Manager seems incapable of being a leader who can adapt to a change of activity level as we have waited for every order and drink without any extra effort shown form the young gentlemen who is apparently in charge. Sports not your style? This place is still for you! The service is fantastic. As you enter the building you are greeted and welcomed by the hostesses, they bring you to the nearest table and even take your drink order. Your server arrives moments later drinks in hand and ready to take the appetizer order, not ready? They come back after a reasonable desicion time and take your order. The wait was not to long before the food had arrived, especially quick for the size of our tables order. I ordered a "snack" size boneless honey BBQ wings with blue cheese dipping sauce, A Bacon cheeseburger with cheddar jack cheese and fries, as well as a scoop of Ice Cream and Cheesecake Bites. The wings (their flagship menu item) were absolutely great, I received about ten pieces about the size of a rubber ball. The taste was perfect and on point, the winner for me was the blue cheese sauce though. It tasted unlike any blue cheese I've had before, tangy and smooth all at once Great Job!! The burger was cooked to perfection, and was served with the traditional lettuce, onion, tomato, fries and a dill spear. They season their meat in a way I personally have never experienced, it was a mixed flavor that brought me to happy tears. The fries were about the size of McDonald's fries but with a taste far more superior. Top notch entree in my book! Now to the ice cream, you may think 2.99 is alot to pay for one scoop and some hot fudge, but take my word it is worth every penny. And the cheesecake bites were little pieces of deep fried heaven. While you enjoy your meal, you can also take part in trivia via a tablet that is provided to you at no extra cost. The questions are displayed on one of the many TV screens and allow you to interact with fellow diners. The restrooms are also very clean and state of the art, providing more individual privacy then most eateries. 10/10 experience and will sure be returning to this location. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the wait time at this BWW. We were initially told 15 minutes but it turned out to more like 20-25. We were then seated in the last corner booth. After a 10 minute wait, our server never even acknowledged our presence. I would have been able to overlook the slight if I hadn't asked an employee to let our server know, we would like service. No less than 5 servers walked by us and not one of them stopped. After waiting 10 minutes, we decided to leave. I asked for the manager who lied to my face and said he had asked someone to take care of us 5 minutes ago. Not true at all. I will never eat at BWW again. read more

The waiter was super nice. I wish I could remember his name. The hostess that seated us had a permanent stank face. Menus were so sticky and had food on them. A wipe with a rag goes a long way. Food was ok. It's a chain so it's kinda what you'd expect at other BWW. Just a note to food management, beer coolers need to be turned up. Tap beer was kinda warm. Terrible experience. Our night began with the curt and very unfriendly waitress sitting us under a massive air conditioner. I wish I was exaggerating when I say that she threw the creamer and sugar for our coffees at us. We waited well over an hour for our food, only for it to arrive sloppy and cold. It took at least another 10 minutes for the 8 year old's food to arrive after ours....also cold. After finishing our dinner and sitting for a while, we finally recieved our check and the waitress disappeared once again for another 20+ minutes. We were so frustrated that we flagged someone else down to run our cards. Normally wouldn't mind waiting a little bit for food on a Saturday night, but the restaurant was quite slow. Absolutely terrible. Went last night, Sunday and waited 10 mins before a waitress was assigned to us. Ordered drinks and appetizers. One beat took 10 mins. Waited 1:15 mins for our wings. Ok. So we all have BDUBS in out hometowns or close that we frequent. BDUBS is BDUBS right? Same food. Same beer. Well...if you are ever traveling through (which I am) or you live here, this is the best BDUBS ever!!! Plenty of TVs. More than enough beer on tap. The wings.....AWESOME!!! First time here, our waiter Hooper was AWESOME. Food service was quick,tasty and true to description.we did primarily appetizers which were all excellent, Hot means hot. Came here with a friend for half price wings. I really appreciated the time the waitress took to help me make a decision on what flavored wings I wanted. Our waitress, Tiff, was great and our service was timely and excellent. We got boneless wings and two different burgers. Get the wings because they were great and it should be bc it's a wing joint. You won't be disappointed..... but the burgers were horrible. No flavor, even with toppings. We had to drown it in ketchup so we could choke the burgers down. Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Few customers, lots of staff, service was still about average. We didn't try the wings, we probably should have - I feel like we went outside their comfort zone. My philly cheese steak sandwich was OK, but the cheese was surely the "melted velveeta" type. My spouse's salad featured very dry chicken pieces and the tzatziki sauce was more like a blue cheese that you'd dip your wings in, and vegetables with a freshness that implied they'd been dropped off in a pallet load a day or so ago. The price was certainly more for the atmosphere than for the quality of the food, I shouldn't have expected more than bar food quality and that's pretty much what we got. read more

I'll preface by saying that the food was wonderful and I loved every bite. Our waitress was named Katy and she did a great job. We got sat near the door and she came over before we even really had our drinks figured out. She was very attentive even though she had a party of 10 right next to us. It was incredibly cold and didn't warm up the whole time we were there. We ordered a tall Sam Adams Boston Lager and a root beer in addition to chicken tenders ($10.29) with wedge fries (approx. $1.00) and a burger ($10.79) with cheese curds ($2.30). When we received our drinks, we found that the tall Sam Adams was instead a shorter glass with an IPA in it. When we complained to Katy, she went to bar and came back with a small sample, asking us to taste it as it was from the Sam Adams tap. The sample was an IPA so it's reasonable to assume that their tap was hooked up to the wrong keg. So we ordered a Yueling to make up for it. We ended up getting most of the chicken tenders to go because it was so cold that my companion couldn't find an appetite even though we both walked into there very hungry. Katy dropped off our to go box and went to get the check, after mentioning that she would take off the beer. She came back with a check for $35.40. Without thinking, I put $20.00 on a gift card and paid the remaining balance. When we got home, we realized that she never took the beer off even though she said she would. This location is one of the worst franchises I have visited. I visited this location twice. The first time the food was good but took about an hour to come to the table once the order was placed. It was not busy with plenty of open tables and staff around. I would have given the service a 3 out of 5 stars but after visiting the second time I was appalled by the poor service. This location is close to both Cooperstown dreams park and Cooperstown All Star Village. They should be used to large parties coming in but seemed overwhelmed when we walked in and there were two large parties forming on the premises. Both parties were being seated during the time of arrival with some still arriving for both parties. We were not a part of other either large party. We attempted to sit at the bar and were turned away because I had my 15-year-old daughter with us. I have visited many other Buffalo Wild Wings locations and other restaurants and my children were allowed to sit with us at the bar because we were their parents. At this location they turned us away even though I told them the only reason we sat there was because of the other large parties being seated and we didn't want to have to wait a long time for service. We then went and sat in the high table tops next to the bar that were open seating. We waited an additional 5 to 10 minutes and we're still not waited on. I then flagged down a waitress who was in a hurry with drinks in her hand and told her we had not been waited on yet and she said she would try to have somebody come to our table soon. Another waiter, Zack, then stopped in and said after he got the large parties drinks who are still being seated he would then come and wait on us even though I told him we already knew what our drinks and food order would be. I told him I were just trying to get our order in before the large parties order so we wouldn't have to wait for a long period of time to receive our food because I'm sure the kitchen would be backed up with both large parties orders. He apologized and said he could not do this. I guess the large party brought in more money than our party of two. Service is service though and I would have thought he would understand placing our order before two large parties who still had people walking through the door. My suggestion is to not come here unless you have a lot of time on your hands. read more

I have to give one star for very poor service. We ordered online for a pickup and it wasn't ready at the set time. We were told a few minutes and 10 minutes later the server tells us it was going to be longer. We were told we had time for a drink now! We sit at bar (where 5 people were sitting) and still no service! Bartender said she would be with us soon and proceeded to fill up trays of drinks for the tables. I wanted 1 drink at a bar. 10 minutes later we got up and were told food still wasn't ready. The place had one large table of people and 6 or 7 smaller tables so it wasn't totally full. So we waited 40 minutes, I'm sure that some sort of competent management would have known how to handle a customer situation like this adequately. read more

Tried the turkey burger special and waited forty minutes for it. During that time I observed one wait staff arguing with the busboy over him stealing tips. The kitchen sounded like a fight was going to start at any moment (I was seated at the bar nearest the kitchen door) and watched as wait staff helped finish off preparing dishes. Hope their hands were clean! It appeared like there as no adult management around to control the place. After forty minutes my turkey burger came out and looked great until I took a bite. Turns out it was still raw inside. Told the bartender who in turn told the kitchen who offered to take the meal off my bill (ha like I would accept paying for it).
