The fries were hot and delicious. Priced at 11.00 for a lunch which includes the sandwich, fries and a drink. I can't wait to go back. We returned today for lunch and it was very disappointing. I had the southern style chicken sandwich. It was tough, soggy and the cole slaw was just cabbage. The server did bring me more slaw but it had a dab of something on top. My husbands chicken Was just plan pathetic. The server got everything wrong even though she repeated the order to us. We came in to watch the Mizzou game. The place doesn't smell so great for starters, like bad beer. After several minutes the server finally asked us what we would like, our answer being a Bloody Mary. Several minutes later she returned to tell us they no longer have Bloody Mary's.... Ok, perhaps a screwdriver? Several minutes later she returned to tell us they don't have any orange juice. We then decided to leave and find a better place to go watch the game. Our experience here was SURPRISINGLY good. We stopped coming here a while back (way before I started Yelping) because of the horrible service and mediocre wings. We saw that they were doing a little face lifting a couple months ago and after our visit the bar area looked pretty decent. New bar tops and chairs really brightened up the restaurant. The server this time was nice and attentive. We got the nachos and boneless wings. I tried the limited time only Mandarin Kick. It was sweet and you can definitely taste the hints of orange and pineapple. It was ok but I still prefer my Asian Zing (go figure.. haha). My family was seated very close to the kitchen and you could hear him screaming the entire time we was there on top of waitress standing there cursing and taking sexually. Because Buffalo Wild Wings is Peanut/Tree Nut Allergy Safe our family decided to visit your location in O'Fallon, IL for a late lunch/early dinner, after the girls Softball games. It was for a party of 10. The party of 10 consisted of 6 Adults and 4 children (14-5 Range). Upon entering your restaurant, we noticed a sign on the door that said no party larger than 6. We went inside to ask the hostess if they could accommodate a party of 10. Without looking up, she said, no party larger than 6. Please note there was "nobody" in your restaurant. Maybe someone sitting at the bar. I would think a table of 6 and 2nd table of 4 wouldn't have been difficult to manage, since you had no customers anyway. This was not the case, remember, the hostess never made eye contact with us. The paper she was looking at was much more important. We left, went elsewhere. Spending appx $300 in another restaurant. Please go ahead and close your doors at this location. We won't be back, and the parking lot is always empty, so I am assuming this is the type of service other people have received. read more

I'm not even sure where to start. If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. Never again. We waited 15-20 minutes for a waitress to come to the table. Another 45-60 minutes to get our food. In the meantime, people were walking in, getting seated, ordering food, getting food, and paying bills while we were still sitting. I ordered a Double Bacon Hatch Smashed Chile burger with no bun. I got a single patty with bacon crumbs on top. After waiting that long, I told them it was all wrong, but whatever, I'll eat it. Took one bite and spit it back out. Whether it was the flavor or sheer frustration, I just couldn't eat it. Drinks were empty for the entire meal, no waitress to request condiments, the problems were endless. Bill was $100. We had two edible appetizers, two kids meals, and drinks for the family. The rest of the food was left behind and apparently my meal was removed. There were 5 of us, with 2 kids. The bill was delivered without an itemized receipt so who knows what we paid for. Still tipped the waitress because I'm not a heathen, but seriously. We will never go back. This has to be the worst location. The last couple of times I've ordered carryout have been far from best experiences. This past weekend 1/4 of my order was missing. I called store about missing food I was told they were too busy to deal with it at that time, but that a manager would call me back. Well besides that being rude, one week has passed and have not received a call. Dont think I ever got an apology. The visit before that, I placed a carryout order say at 8pm. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I make it there in 25 minutes asked if my order was ready and told it would be another 20 minutes. read more

Update: Service still sucks. 15 minutes to get a waitress flagged down to put in an order, only to find out their ice tea machine was broke, and they were out of Blue Moon. We didn't stay long enough to find out if they had any chicken available. This is a place you go back to wanting to like, but leave kicking yourself for doing so. Tonight we took 5 kids to eat, oldest 14, and the adults ordered drinks. The waitress asked for IDs, and when one didn't have her ID, the waitress proceeded to say she could serve her, and had almost been fired previously for it. She then spent the rest of our visit with a massive DGAF attitude and a minimum amount of enthusiasm for her job, and real interest in serving her tables. We did get all our drinks in the end only after she asked the manager in the most obvious and 'that table over there' attitude. The manager could have come over and apologized for the restaurants 'policy' or his waitress's failed attitude, but we got none of that. Meal service and drink refills may have as well been tossed on the run, as that was the amount of care they put into serving them. Go for wings, go for a beer, but don't go for the service, because it sucks. read more
