Good food HORRIBLE service. They were busy but it took OVER AN HOUR to get our food. We ordered kids meals before anything else so they could get theirs early, but the waitress said the kids meals were done but she cannot bring them out before the rest of the food. That's BS because every other place we've been to has no problem bringing out the kid's food before everyone else's. Once the food finally arrived it was very good. The ONLY reason this B-Dubs got 3 stars was because the manager took some initiative, saw that we were displeased, and gave us a huge discount on the check. Me and my fiancée love this place! Awesome wings and appetizers! They do two 60 cent boneless deal days and a 60 cent traditional deal day every week. Plus, it doesn't get too crowded during the weekdays (unless a big game is on), so that's nice. For appetizers spinach and artichoke dip is really good. Request tortilla chips though instead of the pita bread it comes with because it is hard and they don't give you enough to finish all of the dip with. The breaded mushrooms are also superb. For wings I like the chipolte dry spice and the parmesan garlic (I don't like spicy food so these are excellent choices for me). Bottom Line: If you like wings, flavorful food, a casual/sporty atmosphere, and don't feel like spending too much----Then this is your place! read more

Horrible experience. Waited forever for order. When it arrived my husband and daugter's wings were cold on the outside but lukewarm on inside (like microwaved). Told the server but was then notified it would be 15 minutes for fresh wings! Really? Server hardly ever came over to check on us. I had to catch the Managers attention to find out about the status of the new wings, seemed like they were taking forever! Always a bad experience. Long a wait time to get your food, he'll it takes a long time for the service to even come to you. Once they go your lucky if they even come back. Service always sucked here ever since once they opened it, & food is cold. I don't know why I stop in every other month to see if this had change, but it don't. I have been here twice since I moved back to the area and both times I have been Morbidly Disgusted with the service. The first time I came in it took the bartender 15+ minutes to realize I was sitting at the bar(2:00 on a Tuesday and no they weren't busy at all). I had my beer and left! The second time (same time of day) I was served my beer quickly, my food "order" decently timed....BUT then it took 23 minutes(yes I actually timed it), to receive my food when there was exactly 16 customers in the place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but now I proudly take my business elsewhere now. In my experience, the manager/s should be fired and the owner should find a new group of responsible professional individuals to lead their store. ZERO STARS Arrived at 11:20 am and only 2 tables were occupied. Ordered promptly, and my husband's order was served in a timely manner. The kitchen lady who delivered it asked if we wanted a plate to share his sandwich. I told her I had ordered a salad. Our waiter had turned it in, but kitchen help didn't see it. At 12:05, after my husband had finished, I was served the wrong order. When I asked why it took so long for a salad, I was told that other orders were ahead of mine. Unbelievable! Nope. Just nope. When it's a Saturday night and the place is dead, don't stay. We waited almost an hour after our order before walking out.

I called in to order food. The worker on the phone took the order and said it would be 10-15 min. We arrived 15 min later and my friend went in to pick up the food. She was told that our order was not in the system. Now I rechecked my phone just to make sure I didn't call the wrong BWW and confirmed that I was on the phone with the O'Fallon BWW for 2 min placing my order. I then went in to talk to them including the manager. I'm very disappointed after the "manager" just said "I don't know what happened. It's not in our system." No apologies. Nothing. The only thing that he said he could do was "retake the order". At this point, the wait would be over 30-40 min. It was a horrible experience especially because my friend and her daughter was starving at this point and looking forward the food. I go to BWW pretty often because I do love their wings. The absolute worst BWW I've ever been to. It's been here for years, and used to be good, but for like the last 6 months or so has gone into the toilet. THREE times in the last two months, I've called in carry out orders, and all three times it was major fail. This is the worst place ever for service and food. Went in the middle of Feb with a party of 9. Spent over 150 dollars for the waitress and the manager to both be very rude. My son which is 4 ordered a burger and it had so much pepper on it he couldn't eat it without wiping his mouth out. Then half of the parties food came out and they other half didn't come out till they were done eating and already left. I informed the manager and he stated well we got busy so you will have to deal with it. When the GM called me back the next day she stated she would talk with the manager and waitress and was going to send me gift cards in the mail for my horrible experience. Earlier this year on Valentine's Day me and my boyfriend went here & it really wasn't crowded & our order took forever to come. Many months later i placed a online order I could of sworn I paid online but I must of pushed another button so I'm not going to blame that on them. My boyfriend went to pick it up they was nice letting me pay over the phone but the girl for some reason thought my card Info was a gift card so then I had to repeat it twice then my boyfriend didn't realize they gave him he wrong order when he came home I looked at the receipt & they charged me for the wrong order & on top that the receipt didn't even match the order they gave us so not only did they mess it up they messed up other customers orders he went back up there they made our order fresh & let us have the order they accidentally gave to us. i know if I want some Buffalo Wild Wings anytime soon I might give this place another chance or try another location. read more

Normally love B'Dubs, yesterday it was 70 degrees, but today it's 30 degrees and a 30MPH wind, and for some reason we have to leave the door (which is right at the end of the bar) wide open so the smokers can come and go at will from the bar...meanwhile those that don't, have to deal with the cold blowing in. I have no problem with them roughing the elements to smoke, but shut the damn door!!! Just feels like a redneck bar, not what I think BWW wants to be, or what I want to deal with having been out in the cold all day long. read more

I find the food/wings to be generally good. Atmosphere is typical of a sports bar and is generally family friendly as the kids are entertained. The service tends to be spotty - sometimes you get great service other times it's a very slow and painful process. read more

I came to Buffalo wild wings. Evidently there is a pay-per-view fight. So we waited an hour and a half watching people who are just sitting at tables drinking water not getting up and we actually left after 90 minutes without a table. So I decided to order takeout. Well my wings were sitting ready back in the kitchen about 25 minutes after ordering. This place really sucks! Food was just thrown on the plate. Presentation was awful. I ordered a sampler that looked good on the menu, but it was skimpy and thrown together when I received it. I ordered a margarita and the glass was 3/4 filled with ice with only a couple of sips of actual Margarita. I was told that they have to measure it out that way. My husband I went here, it's was not a busy night we waited awhile to be seated. One waitress or hostess said I will be right with you. Never came back. Then a guy seated us at a dirty table. I ask the waiter to clean the table, he got a rag and wipe the table from side to side. Now wiping the food onto our laps instead of the floor or containing it in the cloth. The waiter had very little knowledge about the menu. Our order came out wrong. First time here very bad experience. We ask for the check and waited awhile to pay. The toothpicks ate great. We are one of those couples that spend the majority of football Sunday sitting watching football at the bar - we were here a few years ago and did the whole season at BWW and was not disappointed. Service was great and the manager even picked up our food tab the last Sunday of the season. This year - not the case! Tonya (the day bartender) was attentive and kept us coming back after several disappointing Sundays. The TVs are never set at noon for the games to start - don't even think about the management paying attention once the noon games are over to switch to the 3pm games! We had an awful experience with a bartender that came in at 3p a few months ago and I emailed. The manager emailed back and said would take care of the lack of service as well as the games not on the TVs. The next Sunday - same awful service. The manager that had emailed me back was there and I spoke to him, pointed out the empty glass sitting in front of us and the bartender ignoring customers. He said would take care of it. Next weekend we came in and same thing as well as at 3:40p when there were there football games on half the TVs had the page that comes on after that game is over. Several wait staff were standing around, managers walking around and no one noticed for over 20 minutes the lack of games in the TVs. I finally pointed it out and the manager was a jerk. Said they were busy in the kitchen although I saw one of them walk through the restaurant at least twice during this time. That was it - third strike!! My suggestion is don't go here!!! If you want to watch football - go to sybergs down the street! We have been going there about five weeks now and TVs are marked with what game is on. The manager is paying attention and when the noon games are over the TV is changed to another game or something else! Also great service!!! BWW needs to figure things out!! read more

Went there last night for Super Bowl Sunday. Wrong thing to do. Although there wasn't many customers they had so many pickup orders they couldn't get food out to there dining room customers for a 1.5 hours. The manager, Sean, yelled at my son because he didn't hear him ask who had teriyaki wings when he was handing them out. DUH! It is loud in the restaurant with the blaring TV's. He yelled at my son to "Listen next time." Unacceptable to talk to a child like that. His response was that he was "having a bad day" and that he would not want anyone to talk to his children like that. NO excuse to talk to a kid like that because you are "having a bad day." Mixed feelings about this place. Service is spotty and so is the food. Better wings than Hooters but that's not really saying much.

We ordered wings to go on a Saturday night, we got two large orders of boneless wings, we ordered them "wet" and when we got them, most of the wings had very little or no sauce at all, we also ordered extra ranch and celery and they put in carrot sticks and no ranch dressing at all. My husband had to ask for some and they gave us six small dressings...how is that enough for two large orders of wings? This place is a good one to dine in, for the most part, but the pick up orders are VERY lacking. The wings were not very good, unless you like almost plain chicken wings. The managers seem to not care when you let them know. The guy on the phone acted like it was no big deal. I doubt we will go back to this location, which is sad, because we love B-dubs and this location is very close to home, but the lack of good kitchen workers shows in the lack of sauce on the wings. Honestly at this point I'm stupid for coming back. The past 5 times I've gone honestly the service was never nice. 3 out of the 5 they have got my order wrong. One time they forgot it completely. Last time I went I placed an order over the phone and I asked if I can place a Togo... the girl over the phone misheard me and gave me the "are you stupid tone" and said of course they do togos. Already off to a bad start. She was extremely rude. I was specific in my order and it was simple and I got two of the same things. They managed to get the wrong order, wrong size, and wrong sauce. Waited really long for it too inside after a 30 minute wait already for a snack size order of boneless wings. So rude. Manager was nice enough to fix it so I paid for the small size since it didn't take long for them to fix what they messed up but it would be different if I wasn't hanging on my last thread of patience with them and the servers weren't 100% rude every single time I've went it's ridiculous. Won't be coming back. Im not going to pay the ridiculous prices to get condescended by wait staff and have messed up orders. read more

I went to this location recently and the food was great. But the service was terrible. Our server was marcus. He's was not very good at all. After we got our drinks he wandered around talked with other tables, that I'm assuming were friends and didn't check back with us after someone joined our table and wanted to order. When he brought the original orders to the table he dropped one of the orders on the floor. After he dropped the fresh food off he never came back to check on us or bring us refills. I had to ask 2 servers to tell him to come back to our table, one was a nice guy named Greg. When he got our message to come back to our table I asked him to bring me another drink, he said that the bartender was making it. It took a good 10 mins for him to come back after several times of glancing at our table. I asked him how long he'd worked there seeing if the bad service was because of lack of experience. He quickly said about 8 months and that he knew he was doing really badly, with a cocky I don't care attitude and offered an excuse if that he'd had large parties earlier in the day. He forgot to bring a dressing that one of us had asked for after he said all of this. When he came back he asked if we needed anything else. I asked for the dressing for a member of the table and for a Togo cup. Then one person asked for the check and I also asked for ours. After he brought them back he later said again that he know he was doing bad and that at least he admitted it. His comment was rude and uncalled for. read more

I always go here for boness wing thursday. Enjoy the food but the staff could use some work. The are not verry friendly but you can sometimes deal with that. They make it woth the food I cant get enough of their wings. All I ever eat its the boneless bbq wings. Great food ok service. read more
