Last week I placed an order over the phone and after my daughter and I picked up we went home and she got started on it and I realized they got my order wrong (I asked for traditional bone-in & the gave me boneless instead). Would be a big deal but this is the second time in back-to back order so I called this time. The female staff who answered said said they can redo the order if I'd like but I told them it was already too late/long for me to go back. So, she said she check with someone (named lily or lilia or somthing, turns out i find out today there's no on by that name, says the General manager) and to make it right they redo that right order for me another day and I would not have to pay. She says they can pull it up with my number Fast forward today......I called to order and they have no record that they says they going to take care of me. The General Manager jump on the line with me and he's a douch. He's response is "you should of check your order to make sure it was right, I do!) He did ZERO to help. Even after suggesting he'll find out who was on shift, what ever the outcome, I would still be screw'd on what his staff told me about my future next order. I asked for his name, he gave it to me, but like how he treated my call, his name isn't important, just starts with an "L"! I don't write reviews so for me to leave this review.....I can pay for my own food, even when my order was wrong, like which I did do, not a big deal! I just want them to keep there word. But mostly, this is due to the manager who did not resolve my issue. I was there last night with a couple of friends! The server who help us had a very bad attitude since we had there! While taking our order she turn her back on us and walk away! Took us drinks we did not ask for! And brought us the wrong food! We decided to talk to the manager and Mariana the server was all mad talking to her coworkers of us! The manager in charge said she never had complains anoint her! My friend and I have been servers before and we'll never treat customers like that at all! Another family came about 10 min after. We waited another 10 minutes, and finally, they came, and they seated the other family before us! Tried to have a nice meal with my elderly father who has Parkinson's when there wasn't hardly any customers in the building and was told there was a 15 min wait but we could eat at the bar. Really? The hostess could obviously see it would have been uncomfortable for him. To say there was a 15 min wait sounded very unreasonable to be unseated when there was no one in the restaurant. Smh . This place problem has the slowest service ever. We went to grab a quick lunch. The place was very empty only a handful of customs and plenty of staff. We got seated and ordered our food. The waitress gave us our drinks and then the waiting started. We waited for about 45 minutes just sipping on our soft drinks. Once the food came out it was cold. Seems like it was sitting after being prepared and they forgot to bring the food out. Service needs to be improved. read more

I usually really like going to BWW but this location is awful. It wasn't busy yet the service was super slow and absolutely terrible. We sat at the bar and it was incredibly difficult to get the server's attention for anything. Our server only quickly took our order which seemed to be a huge inconvenience for him and didn't bother cleaning the bar top in front of us (it was least dirtiest of the available seating). Their cocktails weren't that good (which they normally are at other locations) and the food was a disappointment. There was also a huge mess in front of us that no one was in a rush to clean (photo attached). Hate to give a bad review. But 15-20 minute wait when it's not busy that turns into a 30+ minute wait is a bit much. They were aware enough to charge a $10 cover charge for the UFC fights but not aware enough to be well staffed. Half the building empty and not utilized. Also cover charge HAD to be in cash and wasn't explained until called up to be seated after waiting 30 minutes. Sad to say, BWW has lost my business when it comes to UFC/PPV events. read more

My family and I were on a road trip and stopped by this location for dinner. We thought it would be a quick bite and we've been to other BWW locations before and genuinely enjoyed our past experiences. But I will never step foot in this location again. The waitress was friendly but it took 40 minutes to get our food. As we waited for our food we were also ready for a 2nd round of drinks. It took a while to get the attention of our server. She finally asked us about another round. It took 30+ minutes to get our 2nd round of drinks. I witnessed neighboring guests receive drinks before us. Apparently they misplaced their wine opener and they didn't want to send one drink out and wanted to bring out both at the same time. Really? The waitress apologized and literally said " to be honest no one orders wine here". So they only have one wine opener??? I've worked in restaurants before and that's totally BS. Anyone that's worked a bar or restaurant knows that's total BS. How does BWW or any restaurant/bar only have one wine opener? The waitress said they sent someone out to buy a new wine opener which is why it was taking so long. They clearly just forgot our order and needed some BS excuse. I rather they just be honest and say they forgot. Another thing that upset me was the cleanliness of the restroom. It legit prevented me from finishing my meal. My 3 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and I was just so grossed out by the conditions. The floor was wet, toilet seats were wet, trash bins were overflowing and there were gnats everywhere. My husband went to pick up our free wings from a coupon we received. We have never tried Buffalo Wild Wings so we were looking forward to sampling them first. He ordered the wings and got major attitude from the manager as she had to authorize the coupon. 1st they got the order wrong; 2nd the boneless wings they gave us were dried up and shriveled. came here today to get some lunch.Got the combo platter which came with 5 wings and 5 boneless wings,fries and coleslaw along with carrot sticks and celery stick with ranch dressing for dipping. Walked in for dinner on a Sunday night at 1040pm when they close at 12am. I was told that last call for food and drink was at 1130pm. Was seated at 1045pm and placed my order around 1050 which gave me almost an hour to receive my food and eat. The food not only took 50 minutes to cook but when it was finally brought out at 1140pm, the waiter brought it in to go boxes and said that we had to leave cause they were closing in 20 minutes. Called manager files complaint and gave it another shot. Came back and got to the restaurant at 11pm on a Monday. I didn't realize it until after I left that they did not close until 1am. It took almost 20mins for someone to finally acknowledge me at 1120pm. The host was about to seat us then the waiter shook his head saying no. The host then said sorry we stop seating at 1130pm. I said okay well its 1120 so I still have 10 mins. The host then said well I mean we stop serving at 1130pm but we stop seating at 1120pm. So we left very dissatisfied. I call the manager who then gave us a credit for both occasions and explained that they do not stop serving until 1230 on the weekdays because they dont close till 1am. I ordered a black and blue burger with some Asian Zest traditional wings. I would honestly not recommend ordering anything but some beers or alcohol. This is one of the most unprofessional place I've ever seen. The food is ALL frozen according to the manager. Who by the way was just sitting down enjoying the TV when we came in. The burgers were over cooked some would even say burnt. The patties on the burgers were so small I would've probably gotten something bigger at McDonald's. If you like some cheap frozen patties with some frozen bacon. Then this is the place to go. If you like actual meat prepared by hand and cooked right skip this place and head on over to a different restaurant. There's plenty or places with much better burgers. The only reasoning giving them 2 stars is because while the wings were a bit dry they were still better than the burger and managed to get the burnt taste out of my mouth. We still had to pay full price for 1 bite from each burger. There was no effort to right what was wrong with the food. There was a lot of excuses and trying to explain why a restaurant that charges 10-13 dollars for a burger has to have its meats frozen. read more

*FIRST TIME AT ANY BWW** Considering it JUST OPENED in the past couple of days.... Inexpensive and good food, especially on Tuesdays when the wings are only 60¢ each. Tried Medium, Asian Zing, and Spicy Garlic wings; all were good. The spinach and artichoke dip is pretty good as well. Lots of tv's. You can also asked for a tablet and play games. (Trivia and poker can be played live against other players in the room --- sort of kicked butt at the trivia tonight; ahem* Jedi/Bearr) Staff was nice and friendly and let us sample some sauces (idunno how long they'll keep doing that) My only real complaint is that the music was wayyyy too loud, not club or concert level, but definitely too loud for a restaurant. read more

This is your typical B-dubs. Same model as most, however, slightly small. The atmosphere is mostly great. That being said, I would avoid this location late night if you are with family or don't like altercations. While b-dubs does a great job with security, the clientele tends to want to fight late night when their "team" is losing. As for the food, it's good as usual. I hate curry, but I surprisingly love the Thai Curry wings. Spicy garlic is a home run as well. If your up for something new, try the fried pickles. Bomby! read more

Never gotten bad food and generally the servers are nice(although they lag sometimes). The reason for the 2 star review is for a couple things. 1) The bathroom! I went at 5pm before the crowds and late night hooligans and it was trashed! Piss all over the floor, paper towels all over the sinks, dirty mirror, jacked up stalls, and the sink basin was cracked and looked like someone hit it with a sledge hammer. I'd expect it like this at maybe 11pm but at 5pm I was a little shocked. 2) It seems like they never have enough people working. Tons of empty booths and tables but when you check in they make you wait 10 to 15 mins. This tells me they don't have enough servers working. This explains the slow service (taking order, refills and bringing out the food etc....) This place is a convenient spot to hang out with friends and I'll continue to eat here. I just wish these couple issues were handled to bring the restaurant up to the standards of other BDUBS I've been to. read more

I had southwest chicken wrap, my husband had the buffalo wrap and our daughter had wings. Wings were medium amd spicy! Next time we'll try a different sauce, make it more mild husband polished it off though lo,. Great service, it did seem take awhile to get our food served , maybe it just seemed that way because we were starving! Next time we'll get an app to start with. My southwest wrap stated it came with tortilla chips and salsa but came with fries instead. The server apologized and gave me some chips ASAP. She let me keep the fries. read more
