Worst experience ever! The bartender was so high he couldn't remember if he had taken our order . He asked us 3 times if we wanted to Order any wings and we told him we had already given him our order . He never put it in apparently. After 45 minutes we still hadn't gotten our wings so we asked if he knew how much longer it would be , his response was that we hadn't ordered anything . It took us 55 min to get 12 wings . The gentleman sitting next to us at the bar was waiting on a Togo order where he said he had only gotten half of his order. We asked asked to speak to the manager and the manager said he was going to have him removed and someone else would take over , but that never happened. I understand places are short of help , but this is an embarrassment to your company . Everyone at the bar was discussing how "out of it" this guy was. read more

It's a BWW...so nothing special. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. The difference is the staff and the service they provide. This specific location is newer (i believe) and the day that we went was rather slow. We managed to beat the dinner rush, but this didn't matter, the staff was still meh. There was an abundance of staff "hanging out" and maybe we made the mistake by sitting at the bar, because the girl working at the time was not happy about being there it showed. It took me twice as long to order because for some reason, and when I finally flagged her down to order, my food took FOREVER...this was disappointed since there wasn't really anyone in the place. I don't think it deserves 1.5 stars. I mean...it's not the best B-Dubs ever but it's not as bad as the one on Dodge. The flavors are good, the wings are meaty. Every time I've been here this place is always so messy! It wasn't even half full of customers! I ordered a small 10 wings all flats and fries with cheese on the side. I got a sack size 5 wings all drums and cold fries soggy with cheese on top, like completely opposite of what I asked for. When we finally got our correct order the waitress turned into a snot got completely quite and payed more attention to her other tables. Oh and we got a total of three napkins; three! What am I supposed to do with three napkins when two people are eating wings?! Then we were in the middle of eating and she brought the check to the table. Once we were done I clearly had a lot of food left and I wasn't offered a ToGo box so I asked for one then she walked off. We stopped her when she came back by and had to ask for wing sauce lids. I have been to this location twice now in the last year and it has been nothing short of the absolute WORST service and worst managerial experiences I have ever dealt with. The food took over an hour and a half and out of our party of six not a single one of us had food at the same time that another person was eating. Food was cold, incorrect multiple times, and the manager that was working absolutely unhelpful. Please steer completely clear of this location. Nothing but excuses and once we called the manager over (after him insisting he was too busy to speak with us) he more or less told us we shouldn't have come to the restaurant if we wanted to eat all at once, and that the to go orders took precedence over people eating in house. I really do not understand some of the bad reviews for this place. I have been here 6 or 7 times since it moved to this location and have not ever had a problem. I love the large assortment of flavors for the wings. The spicy ones actually have flavor besides the heat. Most other places just try to burn your mouth out. My favorite sauces here are the thai curry, mango habanero, jammin jalapeno and the wild. You can see by my choices that I really like the heat. I usually also get their potato wedges with my wings. My wife, who dislikes anything even a little bit spicy just loves their mac and cheese. I have always had good, friendly service here and have never has a bad meal here. read more

Ordered on a Saturday night, in the restaurant, waited over an hour for take out (they weren't busy, no ringing phones for take out, not a ton of foot traffic). They got the order wrong, then "lost" the order, then delivered a partial order, and when I refused the wings as I waited 30 minutes for the remainder of the order, they assured me I would receive "fresh" wings. Walked in, asked for a table and they put us at a high top. Asked to move, they got frustrated. Server at our new table immediately had an attitude. When we ordered the food, 10 seconds after he walked away I asked to modify something very simple. He didn't like it, tried to convince me I didn't need to modify the order. Waited for 45 min just to ask "where is our food" and they said "had to remake the food" when the modification was done within 10 seconds of the order being placed. I am very understanding about the staff shortage, and I am very patient as I am also in the industry. None of the staff seem to have any sense of urgency whatsoever. I don't believe they could have moved any slower than they did. The host actually came in from outside behind us before seating us. I guess I would think if times are not good, they would want to hustle a little bit for a good tip? Our server forgot half the things we ordered, 1/3 of our party was finished eating before the rest of us got our food, then we were given the wrong bill. I would give this place 1/2 a star, if only Yelp would allow it..... This place is obviously dominated by complete incompetence, inattentiveness, and 'service' that is so poor it will blow your ever-lovin' mind. It appears that a pulse is all they look for when hiring staff. Here's a suggestion: Maaaaaybe consider paying the employees more in order to attract people who are actually capable of doing anything more than grunt. Just a suggestion. Because, the way things are going, you aren't gonna be left with a restaurant, at all. And sure seems like paying more, and therefore getting a lot more customers, would be much better than paying so poorly that the current staff of troglodytes is going to run everyone off so that there won't be any customers left to keep you in business. A friend and I went in on a Saturday evening to watch a big UFC PPV Fight, of which this location was listed as being one that was carrying it, and it turned out they weren't showing it. Very disappointing, to say the least. We sat at the bar and there were a couple of nasty, dirty plates that were left sitting there for 30+ minutes, after we arrived, even though the people had left and the person behind the bar, a couple feet away, had plennnnnnnty of opportunity to take them away. Also, we sat there for 45 minutes and weren't even asked if we would like to order any food. This server probably hadn't even learned to tie their shoes, yet. If the place caught on fire, she would probably need to get burned before she realized that maybe, just maybe she should exit the restaurant. Also, the lighting of the restaurant was waaaaay too bright for 9:00 o'clock at night. My buddy and I agreed that there was a very reasonable probability that corporate policy was to dim the lights at a certain time, but the clearly overwhelmed or / and incompetent management wasn't on the ball enough to take care of that very simple task. I mean, they can't even get their employees to clear away plates that are left sitting right in front of them, in plain view, for 30+ minutes. I can only imaaaaagine the state of the kitchen. . . . . Just based on what I saw out in the dining area, I am inclined to imagine that there is a very decent chance that the kitchen is overrun with mice, mold, and cockroaches. Nottttt saying it is, just saying that my experience with and what I saw in the dining area leads me to *imagine* that there is a very reasonable *possibility* that the kitchen is like that. Given this experience, I would be very surprised if they are still in business six months from now, much less a year. And, given the other reviews, here, it seems as though I am not the least bit alone in my opinion. It would appear that there is a very decent chance that Donald Dumbp owns this place. After 5 out of 6 disappointing experiences with B-Dubs around the U.S. over the past couple years, I thought I'd give them another try. At this B-Dubs, our waitress did not remind us that it was "Boneless Wing Thursday" when we ordered, though I heard another waiter tell his tables that AFTER we had ordered our food. Taking a break from wings, I ordered Crispy Chicken Strips with Lemon-Pepper dry seasoning. While waiting for our order, "Loud J." stopped by to inform us that they were changing wait staff and that he would look after all of our needs for the remainder of our meal. Right. The chicken tenders I ordered came without the Lemon-Pepper seasoning. I had to catch Loud J.'s attention and ask that he at least bring me some dipping sauce. The sauce he brought was not what I requested, but he was too busy screaming his meal pitch to newly-arrived tables that I gave up on him. He never stopped back even once to refill our drinks and, despite our best efforts, we could not catch his attention to bring us our bill. We had to approach the bar and ask for it. B-Dubs: You have GOT to start doing better. I'm so tired of getting the wrong order, being charged for something that was not brought to my table, or suffering the ineptitude of poor and inattentive wait staff. I don't need "over the top". I just want you to meet basic standards and customer expectations. Please do a better job of screening your hires. Until I start seeing better B-Dub reviews, I'm done with you. read more

If I could give them a negative I would. The last couple times we have ordered take out, it's never ready and messed up. Tonight was disgusting. The food was not even edible. Our order was wrong. The nachos were cold, soggy and chewy. The wings were so dry and nasty. They were obviously very old. The fries were cold and hard. All that after waiting 20 minutes once we got there for our order. We will NEVER return there again. They need new management. The mgr Stephanie was less than helpful. She never once apologized. She definitely should not be a manager. She said we will never get ahold of anyone at corporate. If we actually get a refund it will take at least a month. What a joke.It's my sons favorite place to eat. Can you give zero stars? Great you have a new location but your service is still the worst in town. I ordered my food and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Knowing that this is BWW, I figured 20 was optimistic. I waited nearly an hour from the time it was supposed to be done and received no apology. All the food was soggy and they completely forgot a portion of my order. When I called they gave me credit for the portion of the order I didn't get and 10% off my ticket. Great .... so I don't get to eat. Every single time I make the mistake to go to this place they continue to fail. I'm amazed they are still in business. This location is my least favorite. Overall slow service and apparently a daycare. Although I can understand not having childcare and having to be at work but, a toddler does not need to be in the kitchen of a restaurant, where there are potential risks of injuries. The staff blamed the long wait on the kitchen but when we received our food it was cold. Went there last night around 10pm and there was only two other customers there and I was totally disappointed. Fried mushrooms were under cooked, the wings were raw in the middle. This was my first visit to this location. The seating and order placement was very quick. The food during the lunch hour was pretty slow and the place was not crowded. I ordered a burger with fries. The meal was about average in taste and presentation. The fries were not fresh and only warm in temperature. The server took longer than expected to take and process payment. Visited on a Friday night at 6:35. Got a table at 7:00 and ordered two small orders of wings at 7:05. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food we requested a manager, which I have never even done before. After 20 minutes the manager had still not come to our table, so we got up and left. This is my second time coming here. I always try to give places several tries before I make up my mind because everyone has off day. However the second time was worse then the first. The waitress was never attentive, the nachos where cold, the beer glass was dirty and lost its head after the first sip, the wings where room temp and not completely saused, and everyone was underwhelmed at our table with the food.
