So I walk towards a dark storefront, not knowing whether it's open or not. I pulled the handle of the door and when there was no resistance, I know they weren't closed. I continued into the darkened cavern. The music was playing and one table had four guys busy eating. The place was completely empty at 12:00pm. The sign read, "Wait to be seated" I waited and waited. Finally I went to the to go counter and rang the bell for service.. I rang it again. Nothing... A couple came in and I said good luck. They thought they could sit at the bar. A women "the manager" came up to them and quickly said, "We don't have a bartender but here's a table." I spoke up, "I've been ringing the bell." She replied, "I was in the bathroom." She walked me to a table and asked if I wanted something to drink. She went off. The only other employee came up from behind me and threw a menu on the table without saying a word. Never said, "I'll be your server." Nothing. A few minutes later, the manager brought the food. It would have been nice for her to have said, "Can I fill your drink or you might need a few more napkins." She never reappeared. The server who dropped the menu walked by me and I asked for the check... She quickly complied with not a thanks or a word. I signed the check and left. I was surprised by how tasty the naked wings are. First time we had the boneless wings which was a mistake as the sauce was overwhelming and the breading was too much. Second time we got the naked wings with different sauces and way better experience. We also tried dry ribs which are so much better than the wet. My favs - salt and vinegar dry rub, Parmesan cheese sauce, honey bbq. The spicy sauces are a bit spiced for me so be warned. Another fav is the cheese curds - first time they brought over special sauce - caramel which sounds weird but is actually tasty. Second time we just had the regular sauce which was ok. Went to your this location on 7/5/24. There was a sign on the door that said they didn't have any draft beer. Bar tender told us he had two Corona's left. We took both. Second one was warm. After a "10 minute wait" A misleading boxed stale bun, with barely reheated meat (hopefully not in the microwave), a spit of shredded lettuce, and something that resembled a smear of tomato was brought out to me. One group of customers, seated outside, marched back out after waiting 30+ minutes for someone to come by. Our experience fit the same picture. I ordered a beer immediately and didn't get it for at least a half hour, after our food came! Most of the time we were there, my glass was empty. Not one dirty dish or glass was carried away during the entire 2+ hours. On top of that, this location has really high prices. A medium order of wings is $19.49. Fries, potato wedges, and drinks are not included. There is something wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings. This location has below average service for the chain, and BWW as a whole has well below average service. You know, I used to love this establishment. Power hours were the way to go for a deal in this town and I've watched plenty of games here with family and friends. Servers and bartenders are always very friendly and made me feel welcome. It was also so convenient since I lived so close by. However, this last time I went really left me on a sour note. When we got there, and sat at the bar top as we have plenty of times before, the bartender ignored us for a few minutes as she was messing with the register that was supposedly more important then the customers. Okay- it's just busy we said ( there were only 2 people at the bar besides us) Anyway, once she noticed us we ordered drinks and she asked for our IDs. She started to scour over my ID and compared it to my friends and decided since I have a small crack in it, she wasn't going to serve me. My friend asked if she is new and the policy got stricter and she said no- she's the manager! That's funny because I've been there dozens of times and I've always been served there. I really wanted to give this place a better review from the good times but her specific service left me drinkless and down. A customer come in behind us to pick up her order and tells the employee that she would like to verify her food before she leaves because they messed up her order pretty badly last time. Anyways we order our food at a boneless snack with veggies and a buffalo chicken wrap without cheese. 35 minutes later we finally got our food. B-Dubs is always a slippery slope. I love their wings and the flavors are solid. I would be bathed in Garlic Parmesan sauce if I could. However, their service is spotty at best. It feels understaffed at times and leaving a beer to sit at the tap instead of being served promptly should be a felony. Also, they charge extra for carrots and celery. Felony #2. That being said, I usually enjoy my experience. There is no shortage of sports on all the surrounding screens and the wings are massive. So to be honest I was very disappointed at this place. I don't know why it's even open right now. The menu is 1/3 of what they used to have. They have beer and water down margaritas and a burger here and there and the wings. Everything else nothing. They have outdoor sitting but they are not using their outdoor space like why? All the other restaurants around them have outdoor sitting fully utilized. They said they have staffing issues and that's why they are closing early which is fully understandable.
