Went in for some chicken wings. Love them. From Chicago and really enjoy some good fried wings in great sauce choices. We were celebrating some great hikes and time with my Bday girl! She ordered a salad and loved the amazing sauce recommended by our AWESOME waitress Torrie. She not only was so accommodating and really a servant whom seems to love serving, but was so personable and down to earth. If the management here doesn't recognize it I am shocked. Came in at 7:30, nobody sat us or even acknowledged us until about 7:45. Even the waitress that sat us said "oh nobody has helped you? That's rude!" We sat in our booth until about 8:15, nobody came over to take our order or even get us waters. They were definitely busy, however I saw groups come in after us, get seated immediately and have their orders taken all in the span of the time we were there. This meal purchase is very poor value when even a small detail like this is overlooked! Have you ever eaten a piece of grilled salmon and green salad with vinaigrette dressing without any tools or buffalo wings without napkins? I had my dinner delivered to my motel room via Grub hub so I paid a premium for dinner ($25) and to add insult to injury, I discover the receipt does not reflect the delivery fee, tax and tip, only the food. I drove 40 miles out of my way to come here because of the reviews and the prices on the website. I'm handicapped and parked in the handicap spot by the side door. I can barely walk. The hostess let me know that I was in the wrong area for seating people so she took me all the way to the front door so that she could find out where to seat me, which was all the way back by the way I had come in. I was not happy. Stephanie needs sensitivity training. It would have been easy for Steph to say, wait here and i'll check which tables are open so you won't need to walk unnecessarily. But that was only my first encounter. I got excellent service from Ashley. I pointed out to her that I wanted the price that was on the website which, is the reason why I came. Then the hostess, Steph, came back and tried to explain to me off of the menu how it meant if you do this or that then you get such and such. I said no I just want the appetizer that's named on the website for $12 I'm happy with that. She said we can't do that. After I ate my food I called the manager and explained how unhappy I was with the service I received from Steph, and he gave me the price on the website. The wings and fingers were amazing. It was the worst experience for delivery by far I've ever had. For two people, ribs and wings, the total was over $50! Two dinners. There were 3 short ribs, small portion of fries and the coleslaw. Get this, the slaw was put in a dip container! There wasn't even a tablespoon of it! For my wings I asked for dry rub Ranch. Literally they were just drowning in the rub, it was so salty i threw them away. I too got 8 fries and that "less than" a tablespoon of slaw. We have been coming to Wingers for years. I had not been in a long time, and met my daughter for lunch. We shared nacho fries and each ordered a huge salad because we are hungry girls. Stopped by for lunch and had a cheddar burger, with some fries, washed down with their own IPA and a Blonde ale. Their IPA is crisp and tasty and on draft. The place looks like a traditional 50's diner. We got there when it was less busy but 5 minutes into our meal and the place got packed. The burger was tasty enough - they don't have a rare option, so I went with the medium-rare one and it was alright. The fries were good, too. I was reading some comments about them adding chicken and waffles to the menu and apparently that's a breakfast option? Man, you native folk better take advantage of that, because chicken and waffles are the bomb, yo! I may be a spoiled fella from L.A. but we have Roscoes Chicken and Waffles here. Time for a long-overdue review update for my all-time favorite restaurant! Please see my previous reviews for recommendations; bone-in wings and/or Sticky Fingers with Original Amazing sauce remain my go-to selections along with the Drunken Pig burger (don't forget to ask for Original Amazing to add to the burger!) Oh, and the Sticky Finger salad is always great (try it with Creamy Amazing dressing - blend of Ranch & Original Amazing). Since my last review, Wingers has commendably restored the original garlic fries with the delicious garlic aioli sauce that had temporarily been removed from the menu. That one change alone deserves the restoration of a 5-star review. However, there were additional positive developments as well. 1) New food! Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer: this stuff is great - everyone I know who has tried it really enjoys it. Sticky Finger Burrito - I haven't personally tried it, but members of my family have and like it. Tennessee Hot Dry Rub - one of my new favorite alternative wing flavors for the few times I want something besides the Original Amazing sauce. 2) Rewards programs! This was long overdue in my mind. There is a lunch card (buy 7 get 1 free) and a separate online rewards check-in over their Wi-Fi ... although this has been spotty and is not always reliable. Hopefully they iron out the kinks. The online rewards net you a free dessert immediately and then rewards in the form of free food every 5 visits. 3) Gluten Free options! This was significant for me; you can get wings AND Sticky Fingers gluten free now, and I actually prefer the taste. Many of the salads and some entrees fall into this category (or can be prepared GF) and their burgers are just as good (to me) without the bun, but that's because the burgers themselves are superior to most (all?) other places. 4) Popcorn is back! Fairly minor, but a welcome restoration of a fan favorite nonetheless. Not everything is perfect; the onion rings have shifted from what used to be an actual ring to something ... different, called Cajun Onion Straws. They're OK, but the original version was definitely superior. If you're around for lunch be sure to try the Endless Sticky Finger lunch; all you can eat Sticky Fingers, fries (make 'em garlic for $1 more) and a drink for $12. Great deal! Overall this restaurant gets my highest recommendation. I've been to many Wingers in the chain, but Pocatello always comes out on top. read more

The naked wings with the rebel fire sauce are great! Make sure to ask for them extra crispy. The Rebel Fire sauce is sweet, but not too spicy. If you're looking for something hot, try the atomic. The fries are well seasoned. The slaw wasn't my favorite, it could be left off the wing dinner platter but I can see it being paired with other meals. The slaw is lime based -- almost a slightly pickled cabbage slaw as opposed to a sweet mayo-based slaw many are used to. Overall, it was a good and quick stop for great food.
