Went for dinner and drinks with a couple friends last night, tolerable service with ok food. Paying a lot for the atmosphere which I am cool with if the service is good. There is one thing that REALLY bothered me about the experience. We were finishing up our meals, had signed the check on $115.00 bill and left a more than generous tip. I got up and went to the restroom while my friends waited at the table, our waitress comes to collect the bill, grabs my 1/3 full beer and decides to take it and dispose of it. I get back to the table and ask where my drink went and she proceeds to say "I've been here since 11, I really want to go home". It was only like 7:30 or something at that point so I don't feel much sympathy. I had worked an 11 hour day before this, and paid for my damn beer, I shouldn't be rushed out of a restaurant because some server has a timeline in their mind of when they want off shift. If you are in that big of a hurry then pass your table off to another server! Super lame experience! read more

I feel like previous reviews are right on. Although service in Pocatello, ID Zhas always been great the food is substandard. But hay it's a chain. I came for buy one get one free tacos but realized the minimum amount of taco I could order was 6 ( so would have been 12 for $8) and I could not eat all of them by myself so went for the street tacos (3) for $5 something. They were okay bar food but the chicken was dry ( and hard? ) and weird cheese sauce. There was fresh cilantro ++. read more

My family and I came with our friends for Mother's Day to Buffalo wing for dinner and the food was so dry not cooked right and the margarita that my friends had didn't have alcohol in them. They charge for everything and service is poor. You check your order and they are upset that they forgot something in your order. Then we go there and no body is there to eat but there is a 30 minute wait. They have no idea how to run a restaurant. I will no longer spend money here. Went to use the gift card from the last horrible experience I had to see if there was improvement and I was disappointed once again. I ordered a quesadilla (which the tortilla was burnt) and the chicken was ollllld. Like chewy and discolored. I also ordered the buffalo Mac & cheese and the container it came in was only about a quarter full. The chicken was also old in the Mac n cheese. I don't understand how the food was not fresh when it took 45 minutes to get it. Also, I though the Mac n cheese came with garlic bread? Won't be going there again. read more

Okay...first off food here is actually quite good. Maybe I just don't like the sports bar scene and/ or BW3's business model. Service was slow, and has always been slow in every franchise location I've ever eaten BW3 nationwide. Maybe this is done on purpose to try and sell beer while you wait? We went on Vets day with some friends in the afternoon. Music was so loud it was difficult to carry on a conversation. Again, the food here is great (four stars at least) but the dining experience is always a poor one with slow service, loud dining room and the distraction of a million television screens. If you want to visit with your dining mates don't come here. If you want to veg out and watch a game, this is probably the place for you. I wish there was a more segregated dining area where you could have a more intimate experience. read more

First off, the table we were sat at was dirty and sticky. The buffalo wings were like dry chicken nuggets with a tiny bit of sauce sprinkled on top. The All-American-Cheeseburger was the size of a slider. Both dishes were WAY overpriced for what they were. To top it all off, their system was down so we could not use the gift cards we brought--which was the ONLY reason we went there to begin with. We've been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times in the past four years. In our opinion the service and quality of food has really gone down hill lately. We stopped by there last Thursday to watch the football game and we were really disappointed with the whole experience. The picture quality on the big screen TVs was really poor. The waitstaff didn't seem very friendly at all. And our food came to us cold! There weren't very many customers, which is usually a bad sign. read more

I have given this place a couple of chances and to be honest, it bombed both times. The food is incredibly bland in my opinion. I tried a couple of different appetizers as well as entrees. Non struck my fancy at all. The environment is rather dark and very loud. It is nearly impossible to have a conversation with the person across the table from you. Yes, it is a bar, but part of bar life is social life as well is it not? In this place that is nearly impossible. Save your money. Go somewhere else. read more

Prepare to be distracted! Lots of TVs-- if there is a sporting event on, there is a good chance it is playing somewhere. Beer selection average, but some nice tasties in the bunch. One star because no one died from this garbage but at least two of us had intestinal distress for 2-3 days afterwards. Overly breaded chunks of what the menu called chicken breast--obviously prepared and frozen in some food factory. The various sauces did not mask the greasy taste of the "wings". Extremely noisy and unpleasant; the service staff was OK but not exceptional. I have had real wings at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo and they were great! I had the Wings combo with honey bbq sauce it was fantastic! My friend had the buffalo chicken sandwich which was good too. Our server Antonio was very nice and friendly we even received our mozzarella sticks for free! This was a great first time experience and I will definitely be coming back again. Met friends there for dinner, the food was fine but the noise level was deafening. A football game was on. The sound on the Televisions was turned up to concert level. Though we were seated close together we couldn't talk at all. The entire meal was conversations where one person would ask the other a question and the other would answer with "What did you say!:" then you'd shout your question. Repeat this for the rest of the evening. Even the servers couldn't hear the costumers and people had to keep shouting their requests. Have gone 3 times for football on Sunday. Food has been consistantly bad. Only 2 of use and they have gotten something on our order wrong every time. We hoped it would get better,but it didn't. Have visited BWW in many other locations,but this one is bad. One Sunday we ate while watching a game,ordered drinks,and at half time a waitress actually asked us rather rudely,if we were planning to stay for the WHOLE game. Sports bar...DUH. The quality of the food has gone down. They're so stingy with their honey BBQ sauce, I couldn't even taste it on some of my wings. And this is about the fourth time it's been like that. When I asked them for more honey BBQ sauce they gave me some spiel about it being measured the same for all wings, but my mild sauce or Parmesan garlic is almost too thick.
