ordering for delivery off the app is hit or miss. about 50% of the time I get everything I ordered and paid for, the other half something is missing. Ive had appetizers missing, sides missing, even extra sauces I've paid for. the food has always been good so I keep coming back, but the hassle of getting reimbursed for missing items sometimes makes me order somewhere else so I don't have to bother with it. Wowza was this service amazing!! The server was kind and efficient, quickly bringing out our meals and checking to make sure we were all ok very often. The App and the rewards points are a scam. I'd accumulated 16,000+ points. So you know I've been a long-time, frequent customer. I went to use some points for the first time. Two employees and a manager couldn't get the App to work, and they did not offer to honor the points and then fix the App issues (which they could have later deducted the points applied at my point of purchase). The managers seem lazy and are usually sitting down or no where to be found. It seems like the servers and bartenders are always rushing around with no help. One bartender in particular seems annoyed and not friendly until you're ready to pay the bill. This location loses orders, nobody in that store knows what's really going on. I had to go back to order a meal, that I had requested delivery for. Then was told they cant deliver my food. Pocatello is a small town in Idaho. We have quite the variety of eateries to choose from. 4 out of my 5 past experiences with B Dubs have been just awful. While the staff is always attentive and understanding, they just seem to be plagued by something every time we choose to go there or order out. Today we decided we're done trying. The management always seems genuinely concerned when the issues are brought up, but good management would correct these issues and over the past 2 years, it just hasn't happened for us. I just don't understand how you screw up chicken wings when that's all you're really supposed to be known for. It reminds me of the days when Domino's pizza tasted worse than the cardboard boxes they delivered them in. They addressed their issues and revamped themselves. We have been to this place multiple times. The first hand full if times it was good. Good service good food. My husband, mom, step dad and my self along with my 1 year old daughter went there in the beginning of March and from the time we ordered our food it took over an hour to actually get our wings. My mom and step dad got sandwiches and got it within 5 to 10 minutes of ordering... mind you we were all at the same table. Fast forward to tonight my husband, daughter and myself went there again to see how it was going to be.. we ordered out food and I timed it and it was exactly 50 minutes from the time we ordered till when we got our food. This is absolutely ridiculous and I know it isn't the waitresses fault at all. It's the chefs and we have heard it from the waitresses that it is the chefs. You need to either hire better chefs or get your sh** together when it comes to getting orders out in a timely manner. Eat anywhere else! The place was dead and very dark. We waited forever to be sat. Two groups were sat after us and were served first. Once our waitress showed up she acted like we had just inconvenienced her entire day by making her take our order. This place checks your drivers license not just once but twice! Nothing like asking a 40 year old for their ID just to have a manager (who watched me show my ID from a distance) come check it again 5 minutes later. Wow; this place was a train wreck. We ordered for pick up. Got our food. Made it to the freeway. Then we start noticing stuff is missing. Fork, bottled pepsi, one of the kids meal, no dipping sauce for my wings. So we take the next exit, as we are driving we call back twice to let them know all that is missing. Mind you; we live and 1.5 away and I'm wanting to get home. So I am pretty annoyed. My wife hands me my box of fries, and I lost my temper, luckily I had several blocks to cool down, they were old stale dry fries. Anyway I go back to the restaurant and I get my food, make sure I have everything, except for my bottled Pepsi (which they charge more for) that they don't have. Then I ask to speak the the manger, I explain that I am pissed off and I am going to try and keep my cool. I open the box of fries, I pick up a small handful and snap them in half and throw them back in the box "this is dogshit" I say; the mangers response " I know; I can see they are old" ... she offers to make me fresh, now I've just chewed this ladies ass; I ain't eating anything from that kitchen, and she offers me a "coupon " or something. I declined; and said I won't be coming back here. So she offers me a partial refund. Asking if that will suffice ; I reply "better than a kick in the ass" ... now I guess you have to realize that I just spent $70 on food that I would of taken back to McDonald's and complained about. Anyway... On the road; I'm eating my wings. Wrong damn seasoning. Oh well; she's refunding me and it's not like their medium sauce is bad. Just chalk it up to another mistake made. Ordered food around 10:30 at night. Had to repeat myself on the burger items for three single burgers. They did not get even one burger right. I called around 10:59 pm and believe someone hung up the phone and did not answer it. Not impressed by a food place that can not get one burger correct. Also when I arrived an employee of the place clocked out and did it notify any of his employees that I was standing waiting to get my food for at least five minutes. Also I was informed that if I sign up for their reward program that I could get points for rewards. There are a lot of great things about B-Dubs, and just a few things I don't like. The food is pretty good, they have a decent selection for a big chain sports bar. I like their beer selection for the most part, I just wish they would have a couple microbrews to choose from. The wings aren't the best I've ever eaten, but they're pretty good. And the chicken wraps are great. It's great to come here at lunch time during the week. It's nearly deserted, and there's tons to watch on all the tvs. The only bad thing is that it gets super crowded on a big fight night or Sunday afternoon during football season. Takes forever to get a seat, and the food takes a while, but I suppose that's the nature of the business at times like that. Overall I really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings. If anyone ever gifts me with their card for Christmas I will re-gift it right away. 8 years later place is still as mediocre as it gets. Not a place to eat definitely. Maybe if one drinks like a horse it would be an Ok place. More like a sports bar of a weird kind. Their faulty website does not offer a conveniently structured pick up times. Like get it now or never well.. we live out of town. Calling the eatery itself does not help much and is not easy. Ok, agreed mutually on the pick up time. I park at the pick up slot and call them after they hang up on me thrice decide to get in and to pick up food myself. Just to be told my order was there on the shelve yet someone grabbed it somehow and it will take them 30-40 minutes to redo it. Ok. I show up order is redone I am asked to pay again. Luckily manager resolved this issue fairly quick, but general sense of urgency is lacking. For sure. Why designate pick up spots if you won't answer your phone? Pick up spots are for people who try to save time, you know in case you did not notice. If one is working non-standard hours and decides to shop in Pocatello only WinCo is always there. And places like this is the reason it is impossible to plan your time a bit ahead or do a quick efficient shopping trip before beginning of your shift. read more

I would like to start out by saying our waitress, Rochelle, was exceptional tonight and that we frequent Buffalo Wild Wings in Pocatello. We had a group of four people seated in the bar area, it took us 2 1/2 hours to get our food. When we finally received our food, everything was cold, to the point that we had to question whether or not our chicken was cooked and if it was had it ever been held at a safe food handling temperature and whether or not our mozzarella sticks had ever been dropped into the fryer. In addition to the clear temperature issues all four of our plates had, my plate did not have the correct sauces and we were given fries instead of wedges as our side. Our server immediately sent our food back and said the manager would be taking care of our table. The incorrect fry order was then taken to the back corner by the bar area where we watched 3 employees shove French fries into their faces and then turn around and walk behind the bar to poor drinks or serve food without washing their hands. This would be a gross health violation even before we entered into a pandemic. 30 minutes later our food comes out very hot but my wings were incorrectly sauced yet again. Again our waitress made my meal correct as quickly as possible. Up to this point we had not seen the manager at all. I had every intention of letting the manager know about the unsafe food handling procedures that were occurring behind the bar area so we requested he come to our table. It took the manager, Joe, 15 minutes to come to our table. Once I informed him that the staff was shoving food in their faces and then serving drinks and food he shrugged it off with a "yeah that is gross" but seemed have no intention of handling this in anyway. Once I explained the errors that had occurred in the 3 hours we had been seated at Buffalo Wild Wings he shrugged and said he was told of a "fumble" with my plate of food (which was incorrect twice) but had "no idea we had issues." He then proceeded to shrug off the bad experience that we had and I had to directly ask him to make our meal right which he originally argued with all four of us over. Finally, after trying to joke with me and touching my shoulder in an attempt to shrug off my legitimate concerns, he walked over and comped our food but couldn't even be bothered to walk back to our table with our new receipts and apologize. This is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered from a manager and combined with the clear disregard for the cleanliness of the employees at this restaurant I will think twice about ever returning to this or any Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

We come to B-Dubs fairly often, haven't ever had a bad experience to keep us away. It's generic, frozen, over-priced bar food, but when I'm in the mood, it's a sure bet I'm going to know what I'm paying for. I like both boneless and traditional, with the medium and asian zing sauces, and a side of bacon cheddar potato wedges. Good place to catch the game on TV, also fair selection of beer. This location can be slow at times, but usually given the relaxed vibe of a game and wings, it's nothing too irritating. I recommend the soft pretzels for an app. read more

Had the chicken flatbread pizza thingy. It was full of MEH. Dry, a little overcooked (especially the plasticised cheese) and the bread was more like a stale cracker than a thin, but soft bread. Isn't that what flat bread is supposed to be like? I don't know this fancy stuff well. I'll probably be dragged here again for something, but who knows what I'll get. All the food I've had had a pretty big downside to it. I had a sip of my date's IPA on tap and it was pretty flat tasting too. This place isn't really my thing. I've been here enough to know exactly what I'm in for both pro and con. Sensory overload from the TVs and noise with mediocre food. The service has always been decent though and there's usually a few fine looking ladies -- but i'm taken anyways. I prefer other local places instead. I have ordered carry out on several occasions. Previously, I was disappointed by the freshness of the bun on a hamburger order. The bread was either stale or freezer burned. Then, I actually ordered carry out again. My mistake... I ordered two medium rare burgers for my wife and I. Instead of medium rare, my wife and I ate burnt burgers... We felt assaulted. If we weren't so hungry, I would have driven back and threw the burgers at the "cook", if you can call him a cook... I think we will stick with MacKenzies or some other more local establishment. We've got these establishments all over the place out here in Cali, so seeing one in Poky was a bit familiarizing. I also had never been to one. First things first - the joint is loud and was louder than usual. Our hostess and server apologized in advanced for that. I wanted to know what I kind of craft brews they had and our server did not know, so she called the manager (Ricky, I believe) and we basically talked shop for a few minutes. He knew his stuff and I ended up getting a pint of the Fresh Squeezed IPA - on draft. It was bad ass! We grubbed on some fried pickles and on some honey BBQ wings. The portions are huge and we ended up taking some home for leftovers. Now that I know what the place is like I may give the one in my area a shot.
