This was the most ridiculous place we have ever been. We were here on vacation from Fort Bragg and wanted to watch the game and BWWs was not busy at all. That should have been our first clue. We sat ourselves in the bar area after about 10 minutes of staff walking past us, then 15 minutes later when we still hadn't got out drinks we left. I talked to the manager on the way out, who was not concerned at all about the situation. Ours BWWs is great at home which was why this was so surprising and disappointing. We love Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is always great. The bar does the drinks just the way we like them and the atmosphere is as expected for a bar/restaurant... But there is something afoul lurking in all that goodness.... Our waiter the past 2 times we stopped in has cost the branch a blemished star on this review. Our first encounter with him saw us having to wait a very long time to get our drinks from the bar. We were given several "sorry bout the wait" and were given free togo drinks as a compensation. We thought nothing of it and blew it off .... Until yesterday when we were once again placed in the waiter's section. We came during happy hour and were told by him about the drink specials and to enjoy the half priced appetizers.... We placed our order for drinks, appetizers and main course... everything came in good time and then we were faced with a bill that included our appetizers at full price! I asked him and he said "Oh the ones you ordered were not on the half priced deal" I then explained he should have told us while we were ordering that the items we were telling him were not included. Once again we got the "sorry" and two free togo drinks for our troubles. Last time we left him a generous tip... this top his "15%" went back in my pocket to pay for his screw up... in other words no tip! We will be back but I will ask not to sit in his section read more

Waiter apprached the table talking about his BO and sinus infection. Appetite killer! He forgot to enter our order and when the food finally came he apolgized and said he had entered the order 2 min prior, but found enough wings 'sitting around' to fill our order. read more

I remember great service and food quality for the price several years ago at other locations and I don't know if this is now representative of the whole chain but the quality, portion size (I'm not looking for insane amounts of food here) and price leave a lot to be desired. I don't write bad reviews for one underwhelming visit but this location is close to me and I have caved many times previously to get take out from here. Today, that has ended. Buffalo Wild Wings will not sucker another dollar from me again. The prices are insane for essentially bar fare. Small wings (often way over cooked) Drink prices are equally hard to swallow, and a side of fries with a sandwich seems to be consistently counted out by hand or weight. There (on average) is a sprinkling of fries beside the sandwich unless you pay an insulting amount for a side order (sprinkle and a half in a separate wasteful cardboard container) of generic shoestring fries. How can fries or the lack there of create enough passion to write this you may ask? When it's CONSISTENT with EVERY order and Accompanying an over priced chicken sandwich or ordered SEPARATELY with an order of lack luster wings. I am a lover of BWW, but this location was awful! We went on half price wing night, so I expected it to be busy, but it wasn't. We arrived and several families were waiting for seating, but seating wasn't available because of dirty un-bussed tables everywhere. I asked to sit in the bar but they weren't seating people at the bar tables, only at the bar rail. A huge outdoor seating area was also closed. Once a booth was cleaned off for my party of 2, 40 minutes later, we had our drink order taken by the hostess. She returned with two waters and said they were out of unsweet iced tea and making more. I never did get the iced tea! We ordered shortly there after. We waited another 30 minutes for an order of wings and a chicken salad. The food wasn't overly hot when we got it either. Then there was not flatware on the table, so instead of waiting for the nonexistent server to reappear, I went looking for them myself. I found who I thought was the manager and she had me wait for her to find them! I returned to the table with the flatware. Shortly later, the server came by and I asked for the bill and a box. It took another 15 minutes for the bill and 10 more minutes to get the box. The server knew I was upset and had the manager take off $5, which was a nice gesture, but I would have much rather had better service! During this ordeal, a couple seated in the booth behind mine, never got their order taken and got up and walked out! My husband and me came in when it was pretty slow at 10pm we waited for about 5 min before our waitress came over. We went ahead and ordered our drinks and food. After waiting for 40 min we asked our waitress if it was going to be much longer she said not too much I will get the manager. The manager came to us 15 min later with our food. He told us our ticket was thrown away and had been sitting at the window ready but know one knew where it went. He tried to serve us cold food so when I asked him about it he said oh I can make you fresh. At this point my husband was mad and said a few cuss words so the manager started laughing and said he could call the police on us for not leaving! I have never had such poor treatment! The managers name was Jason! So rude and does not need to be running a restaurant if he can't be in control and knows how to treat people. Poor customer service and manners by the management staff. We came on a Saturday with a party of 11. We were told it would be 10-15 wait despite the fact that most of the tables were empty. They told us they just needed to clear a table and then we would be seated. We saw several employees, including managers standing around talking. I asked the manager how much longer it would be. He said 10-15 mins, I told him that's what we were told 10 mins ago and no one is clearing the table. The manager then starts to argue that they are clearing the table and have been working on since we arrived. Keep in mind no one is at the table. He was hostile and unconcerned that no one was trying to get us seated. He then walked away and started socializing with more of the staff. I'm not sure why BWW would allow this type of treatment of their customers. We of course left. As a company you can do better than this. read more

Horrible experience not just once but twice. I guess I like punishment. The last experience was even worse. Go into the restaurant the hostess is thrilled you are there. She says it is about a 45 minute wait which was ok since it was a Sat night and it looked to be crowded. A lot of people waiting outside. You look around and there are numerous tables empty or needs to be cleaned. After counting all the people waiting could have been seated all tables were used and the outside tables were almost completely empty. Finally got seated. Waited forever on the food (only two of us) The whole experience took 2 hours. Food was ok nothing special to wait that long for. Service was sub par. Had to ask numerous times for napkins and finally got them. Drinks were only refilled once. The place was not that busy. I think part of the issue was our waiter had too many tables but you saw lots of staff walking around. After two times of similar instances we will not be back. read more

I was very disappointed in this restaurant. I arrived at restaurant at 4:05. Was seated immediately. Watched the game on TV for 15 mins. and began to get uncomfortable when no one came to our table to get us drinks/water or take our order. I noticed that all of the other tables around us had food and/or drinks and some were even finished with their meals. I also noticed that not one of the waiters/waitresses came our table. After looking around, I saw that there were six people standing around the front desk and laughing and having fun. I waited for another 8 minutes and decided it was time to leave. My son and I got up from our table and walked toward the front desk. My son passed first...not one person asked him if anything was wrong. I stopped at the desk and told everything there that this was the worst service I had ever received and that I had been sitting at the table for thirty minutes and no one had come over to assist me ... not even to get us something to drink. Everyone at the desk just looked at me and did not say a word. I walked out and my son and I went across the street to Friday and was seated immediately. We had a waiter in less than 3 mins. and was eating our food 20 mins. later. I was so grateful for the good service that we left a large tip. read more
