Update: Service still sucks. 15 minutes to get a waitress flagged down to put in an order, only to find out their ice tea machine was broke, and they were out of Blue Moon. We didn't stay long enough to find out if they had any chicken available. This is a place you go back to wanting to like, but leave kicking yourself for doing so. Tonight we took 5 kids to eat, oldest 14, and the adults ordered drinks. The waitress asked for IDs, and when one didn't have her ID, the waitress proceeded to say she could serve her, and had almost been fired previously for it. She then spent the rest of our visit with a massive DGAF attitude and a minimum amount of enthusiasm for her job, and real interest in serving her tables. We did get all our drinks in the end only after she asked the manager in the most obvious and 'that table over there' attitude. The manager could have come over and apologized for the restaurants 'policy' or his waitress's failed attitude, but we got none of that. Meal service and drink refills may have as well been tossed on the run, as that was the amount of care they put into serving them. Go for wings, go for a beer, but don't go for the service, because it sucks. read more

Do not sit at the bar if Tawny (sp) is the "bartender". She is horrible. The hour we were there we saw her twice. We waited 10 minutes for her to even show up. Buffalo Wild Wings is the place to go for drinks, wings and things. Located in the heart of O'fallon, IL, it's one of the many sports bars in the area. Known for their 1/2 off Tuesday and Thursday wings and variety of sauces. They don't have the best of wings, your sauce choice can make or break it. Televisions everywhere... we can watch sport highlights, UFC fight, football, a hockey fight and trivia all at once. I'm a little irritated that they only play sound on the televisions when it's a major game; otherwise you're listening to the music and making up your own commentary. The staff is attentive and they bring napkins to the table without asking. Happy Hour specials from 3p-6p. They are pretty pricey when it comes to the food but I guess you pay for the atmosphere. They recently update the restaurant with different tables, chairs, games, more televisions, booths and even a new wait staff area. Not sure how new this is since the last time I was here 6 months ago. At the end of the day... as long as I have a growing teenager... I'll be back. He like this place! read more

Food was good. Understaffed, so service was slow. Waitress accidentally spilled a full glass of lemonade on me. She apologized, without looking at me, brought back a handful of napkins and only half cleaned up the lemonade, didn't get a new lemonade for my daughter or offer to get one, came back with the check and left it on the wet table. Well that explains it. Since when does B-dubs not have the UFC fights? I won't be going back to this location. The waitress was nice and the food came out quickly. I ordered the classic wrap which I used to always get in college. The size was about half of what it used to be, there was barely any lettuce or tomatoes and the sauce didn't taste right. The chips tastes like crisco and the salsa just tasted like tomato sauce. Love their wings and the wide selection of wing sauces to choose from! I've only been to Wingstop and SmokeEaters/University Chicken but Buffalo Wild Wings beats them both. These were the best wings I've ever had! My favorite to least favorite flavors were: Spicy Garlic - the best flavor. Just try it. This place can be a hit or miss I prefer the Belleville location but this location is just closer or we're always shopping in the area. Anyways, we always order on the speciality days. The past few times we ordered wings, they lacked in sauce and we asked for the wings to be extra wet. Definitely didn't happen. Also, they don't give us veggies and ranch/blue cheese. If we ask, we get charged for it. I think n that's a bit odd considering Belleville includes it in their orders. Even for bogo days. The 2 gift cards really made it enjoyable as our meal was only 10 bucks so the waitress git a fat tip. Upon arrival husband asked for a booth while I used the restroom. Husband was confused as he was told only hightop and tables were available so he waited to inquire hightop or table. The bathroom experience took forever because the stalls were discussing and one not even usable. That only left a handicap stall and 1 regular stall. Another couple walked in after us and husband was told if they take a table we can have a booth, they opted for the bar so we again could not get a booth. Over 10 booths available but that was not an option so they sat us at a table in the booth section. There was literally one table between us an an empty booth! We are seated and given the take out menu. We go to place our order and I'm informed my order is only for the online ordering. I look again at the menu to be told that I have the wrong menu. The lady tells me I can order wings separate and then fries separate but not what quantity. I was visibly frustrated and informed her that this experience has consisted as refusal to place in a booth, using a filthy restroom, not being given the correct menu. She then went to get the manager who arrived after we had already ordered. In the three person party one had the Buffalo wrap and stated it was amazing and the new go to at BWW. Other tried the bird dog with another good review. Other got chicken sandwich filled with gristle and fries undercooked. 2 appetizers were cheese and chips and mozzarella sticks and they were good. Overall is there are too many other choices in this area to waste money. Will not be back to this location and this is the second disappointing experience. read more

I try to not to be too critical nowadays, considering the pandemic and the staffing issues it has caused, but my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings today was outrageous. We walk in a little before 2 on a Saturday afternoon with a party of 14 and the place is empty; one table with 8 people, another with 3, and a few spread out in the bar. The rude hostess tells us that it'll be 30-45 minute wait, even though all but two tables are empty. She says it's a staffing issue, which I understand, but why not let us sit down until they can get to us, instead of clogging up the entire entryway. I requested a manager, who finally got around to talking to me about 20 minutes later. He said he could seat 2 and only 2 of our party in the bar, and that it would 45 minutes for the rest (over an hour after we arrived, and the place is empty!). We decide to leave, and watch a party of 4 get seated as we're walking out. Unbelievable. I'd give negative stars here if it was an option. read more

I want to love B-dubs but I just don't. The food is really good, I'll give them that. The atmosphere is really not my scene to be honest since I'm not a sports fan, so I really just go there for the food and to hang out with my friends. This is where strike two comes in for me. The place is unusually noisy, even when it isn't crowded so definitely not ideal to have a conversation. Even one-on-one I find myself shouting accross the table. Service is mediocre at best. Having been many times my experience is that servers are generally dis-interested though you can find a good one from time to time. It's just hit-or-miss. The prices are getting a little out of control if you ask me. For what you get, they are pretty pricy. $4 for fries and more than a buck a wing, you can drop some coin here in a hurry. That said, they have specials on Tuesday and Thursdays that brings them more in line with what I would expect to pay for this establishment. Botoom line - Their wings are solid, some of the best in town. Their service needs an overhaul, and their prices need re-working. It's a popular place so I know I will go back with friends, but it won't be me who suggests we go there. read more

Several years ago, 2 of my coworkers and I took part in the wing challenge. The manager brought out the wings and rushed us to start the competition. I understood immediately why he did that. Those wing just came out of the fryer and was lava hot. My finger tips burned but we all completed the challenge. After we beat the wing challenge, the manager said he doesn't have any of the T-shirts available and will contact us when they are. Several years later, never got that call. I even went in 2 weeks after the challenge to ask about the T-shirts, the manager asked me if I still have the receipt. No receipt, no T-shirts. I beat your challenge, so it is now your responsibility to deliver the prize. The wings are just okay, nothing special. Also, those mediocre wings are just way too pricey. read more

This is the last time we are coming here, we've always waited so long for the food. And today was the last straw 1. Waited 5 min at front before anyone acknowledge us. Sad thing is that other people came after us and were seated right away. This really upset me and almost left that point 2. 2 adults and 3 kids. They put us at a 4 seat table with a child seat. It was way too small for us. There were many open tables that held more. One of the waitresses noticed this so moved us to a bigger table. But that table was not yet cleaned. I've always had a mixed bag of experiences at this place. I love their wings, I love the variety of their sauces, but am underwhelmed by the service that I always seem to get here. I wouldn't say the service is horrible, just not what I would expect as you often sit around waiting for your server to make their way back if you need something. The place has several things going for them, a nice selection of cold beers, a plethora of TVs to keep you entertained with some sort of sports programming on, they also have their trivia machines that can provide some great fun if you have a group of folks there. Their mango habanero wing sauce is my favorite, it has some nice heat and yet has a hint of sweetness from the mango that evens it out nicely. I know it's not a traditional wing sauce, but to me that doesn't really matter. For the actual end product you get here it's hard to beat in my opinion. The service sometimes leaves you wanting and the price is a tad high for what you get (except on Wing Tuesdays and Boneless Thursdays), but I can look past that as often as I go there. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is the only chain you can go to and feel right at home being there. You will find fans for all teams, cheer at the football games and not feel alone while doing it. While service is usually pretty crappy here, I'm more distracted by what's on the TV then the service. While we have took our daughter here before I wouldn't ever to the bar side. You will find entertainment beyond belief watching from people watching. You have the nerdy fantasy football guys who are cheering every game, contradicting themselves to some chick deep throatin' a chicken bone. They have a wide array of Sauces. The new jammin jalapeno is my new favorite. You can also buy their sauces by the bottle to go home. If you buy 3 you get a little discount. Also if you like your sauces that much they make a pretty bad ass bloody mary with your favorite sauce and Peppar Vodka. In total it was $14.02 for the both of us and we paid for I'm going to say about 99% juice not a lot of alcohol content at all. We had a snide server named Kristina who only acknowledged me and not my girlfriend. Honestly if you want a decent mixed drink, do not go here. Stay away at all costs. I've had far better experiences at red robin. What's the point of flashing my I.d. if you're going to put a miniscule amount of vodka in the drink ? I could have felt more if I just ordered a wine cooler and it would have been cheaper. Also this girl is a crappy bartender. I walked into this location and was assaulted with a million TVs and the accompanying noise that goes with that. I get that it's a sports bar, so that's not even my main problem. It was about 30 degrees outside and only slightly warmer inside. I had to eat a messy chicken wrap wearing my winter coat because it was so drafty in there for our entire meal. I also don't understand why it took about 30 minutes to bring out our food. Yes, I was in a party of 8, but we all ordered wraps or wings. And since that's all they make how in the world does it take that long to assemble some wraps?? And then we had to wait another 15 minutes after we were finished for the check. Service is so slow that I won't be back, which is unfortunate because the buffalo chicken wrap was actually really good. But not good enough to have to sit in that place for 1.5 hours. read more

My husband and I used to eat here all the time. The past two times we've gone it has been absolutely terrible. Both times our order was forgotten about. The latest time the waitress told us that their machine was out of paper and they didn't get the order in the kitchen until a few seconds before. However, the people who ordered after us got their food before us, and ours came shortly after the claim that they just got the order. Basically lying to our face. I am a BWW fan. I have attended several in multiple cities and states. This one was filthy. The women's restroom smelled of dirty diapers. There was trash on the floor in the hallway to the bathrooms. There were drain flies or fruit flies flying around the whole time, GROSS. The televisions were way too loud especially for the number of people in the restaurant, very few. The waitress was nice and the food good, but all the flies buzzing around grossed us out. So the day before I embarked on www.eatingwell.com 's meat free challenge for a week, I decided I was going to indulge in one of my FAVORITE guilty pleasures, BWW. I was already in OFallon, IL car shopping so we stopped in before heading to see my car. I got the onion rings (crispy, delicious and not too terribly greasy), the Asian Zing wings and a beer to wash them all down. This was the first time that I ventured from my normal honey bbq or mango habenero and I am so glad I did. The sauce was the perfect combination or sweet and spiciness and holy delicious...I was in heaven. I even ended up with a bit of sauce on my cheek (yup, it happened) but I think that just proves how good they were.
