We come to Salem to visit our son for lunch and he wanted to have wings. we made the mistake of choosing Buffalo Wild Wings off of Center St. NE. to order take out from. My wife went to pick up our order that was not quite ready when she arrive. The guy at the counter would not give my wife a drink carrier and or plates. We did not get the fries that was supposed to come with one our orders, the drinks were mostly water and the wings had to have been sitting around for a while because the meat was almost completely cold and super dry. At 4pm today, we walked into an empty resurant and were told we would have to wait for a clean table. There were 2 sets of 2 other guests behind us and they each got seated before us. As we were seated we noticed 4 dirty tables. There was 3 of us in our group. We were given 2 menus and our waitress took our order and brought us 2 sets of silverware. Again there were THREE of us. We had to ask for an additional menu and additional silverware and were treated as an inconvenience. Next time I am quite certain olive garden will be our choice. I had the Buffalo mac n cheese years ago at another location and loved it so decided to try it again. I'm not sure how much worse it could have been. We were waiting patiently during their play time only to have them come at 11:30 saying last call for tables was at 11:30. I don't know if all BWW has this feature, but this location has a time allotted for when you should receive your food. After the order has been placed, the waiter / waitress places a tablet on the table which has a count down. If the timer gets passed 15 minutes, you receive your food for free. That was the first time I had seen any BWW do this. The food was good and the service was good as well. read more

After all, what more could one ask with epic food, epic service, and epic games of the season playing on very large TV screens throughout the restaurant? First, the staff here work together like a well oiled machine, seating us, a group of 11, in good time,on a busy Friday night. The head server Matthew deserves a shout out for his epic attitude and work ethic volunteering to take pictures of this special occasion while taking our orders. Some dark-haired guy in his 30's I suspect got up from a table as we entered the bar area, asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for- he pulled out his phone, checked the time, and told me the bar was closed! I'm sure the manager and corporate offices would love to hear that this guy is sending business AWAY 30 minutes before closing! He wanted us to sit in the dining room- where staff was cleaning tables and running a vac...nice ambiance, don't you think? Clean up your act, BWW. If you build it, they will come. Horrible service, had a previous order of the 15 and 15 wing bundle ordered over the phone the employee repeated everything correctly but when i got my food and went home the order was wrong, i was unable to go back that day due to work.They offered me a ten dollar gift card for my troubles, It is now November 4th and I've decided to give it another chance i waited at the counter for 15 minutes while making eye contact with multiple employees and even a manager, nobody came to help me until i asked a buss boy to get someone to help me get my gift-card. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. This place is absolutely horrible... From the management, which seems to be getting worse all the way down to the servers and greeters. I've never experienced worst customer service and the place is absolutely disgusting. The woman's bathroom was beyond atrocious. I really think my female server was trying to hit on me in front of my husband, which was not only awkward, but disrespectful. We got in and had 3 families show up after us, they proceeded to help all of them first then decided after we have waited for 30 min, when there is completely empty seating to help. We decided to stop into Buffalo to pick up an order. We haven't had Buffalo since dine in hasn't been an option. We get home and we were kind of disappointed in our order. First we ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese which is supposed to be the bigger size of the two options, and to be honest the portion size was smaller than when we've ordered it before and the chicken that came with it was over done so we had to peel off the breading that was on the chicken that came with the Mac and cheese. Then we order 15 wings bone in wings, one of the sauces was wrong and not all of the what were supposed to be bone in were actually bone in part of the order came boneless. I do have to give props on their salt and vinegar Wings but that was honestly the only bright side to tonight's order. :/ read more

I always walk in to Buffalo Wild Wings knowing it's a chill place to have a few drinks and some decent chicken wings and never expect more because, let's face it, that's what the place is. I minused one star because their service isn't the greatest and the servers spend more time socializing with each other than anything else but again, it's Buffalo Wild Wings so I don't really care. There were seven of us so we ordered two large orders of traditional wings (Asian Zing, Blazin', Mango Habanero, and Desert Heat), Ultimate Nachos, and the kids got Mac & Cheese. All the flavors were very good although I always prefer Blazin' & Mango Habanero over everything. The nachos were interesting as I saw a few spoonfuls of nacho cheese at the bottom layer but couldn't find any more than that. I should have read the menu description better before ordering but, silly me, I thought nachos automatically came with cheese?? There was a good helping of carne, chopped lettuce, tomatoes on it and it was pretty tasty but I'll have to ask for extra extra extra cheese next time, you know, so it has cheese on it. My vodka cranberry was perfect and I loved the fun, loud, sporty atmosphere. This is one place I can take my kids and not have to shush them! read more

I placed an order to be picked up through the bww app. I live about 15 miles away so I leave once I place the order. When I get there I ask where you pick up orders placed on the app and was told the bar. I went to the bar where I was ignored by two staff members and when I tried to get their attention I was told to check in at the front. I stopped a waitress on my way to the front and she said orders should be over there and walked off. I go over to this other area and no one is around, I wait another 5 minutes and I see a door dash driver go over to a rack and pick up some bags. Curious I walk over and my bag is there, frustrated with the whole ordeal I grab the bag and leave. Shame on me for not checking the bag so when I get home one meal is missing, an order of wings is burned badly and a salad looks like it was scooped off the ground, thrown back on the ground and then stomped on before placing it back in the box. I called to let them know and was quickly shut down because I didn't call in the order. Because I used THEIR app the store couldn't help me even though they are the ones that screwed this order up.
