First time here at the Salinas location. Watched the warriors game. Waitress was on it and made us feel welcomed. Had an awesome time here with my fiancée! Love this big loud sports bar and its open till 2pm! Will come again for sure for more drinks and games! read more

Been here three times since it opened.. Place is small compared to the one at Seaside. But what do you expect, it was the old Blockbuster Video Store.. (RIP lol) But yeah, they should've at least bought the other free space, which was used to be Cigarrettes Cheaper. But anyways, the place is packed, feel pretty crammed in there. The one at Seaside is has actually a separation between the dine in and the bar w/ stools. This one does not. It just feels like everything was just placed. Most of the employees again are teenagers. Especially the host desk. Sometimes i'm not sure if they actually know what they're doing. The first time I was here, they said that they are full and the wait will be about an hour. Looked around and there were two tables empty and me and my party was the only ones in line. So i'm not sure if those tables are reserved. The first two times I was here, there were mistakes on the order. I know that they are busy, but they still need to be at least precised on which table or order it's going to. The staff is pretty friendly, and I know that they are trying to put out great service. I still think they need some improvement. But opening month on these kinds of chains, I don't really expect anything. Food and drinks are good. Same as it is at Seaside. Overall, I think this will be a great place to hang out after work, hang out with friends for dinner and drink. Happy hour that I know is about 9pm since they open til 2am. I think that's a great idea. Tv's are everywhere and game and fight nights are on. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to just hang out with friends and co workers over dinner and drinks. Only giving one star because it's the only way to proceed. 1. Service was terrible. She was more concerned about the next song so she could go dance. 2. Waited 20 minutes just for our beverages 3. Waited over 80 minutes for our food to come and when it did arrive it was incorrect and the other half was cold. i have only been to this restaurant once, and it was not a bad experience. the restaurant is pretty cold, but I should've just worn a sweater. The waitress got our drinks quickly and got our order in a good amount of time. I never realized how many TVs there was there! The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was great. Was not a fan of some of the wings but that's just preference. Nothing was bad about the experience but nothing was super great. I think my only problem with the restaurant was some staff, not really seeming to want to do their job. I don't know their stories or anything but it just wasn't the greatest seeing them stand around or sit around. Also, they did not really have anyone in the front to greet people or cash out, and in fact their card reader was broken but somehow they still managed to use my card. I've been to this location a few times, and I really have no complaints. The service is always great and fast. Whether I come in for lunch, or dinner the staff is always in high spirits and quick to help with anything they can. When I was living in Texas, Buffalo Wild Wings was not a place I liked going to, but ever since I've moved back, it's been a night a day difference. Not even worth giving 1 star... walked in at 11:15pm with a party of 3. Waited for 4min for someone to acknowledge us. The girl was about to seat us. But then one of her coworkers, a Male server, tells her not to serve us. She then tells us last call was at 11:30. Umm.. okay sweetie, its 11:19? So then he shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head. She said "ooh I'm sorry I meant we stop serving at 11:15." Well, we had been standing there for 4min waiting to get seated and now you want to refuse service to us?!?!?! Get outta here. I came here to watch the Warriors game and some UFC the other day and was disappointed by everything. I ordered a chicken wrap and what I got was some dry chicken in a cold tortilla. I know people will tell me, "well dingus, they sell wings you shoulda eaten wings." Well I DID! And they were garbage. They have no flavor at all and would not eat them again. First of all, this place is in a busy shopping center and parking can be an issue especially if you don't want dings on your car. You do get greeted right away and that's the extent of the costumer service. Take a look at the bathroom, it's been filthy all three times I've been here. There appears to be two men managing the floor. All other floor employees are good looking young ladies. It gives the impression that the two floor supervisors are pimps, rather than customer service oriented. I did notice the "pimps" obsessively staring at all women that walked through the door. The food ! Mediocre, at best. The service, terrible. The value, a rip off. Won't go back to this location again. I Gave four stars because my wings came out super crispy at the edges and was hard to bite but overall seems to always be a hit and miss with the boneless wings. So far horrible experience. 8 tables and 2 booths open and 5 different people stand at door waiting...2 security guards standing around laughing... And about 8-10 workers standing and walking around talking while tables are dirty... Rachael is manager on duty. I'm a business major so this is a horrible way to run your place on Friday the 4thof July weekend OK it's now 15 minutes later and Levelle helped us quite a bit. There was a group of fifteen of us that went in as a going away get-together for one of our friends. Some of us hasn't seen each other in a while. The customer service here is just awful. The staff is rude and negligent. Upon arriving, we were sat outside without even being asked if outside seating would be okay. There was another large party outside who we could tell were good friends with the staff who immediately re-accommodated them by reseating them inside. It was freezing cold outside. The heating lamps were not keeping us warm, there was horrible lighting (the lights weren't even turn on), the fans were on and we had asked multiple times to be sat inside. We asked for the fans to be turned off but they didn't turn off until, maybe, twenty to thirty minutes later? We understand we're a large party, but if you can accommodate another large party that came AFTER us at tables you had previously denied us for the reason of it "not having room"??? How incredibly rude. We didn't get inside until maybe an hour after our first request to be moved inside. We had two servers, one outside and then a new one once inside. Both servers were negligent upon requests. The portion size of the food was a poor excuse of a meal. I placed my order along with three others who ordered at the same time and my food was not brought out along with theirs. I waited maybe fifteen minutes and finally asked if mine could be checked on. I give credit to our second server who brought it out after I had asked for it, though. Look I get it, I've worked in the restaurant industry too. Large parties can be challenging but there was no organization to our seating. Negligence upon our requests and discourteous customer service from the overall staff. Very, very disappointed! OVERPRICED to say the least. My mother loves chicken wings. We went there for dinner last night for the first (and last) time. The boneless wings were hard for her to chew, the outer coating created a hard shell on the wings? When I got the bill I almost fell out of my chair! $51 for 2 orders of chicken wings a soda and a beer. The boneless chicken wings were, either $18.95 or $19.95 (about 12 to 15 small pieces of chicken wings) and this was for the second to the smallest order they had. I had miss read the menu or did not pay enough attention to it, and I thought they were $12.95 which would have been a little more reasonable for what we got. My first time to this location, called in my order. Simple combo platters and side of extra wings with cole slaw. The coleslaw was just shred purple cabbage/ green with some sauce, it was literally a table spoon in each container. Cold fries were included on combo. This was my first time at this particular location. Jordan was our waiter and he was awesome. Great attitude and very helpful. Very knowledgeable and was patient. Never saw the bottom of my diet Pepsi. He was all over it. Can not sat enough great things about him. I brought a friend that had never been to any location before. Food could of been better. I ordered the big daddy hamburger. The hamburger bun was dry and not toasted. Came straight out of the plastic bag it shipped in and straight to my plate. This place is a freaken disgusting shit show, not being a hater honestly, it's literally a disgusting shit show. This is how my experience went. I walked in and right away you can smell the piss and shit from the bathroom floors traveling through the whole restaurant, so I asked our host to sit us in a booth on the furthest corner on the other side of the room away from the restroom area but even then the smell still got to us. Next was our order. My girlfriend and my brother's orders came out and were fine but missed a few things but no biggie we looked passed that, and as for me I ordered the new Beef brisket burger (sounded good at the time), so it came and you know what? It was just the brisket between two buns. Theres a brisket sandwich and theres beef brisket burger and I definitely made it clear that I asked for the beef brisket burger and my servers clarification on this was he inputted what might've been under the wrong name because it was just released so even his manager said she didnt understand the layout to order this particular meal.....and I was absolutely baffled at the stupidity and nonsense I was hearing but still being the patient person i like to think i am i just asked him to put the patties in and we'll just call it that and so he took it back and said it would be out and complete in 5 mins. So after 25 mins when my girlfriend and brother had already finished their food much earlier on I finally received the freaken burger and lost complete appetite from the disgusting air, service, and time it took just to receive this meal. The manager seemed nice but did nothing when I came up to him genuinely upfront and still calm about the situation and all he had to say was "well do u want it to go?" Like what the heck is that? Show your customers that you hear what they're saying, accomidate, do anything at all please but there was nothing and that was my breaking point. Dropped in on a Monday night around 9pm on my way home from work. Sat in the bar area at a table and was quickly greeted. Service: poor. Lots of energy but I believe their trained to educate the customer on the ENTIRE menu. I asked a few specific questions that took a LONG time to answer. Other per peace is waiting to pay. My plate was empty, bill closed and I looked around for my server for over ten minutes. This is not the time to make a customer wait since this is tip consideration time. Worsened when I see that the server is hanging out with another employee on break. Food: took a very long time to come. Good once it did but at that time of night food should be flying out. I had the fish tacos. Overall: ok so I was by myself, tired after a long day so take that into consideration but the atmosphere was way too loud. Maybe on a Friday or Saturday night it's cool to turn the music to 11 and Rock out but on a Monday night at 9pm, maybe tone it down a little. Doubt I'll return. read more

Had the worst experience at the Salinas location today. My friends and I decided to go to watch the football games today. We ran about a $1,000 tab combined and our waitress was phenomenal. Towards the end of our stay we stood by our table for a bit because we had been sitting throughout the day. Moments later, a different waitress RUDELY walks by us shoving one of my friends to the side. She then made a rude remark claiming "This is a walkway". The manager on duty witnessed the entire incident and made no attempt to apologize on how rude his worker reacted toward us. After the waitress had made the remark we decided to ask for our tabs and leave. It was honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever witnessed, especially after a tab at that amount. This will be our last experience at that location and I will be following up with corporate with our experience. read more

Wings are overdressed with pungent sauce. Not hot enough temperature wise and in my opinion gross. You can't sub out anything unless you want to pay more. The worst food ever!! I ordered an all American cheeseburger. It needed mayonnaise, it wasn't all juicy...fries are gross...looked and tasted dry also they look like they were fried once and leftover and deep fried again. GROSS!!! The chicken wings were very dry! Our server was a nice young man but did not ask me if i wanted anymore ice tea. It took about 20/30 mins. I had to drink some of my grandbabys tea. By the time he finally got to me i was already pissed off and ready to go. I had asked for ranch and it took him ....oh......about 15 mins to get that to me!! We came in alittle late lastnight . But at least an hr before closing . It took them about 30 more min to seat us . We didnt end up getting our food for another 45 min. And it was not hot .
