I placed an order for chips and queso at 11:30pm...I received the confirmation email for my order at 11:32. I arrive at the restaurant at 11:45 and was told my order (for pre-made queso) would be another 7 minutes. If I didn't already prepay, I would cancel my order based upon an over 20 minute wait for chips and queso and the state of the kitchen when the kitchen door was kept open. Two over-filled garbage cans were sitting close to the counter where food is prepared and bagged but the young man at the counter closed the door before I could snap another picture of that. When I received my queso, it had pico de gallon and a watery substance that could have been juice from the pico or some unknown watery substance. Either way, I have gotten chips and queso from this location three times in the last two weeks and it has never looked like this. I wish I could give zero stars because I would. Yesterday my husband and I went to dinner with the kids. Not only did we wait at least 10 minutes by the door to get seated when the booths were all empty. But nobody greeted us at the door either. It wasn't busy at all. Not sure what was going on or if they are short staffed but our waiter was horrible. Took about another 15 minutes from when we sat down until someone took our drink order.
