    Incredible Customer Service!

My 2,600 points on the app expired 5 days ago. I wasn't aware points expired at all. I came in and showed Chris, the Manager, and he comp'd me 15 bone in wings. Chris said, "I got you". He didn't have to do that at all as the app has nothing to do with individual locations. What a great guy! Buffalo Wild Wings of Petaluma now has a customer for life! As a side note, their wings are WAY better than Wingstop, which has zero ambience. No substitute!

This place ambiance is really good but the food was horrible it was really low quality and just does not taste good and also the Hawaiian sliders were not good

Happy Hour Menu (3-6pm weekdays, 10pm+ daily) - shorty shots, drinks, & food. Look at the adorable pitcher that's just over 2 pints!

For what it is, I think it's a solid option (especially if you grab a bite and a beer before running errands at the nearby grocery stores). Happy Hour menu is solid, the place feels new, clean & tidy, lightly staffed at this hour but just enough, and absolutely loving the music (Blink 182, Snow Patrol, Taking Back Sunday, Yellowcard, but then Usher, Nelly, Drake etc). Can't complain!

The good: only one I know of around Sonoma County. The bad: their Lil' Sumpin' Sumpin' didn't taste right. Maybe cause it's on tap?! I'm not sure. I tried the Mac Cheese burger which was alright and definitely over filled my stomach. lol We got the boneless wings and too much breading for my liking as if they're not freshly made their but I could be wrong. Our waitress was wonderful and plenty of televisions all around their establishment. Will have to go back and try their bone-in wings. Maybe there'll be a difference.

Definitely not a welcoming place ONLY because of the staff. People there were very cool to me and my friend, but as a female, the female staff were the absolute rudest possible. What an awful attitude and experience. Wow. I even had the real "pleasure" to talk to a couple girls that were there but off that night (employed there, sadly). Their pretentious attitudes wouldn't make it anywhere with any class... but apparently they get away with discrimination just fine. Outright discrimination and bullying. I won't describe here why, but ladies... if people there talk to you... they won't like you, because you take from their tips?! Apparently. The female bartenders I met are horrendous bullies. They seem like they never got out of high school. I literally cried there. Yea, not cool as a grown woman. Shame on them. So my kind message to them... if you want better for your lives and are THAT miserable to treat a human being or any life that way, DO better. Just do better for yourselves, and for the sake of others.

We sat at two back tables with a lagging tv and somehow our orders got mixed up with the table behind us. The nachos with meat wasn't ours but we started snacking on it, but call that bad karma because we think they must've been made with an unusual vegan meat. The salsa and cheese that pose as an addition to chips and bites were not tasty. On a positive note on their own, the jalapeno bites, pretzel bites, and chips were decent and beer and drinks were good. Prices are pretty good. If you want a drink, find the end of the bar and walk up. You are ignored if you wait in the middle of the bar. Victory was just like our 9ers playoff game tonight, not memorable and disappointing.

I could get half a draft beer, there's a nice outdoor area, a cool bar cat that I became fond of, live music on Friday nights, and the staff is pretty awesome. The last time I went there was 4 weeks ago and unfortunately I will not go there again. My partner went there (he's also been there before) looking to see if I was there because I told him I was going there to retrieve my umbrella I had left there the night before. He was treated quite disrespectfully, even was threatened to have the cops called if he didn't get out of "his " parking lot. Mind you, this was during the day and my partner wasn't causing any trouble, he was just looking for me. This act alone was enough for me to decide that I wouldn't go there again. I understand people have bad days but when they are in service industry, you need to check that shit at the door before you start your shift. After all, the customer is paying their salary. Hosts were super friendly, just like the last time, so no complaints there at all. Overall, this escape room was much, much better than the Charlie's Candy Shop escape room. It felt much more intuitive, and the clues were written clearly, which made the experience more enjoyable. The only issue we experienced was in the second room, during the part where you use the dowsing rods to find the letters on the wall which are needed to open the safe. We weren't able to get any readings from the dowsing rods, we weren't sure if the magnets were not strong enough or if something else was affecting it. We ended up calling the host for help, and she was very nice and helpful. She gave us a hint about using a specific word on the metal board, and we immediately understood which five-letter word she meant. That hint worked perfectly for us.
