I visited this location a few days ago and i was very dissatisfied with my experience. I was told the manager would come to talk to me 3 times before they did. Angela came to talk to me first and acted as if my questions didn't matter to her. She dismissed me as if i was scum on the bottom of her shoe. Eventually, Cam (another manager) came out to talk to me and she told me i was causing a scene when i just wanted some simple help and explanation. I did not appreciate how i was talked to during my time there and i will not be returning. If u are looking at going here i'd recommend another location. I used to love this place, but over the last year, quality service has disappeared. My friend ordered a sandwich with avocado and 30 minutes later she got a hockey puck without avocado. My friend had to point out to the server that it was missing. The server left to fix it and 5 minutes later she said that they ran out of Avocados! My wings were good, but really? Who really enjoys eating out when you gotta ask for refills and orders aren't right? Management tolerates inattentive and poorly trained staff. Another time I ordered an order of large wings to share and even though there was a sticker on the order that stated it was large... it was a medium order. I am currently standing here at the pick up window. Nobody has acknowledged me at all!! Not any servers, nobody!!!! I have been waiting here several minutes and have watched server after server walk past me, not even acknowledging my existence. This place is empty so not sure what gives. The girl finally came out with someone else's order. But a "someone will be right with you" goes a long way. I have been to BWW all over the US and this has got to be one of the worst. Just saw a news story about a Portland restaurant owner who yelled at a screaming toddler to be quite because the parents wouldn't say anything. This brought back bad memories of my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location 6 years ago. I had the misfortune of being seated next to a family with 2 or 3 young kids. The toddler started to act up (as kids are prone to do), and the screaming continued to escalate to the point where practically the entire restaurant was glaring at the parents for them to do something. Nope, not these morons - they just sat there in their placid ignorance and did nothing and acted like it was no big deal. The wait staff and restaurant management did nothing either. I finally got someone's attention and made a big point of asking to be moved to another table as far away as possible (for my sanity). This place tends to be loud and noisy as it is (which is not a problem - you expect that), but then you add a screaming child into the mix that is screaming above the volume of all the TV's? I have yet to step foot in the restaurant again. The memories of that awful experience are still too fresh. I would not want to be in management's shoes in a situation like that, but seriously, would you rather take a chance on offending one family with no parenting skills, or would you rather alienate the rest of the customers in your establishment? Management needs to intervene when a screaming unruly child is out-of-control and disruptive and the parents just sit there like bumps on a log. It was the worst experience ever. I think the average rating here is about right. Second time I've been here and everything about it is just average: the service & food, the restaurant itself. Went on Sunday for an early dinner. Briefly awkward at the hostess stand as people just looked at us. Disappointed that the special items on the menu were not available. Evidently it's at their digression. Served by a friendly waiter who eventually fell through on service. It wasn't crowded but it took over 20 minutes for our order to come out. Didn't offer or bring any extras needed with wings. Had to flag down another server to get emergency drink refills (my mouth was on fire from some HOT wings). Over all just Blah atmosphere and service. No need to hurry back in my opinion. read more

Time and time again these are my favorite hot wings, plus the Rockwall location is consistent, clean and fun! There are a LOT of options for hot-wings in DFW, and many of them are great. In Rockwall you do not have nearly as many options, but of the ones we have I have to give 4 stars to BWW. They really have a great team in here. Seating is nearly never a problem unless there is a big game on, and they have all day happy hour prices on several appetizers like mini corn dogs and cheese sticks. The "Small" order of wings is enough for most men and come in your choice of more than 20 flavors, all of which can be sampled upon request. I really enjoy that option! Service is sometimes hit and miss, but for me its mostly been hit. I am happy with the service in this location. My flavor suggestion for you is MILD mixed with DESERT HEAT DRY RUB. You will really love it if you enjoy the classic buffalo sauce flavor. I eat here at least once a month and will continue to do so. read more

BWW as its often referred is the prime location to watch most sporting events, considering it has flat screen TVs all over the place. Sports fanatics can watch several games at once. It is just as loud as you expect a Sports Bar should be. The is cheering, laughing, clapping, screaming, and the opposite if you are wearing a losing team's jersey. Most often sport's environments include drinks in the description and BWW lives up to every word in the description (drinks). The Bartenders are always busy filling drink orders which are most often beers, and that's a good thing. The Bartender's skills in mixing drinks are lacking, so don't expect not to go home with a belly full of soda or juice with extra ice and a splash of alcohol. The Waitresses are dressed in revealing sexy sports girl restaurant attire (short shorts and tiny shirts). Well of course more skin gets more tips and requests for beer.   The prices are average for a Sports Bar and that could be expensive if you fall for the sexy sports girl restaurant attire. LOL Cheese Sticks - extra-large oblong strips of gooey mozzarella cheese coated with battered crust and fried to a golden brown arrives to the table piping hot. The cheese visibly strings and stretches from one end to the other when broken in half. These are great dipped in the provided marinara sauce, or the requested ranch dressing. They aren't so bad to take a few bites "naked" either. This is the best food item on the menu despite the name BWWings! Buffalo Wings - there isn't a lack in variety. BWW has both traditional and boneless wings on the their menu. BWW also offers a variety of dry rubs and sauces, from sweet and tangy to hella hot - parmesan garlic is brought to the table and looks like a pile of gravy on top of several small chicken wings. Instead of a flavor sauce on top of the wings, it looks more like smothered wings....excuse me, where are the sautéed onions? - mild is served with so little sauce, the wings look bare. First time here. The hostess check us in. We are waiting for our name. She said something we couldn't hear her. My son was then getting up she continue to say something the customer after us. Gets up and she seats them. As my son was approached her. He ask did you called my name ,she said she call a name.and guess what it was my sons name. She didn't apologize or anything she then seated the next customer after the other people she seated. We finally got to be seated and the service suck. It took 20 minutes to get an drink order in then another 20 minutes get a waiter to come get our orders. Then another 30 minutes for our order to come to us. Meal by meal at separate times. We made our way to the bar, grabbed a table and asked the server if the Stars game would be on. He was very friendly and helpful, said he'd ask. He came by about 8 minutes later, went to ask again. It was a 5 star untell the walk to the bath room the tile in the restaurant are slippery , the bathroom is discussing ' holes in the tile wall calking on tile where something was mounted, soap dispenser missing off the wall , mold or dirty calk on the sink top where it meets the backsplash. I give it 10 out of 10--as in 10 out of 10 orders are WRONG. There is always ample staff milling around talking to each other and ignoring customers.
