What truly stood out was the staff's integrity and kindness. I accidentally left my credit card there, and not only did they go out of their way to mail it back to me, they included a cute little Thirsty Pony drink coozie in the envelope. Some of their beers are brewed perfectly to go with these zesty citrus flavors, so you really can't go wrong eating and drinking together. We went in at 9:25 and left there at 11:15 because the service was so slow. The girl waiting on us had such a bad attitude and just kept walking around dropping F bombs in front of my kids. Her head was in the clouds she couldn't bring catchup, napkins, silverware even when we kept asking. The straw that broke the camels back was when they didn't have any turkey for a ham and turkey wrap that took a half an hour for her to come back and tell us that. So I ordered the breaded chicken sandwich with tomato lettuce and sautéed onions. It sounded fabulous however when it came it was just a dry bun with a piece of chicken patty and cheese on it that wasn't melted. When we specifically said no cheese. When I went to return it she gave me attitude like it was my problem that I didn't for some reason like it. Worst service ever! She definitely needs to find a new job that is not in customer service! When I called the hotel they said that they were owned by a different company but they were very nice about taking care of it and making sure the manager of the sports bar knew about it and their general manager as well.
