The meal I had from here was a bit of a mess, but I can't hold it much against them. I found myself with about 25 minutes to get dinner and eat it in an area with a limited number of fast food options. Clearly Mission Impossible stuff. I ended up here and ordered wings and the Tricked Out Tater Tots to go. These took about 20 minutes to arrive, which left me three minutes to start dinner. Boo: next time maybe I should stick with truly fast food. I pulled out the top food container, which was the Tater Tots ... with no toppings at all. Wasting no time, I laid into them and ate almost half before I had to run. Later, I got home and had a chance to work over the rest of the meal. It was at that point that I discovered all the toppings (queso (with some jalapeno bits, slightly spicy but not bad for this spicy-avoider), sour cream, bacon (Mmm - Bacon!), and green onions. Once I got things put together, these were very good. I also was able to enjoy the wings (breaded originals), which I got with the Blackened Rub and blue cheese dressing. The rub wasn't at all spicy, but was fairly flavorful. The wings were cooked ok (nothing undercooked, but some maybe a little dry.) I'll try a different seasoning or sauce next time. We had philly cheesesteak wraps (amazing) with tots, cheesesteak sliders (burnt and dry) and a mild Buffalo chicken wrap with no tomatoes. Now, most of the food tasted fantastic, but the mild Buffalo wrap didn't have Buffalo sauce, it was something sweet and it was loaded with tomatoes, despite asking for none. We were handed dirty plates before our meal that were still wet from having just come out of the wash (or at least I assume since they were still dirty, who knows). There was a lemon seed in my drink, despite not having any actual lemons in it. When using the restroom there was trash all over the counters and floors. The paper towel machine dispensed a sliver of product for me to dry my hands with, leaving me to resort to air drying. A man, who I'm guessing was the manager, walked by to ask how everything was but didn't actually stick around long enough to hear whether we were satisfied or not. Overall, I want to give it a 3/5 because the food is delicious, but the level of service and cleanliness, unfortunately, bring it down to a 2/5. The restaurant is nice - nice bar ambiance and the hostess greeted us and sat us quickly. It was about mid-afternoon and the place wasn't very busy. (As noted in other reviews/comments, it seems to be in competition with Hooters). Our waitress was very nice, I got the impression that she may have been new. The food, however, is a different story. The order consisted of chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla and 50 wings. Everything came out in a reasonable amount of time and looked delish but it was all less than hot. The temperature did not resemble that of fresh cooked food. Further more, it was so bland - no pizzaz at all, pretty tasteless. It was so disappointing. I found the prices to be reasonable as well, as an enjoyable atmosphere, very casual place. The naked wings (get you mind out of the gutter - these are wings that are skinless (oops) I mean no breading) are my fave with fries are good also the grouper blackened sandwiches. Great place to watch any sport pretty laid back atmosphere with lots of televisions - some locations also have pool tables. Not a bottle, but for Budlight Miller draft. You have read that correctly, 4+ dollars and our bartender told us it's going up in price. Time to find another bar if they don't fix things. 2. Price of wings is probably the highest in town for bone in. 17/18 dollars for 10 wings. Boneless wings on Wednesdays aren't endless anymore either. 3. The place is a wreck inside and out. Looks like every time people bring it up in the reviews they get sent to yelp jail. Chairs are exhausted, floors are dangerous with screws coming out of them, paint is old and worn and by the bar it smells like peepee. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting for the women and has a very nasty smell. My husband sais the same about the restrooms for men. At night time the lights in the place are dreary. 4. I am very surprised that no one brings up the drugs being sold on property. The girls talk about it openly, especially to us regulars. If you need it, it is available on the porch area on a regular basis. There are regulars that sit closest to the door with a 80s fanny pack and another person that you can get all that your heart desires. The girls also go out to "smoke" with these guys and are also very open about it. 5. If you are a lady and want to be talked to in spanish and have comments made about you in front of your husband or boyfriend then you are in luck. A group that plays music loudly, screams and yells, curses in english and spanish will greet you at the door drunk. Nothing like being belittled when you come to have a relaxing evening. You will need to come through the side door to avoid most of that. 6. Useless management that sais they will fix things and never does. They have been through many managers over the last year, speaks volumes about the bar. 7. There is an african american girl with braids that is a waitress who is outright rude. She didn't know we were regulars when we went to the bar and made comments about us. Lacking professionalism. 8. Beer pitchers, glasses are gross. There is rust on this metal thing in the middle of the pitcher and Winghouse wont replace. Unsafe to say the least. 9. If you are coming for waitresses there is a lack of those here. Why we go to the bar as its the only place where the girls remain consistent. The others are poorly maintained, complain and always call in from what our bartender sais.
