Walking into Buffalo Wild Wings it was obnoxiously loud, like I get it it's a sports bar but you could barely have a conversation with the person next to you. We ordered some $4 shots, beer, and Hatch Queso to start. Drinks were great but the Hatch Queso not so much. Not a great experience today for lunch unfortunately. We had a larger sized group and knew service could be slow, but our waitress really was not great. She didn't introduce herself, kept interactions short and barely brought refills. The appetizers came out surprisingly quick but when she took our order she wouldn't allow a cheese substitution on the burger we were ordering. I've never, ever heard of them turning down changing the cheese for a different cheese on the menu! The food took so long to come out and half of us thought our meals were gross. This is a WARNING to anyone using DoorDash! DONT! Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, and 40 boneless wings tonight and what got delivered was fry's and side salads. I called the store and they admitted to the mistake and told me that they only handed the driver one bag, and then suggested ask DoorDash for a refund. This is understandable, the problem is DoorDash refused to give me a full refund. Even worse they issues partial credits. I complained twice and they did nothing. They literally stole money from me. I reported doordash to the attorney General's office generals office. This is unacceptable and my review will stay a 2 star until Buffalo Wild Wings stops selling on door dash. We Decided to come on national cheeseburger day. The wife and I choose the All-American cheeseburger. The meals come with fries, but you can upgrade the sides for an additional cost so one of the meals we upgraded to was cheese curds for an additional $3.00. Washed it all down with my favorite drink an Arnold Palmer! Since it was national cheeseburger day, we received a deal for buy one burger get one free. Total coat was $21.23. I can't say nothing about the food. It's mediocre always good but this is like my 10th or 11th time here with my wife. It's ridiculous tables always dirty and every employee walks by them. No one cleans the manager sits you down and expects you to clean the table it's unbelievable. It's incredible. It's always been like this. They come late and take your order. I came here to pick up a late night dinner during my layover. Even though it was midnight, there were still quite a few tables dining in, and a handful of people picking up. I ordered online and set the time I wanted to pick up at, and my order came out exactly on time. I had ordered 10 traditional garlic parmesan wings with a side of fries. The wings were pretty garlicky and good, but the sauce was just a tad too salty. I was disappointed in the fries though. They tasted pretty stale and were barely warm. I was sitting at the bar minding my own business, I had a Bears jersey on and all of a sudden this guy yells out ( Fuck the Bears ) why? I stopped in here on a Wednesday evening after doing some Christmas shopping for a late night bite. I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, so I thought I would give this location a try. I had a seat at the bar and ordered a Bud Light draft and the Classic Chicken Sandwich. My sandwich came out in a timely manner, and the temperature of the food was hot. Otherwise, the sandwich was a disappointment. The bun completely covered the chicken breast. I have had chicken sandwiches at a few fast food restaurants (KFC, McDonald's) that served a larger, more generous chicken breast sandwich. And for a lower price. The French fries were hot and well seasoned. But the portion of French fries was on the small side. The service at the bar was good. And the gentleman working the bar told me about the different sauces available. He recommended the Mango Habanero sauce and the Asian Zing sauce. I would like to give the wings a try. A few customers seated at the bar next to me talked about their favorite wings and recommended a few sauces to try. I will most likely give this place a second chance and get some wings. read more

I thoroughly normally enjoy Buffalo wild wings. I've written a really good review of my local location whose always consistent. I placed my order through the app for pick up as I was traveling on 528. Order placing was easy. I've done it many times before. However, when I got to the location, I was not met with friendliness or helpfulness anyway. I found the pick up area. This location still has the Covid shelves. All were empty. There were three other people standing near the pick up area appeared to be picking up orders as well. Several employees saw us standing around the pick up area for 10 minutes. Nobody said a word to us. Finally, an employee came out of the kitchen with five to go bags. She never said a word to anyone. She put the bags on the shelf after she filled them with the ranch or blue cheese. She didn't provide any napkins or ask anyone anything before just placing the bags on the shelf and walking away. Now, I like Buffalo wild wings because they cook their wings in tallow and I can get salt and vinegar seasoning, which is my favorite. but my order was to go so it wasn't until I got further down 528 that I realized there was basically no seasoning on my wings at all. BWW has sunk to a new low of shadiness. All 4 of our party ordered from the 15-minute Fast Break menu, as we have many times before. After our server, Tina, took our order I waited about 30 seconds, and then I started the timer, as I often have since this location opened. Only twice has the server ever started the timer. When the timer hit 15 minutes, I started a timer on my phone, just out of curiosity. My phone reached over 3 minutes by the time our food was served. The person who brought out food wasn't the person who took our order. She told us to inform Tina, so we did, and she said she would notify the manager. A while later Tina is passing by, and we ask for the zeroed out receipt. She tells us that she talked to the manager, Marlon, and he told her that they wouldn't honor the deal (Why didn't she come to us immediately then?). Marlon told her the timer has to be started by the server or a manger, and that their order slip showed it only took 11 minutes. We asked her to send him over. The manager Marlon, comes, and I explain that it's impossible that our order was ready in 11 minutes. The timer plus my phone adds up to 18 minutes. I also explain that we've eaten at this location many times, and the server has only ever twice started the timer. I started it every other time. Marlon changes his tactic and says that we have to let the server know we're ordering from the Fast Break menu. I remind him we've been here many times, and that's never been the case. Then Marlon tries to switch tactics again spouting some nonsense about the promotion having ended. We advise him that they need to remove the Fast Break menus that we order from every time. I warned Marlon to not try to play me or spin me. He finally relented and zeroed out the check. In hindsight, the only way their system could have been accurate about 11 minutes is if out food sat for 7 minutes. My chicken was noticeably dry, and the sauce was congealed. Either way, it took 18 minutes to receive our food. BWW has gotten worse about this since it opened. Most times when the timer runs out, they still expect us to pay. Numerous times we've had to notify a manager. And every time that happens, service slows to a crawl, and it takes us forever to get out of there and back to work. I suspect it's done out of spite. If BWW is unwilling to honor their Fast Break, they shouldn't offer it. read more

Rating says could've been better and that's accurate. Melvin was excellent at the bar but beyond that I'm finding it a challenge to offer some positive observations. Food took forever to come out and when it did the Classic Chicken Sandwich was dry and absent of any real taste and the fries must have been running short because all I got was a half size portion, barely covering the tray. Atmosphere was difficult. The sounds was set to 11 and the servers were literally having to yell to communicate. The bar had a stale beer odor which just screamed dirty. Now in the past I truly enjoyed this restaurant chain and thought it was a consistent reliable on the road option; but from what I saw during this most recent visit, if they stay on this course this likely won't be an option cause they'll be gone entirely. If you can imagine washing a full load of towels, leaving them to dry in the washing machine for a week, and then using them to clean your kitchen.....that is how our table smelled. As with all my reviews I ask you to keep in mind I am reviewing my stores within the class of restaurants if we should belongs. I probably classify this with hooters or alehouse typically. So, we had a great waitress and she seemed a little green and then experience, but much to our surprise she did a bang up job. There were particular suggestions that I've never heard of... Nothing groundbreaking, but definitely stuff that you would not think of straight off the menu. My kids truly appreciated this because I buy them kids meals but they have the pallet of someone with much more money than they have. This location was very clean and well staffed. Our food came out promptly and while I'd forgotten to ask for the kids meals first she still brought them out before our food. Now, you may think what is the big deal about bringing the kids and food out first when you didn't ask for it. Well if you're asking a question and then you don't have Kids. By the time we usually get somewhere to eat they are in a fantastic, said nobody, mood and ready to eat. We were waiting on our wings and my wife salad to arrive, when a food runner stopped by and dropped a giant stack of onion rings on her table. Our server swiftly came by and said my goodness you did not order those however congratulations you just won an order of onion rings if you would like them. She said of course I'm going to have these taken off your bill but by all means eat them since they're going in the trash anyway. Not necessary, but awful nice to do so. OK so the food was good the tables are good and clean and the service was good... The final yes the final inspection is required and that is a trip to the restroom. What a shame this place has come to be. Came in and waited 5 minutes to have someone just get us in and get sitting. Once we got sitting we were literally 20 minutes and no one came to the table. We got up and left. One thing would be if they were pack and full but there was at least 70% of empty tables. The place was empty. There were 4 servers just talking and hanging out doing absolutely nothing for the 20 minutes I was there. The hand sanitizer literally had drinking alcohol in it. My hands were smelling like a freaking drink. Place overall looks disgusting and bad taken care off.
