I would give this place zero stars if I could. My family (2 young kids, husband, and mother-in-law) stopped by during our travel at 8:30pm. Overlooking the grossness of the restaurant because we were so tired and hungry, we sat down and ordered. At 9:00pm the waitress came back and retook our order saying that the tickets weren't printed and they just needed to correctly sort the meals. At 9:15 I still hadn't seen our waitress so I flagged down another waitress and she said it was on its way out. At 9:30 we finally decided to leave. My last visit was a five star but they are so dang inconsistent! One time my mild wings were so hot I thought the cooks were just having a laugh at my expense. Seriously, wallpaper stripping, face melting hot. Other times they've been either great or just so so. The last ones were so good even the bartender said, "Wow, those look great!" I'm not a fan of BWW anyway, but this location is one of the worst locations I've visited. Went here with my family after going to Cedar Point for the day and was not impressed at all. I'm guessing that if you drink enough alcohol, it will mask the bad service and food you'll experience. Service was slow, my husband's food was cold, and the food didn't taste very good. Who can mess up a burger and fries? Some of my chicken was undercooked, pale, and doused in sauce. Our server kept disappearing and had to catch her whenever we needed something. Never going back to this location, no matter what my kid says. I can't say anything really great about this place. read more

Well I have been there three times in the past month, first two times the service was great third time we waited for an hour for our food. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the server to bring our bill. Overall though the food is great. Plenty of tv's to watch sports on. I love it! Tuesday nights is Wing night, where you get buy one get one free of their wings. Thursday nights is their 60 cent boneless wing night. They also have a free trivia game going on all the time for people that don't really want to watch the sports. read more

Service was bad, food was worse. The waitress was nice but never fast. We didn't even see our waitress until 8 minutes after being seated. My girlfriend and I had finished our meal and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our bill. My girlfriend order a chicken wrap with fries and I ordered the house sampler. The fries were cold, the nachos were stale, onion rings tasted funny, and the beans was not cooked all the way. The day after I ate their food I got food poisoning. Would not recommend. read more

Stopped here for a bite to eat after a trip to Cedar Point with my best friend. Literally the worst service I have ever received in my life. The food was okay, but my friend said her flat bread was WAY over seasoned. I tried it and it tasted like a bottle of seasoning was just dumped on it. Disgusting. We finished our meal and then sat there for what felt like forever and our waiter visited us for the FIRST time since giving us our food and said, "Wow, you guys are finished?" Piss poor service on a Sunday afternoon. Sat 10+ minutes for a waitress to get our drink order, while 80% of the wait staff stood around socializing. Finally left after waiting 15 minutes. We visited this Buffalo Wild Wings after a long day driving to Cedar Point. It was a quite disappointing experience. While the food was great, we waited nearly 30 minutes before our order was taken. The server didn't bring us water. And worse than that, I told the server that we had a birthday in the group and asked FOUR times for them to do their birthday announcement and dessert. Really not great. The waitress was friendly, prompt, and understanding. That was the only thing this place has going for it. Music and TVs were super loud and drowned out conversation at my table, the food was extremely over priced (nearly $20 for a bud lite, snack sized boneless wings and a side of Mac and cheese), and it took over an hour to get our food after we had ordered and the wings were already cold and dry. We only had a party of 6 and most of us only ordered small wings. Overall this was a really bad visit. We've only eaten at this BW3 4 times and once was fair. Was in town during a trip at kalahari and had an amazing experience. My group came for lunch a few minutes before the lunch special was over at 2. Our server Benjamin went out of his way to put our order literally a minute before the special was over to ensure we got this great deal. He was on top of everything! We also ordered an appetizer that goes on special At 2, he had his manager adjust it so we would receive it for the happy hour $3 special because we put in our appetizer order before 2. Not all b-dubs are created equal. This one is awful. Ordered 17 wings both boneless and traditional and they were all dry and chewy. The boneless ones were particularly awful as they were smaller than mcdonalds nuggets and when you bit into them it was mostly batter. Buffalo Wild Wings is a pretty straight forward place, generally what you see is what you get. It's what you'd expect from the atmosphere, it has wings and burgers as its focus. They food is pretty good. The waiters are usually friendly and don't forget about you. My main problem with this place is the atmosphere itself. Whenever I go here the place in always packed. Sports are always blaring and I have to practically yell at my dining partners to say something, and since I don't have a strong voice, I just keep quiet. If you are dying to go, then try not to go on weekend or after 5 or it will most likely be overcrowded. read more

Wish I could leave 0 stars I don't understand why it's so difficult to make some decent wings. Got a carry out order bartender could care less about getting your food to you. My friends watched her snack on food in the window from our car!!!! Literally licked her fingers and wiped her nose at one point while she was packing our order. She was in no rush to pack our food either. Worst part was when we got back to our hotel the wings were cold, unbelievably tiny (we go to different Buffalo Wild Wings a lot in our home town so we know a normal sized wing) and completely just crust! We couldn't even taste the chicken. All of the sauces tasted off. The honey bbq tasted like "diet" Smokey bbq sauce . Asian zing sauce didn't have as much spice as usual. Terrible service! My nine year old wanted to come here for her 9th birthday. We didn't get her birthday dessert. We were not offered any drink refills the entire meal and I was charged for a side salad that I didn't get. Chris, the manager, did nothing to rectify their terrible service. I never complain or write reviews but for my daughter's birthday, I had no choice. I should have gone to Applebee's. :( read more
