We went for lunch today and I must say the service has gone down hill. The server did the best she could as she was waiting on other tables and one was giving her a hard time. We ordered the wild west shrimp as an appetizer, burger, chicken sandwich and chicken salad . It took over 20 minutes to get the food as the server apologized as said they had one line cook. We finally got our food but no appetizer. The burger and chicken sandwich was fine. The chicken salad was missing feta cheese and we had asked for dressing on the side but it poured out all over the salad. We had to get up and find someone to help us as again our server was dealing with a problem table. We finally got an employee as they had 3 coming in to work but when they saw us trying to get their attention ran to the back. We finally did get a server who was like they are working on your shrimp, and they asked well how did they screw up your salad? We said there were items missing and the dressing was poured out all over the salad. We did have a server bring us the shrimp and said I will have the manager take this off. When we got the bill, I guess she never told the manager to take it off as it was still on the bill. We explained to our server who apologized and had it fixed. I was shocked though no manager was ever seen on the floor and typically in most restaurants if there is a problem a manager would come out and explain or apologize. I guess this manager was too busy. Just be warned on the service and the amount of time it will take for lunch as we were there an hour and 45 minutes. read more

The restaurant was pretty much empty on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30. We walked in with a large party. The hostess was quick to say it'll take her about 15 minutes to wash the table to get it ready. We waited about 20 and went back to enquire and it looked like maybe the manager and she said oh yeah we're still working on it as she gave a smirk look , . About 10 to 15 minutes later they never even came back except for the seat a few more parties of two and they wouldn't even look our way. We left obviously. But the restaurant was very dirty on the floor and stunk from probably just not being cleaned adequately. I Do Not recommend especially if you have a lot of people. AMAZING service!!! The Ambiance was good vibes all around, even when we singed happy birthday people sang along. They made our experience memorable. The manger Brad (i believe) was so amazing he made sure that we were well taken care and our waitress Kristen was perfect. It was 10 of us and they accommodated with us so well. The food was worth every single dollar, hot and fresh. We are out of town and we were not having a good start to our trip but they made sure to turn it out around for us. This location completely let us down. Our server was friendly but was not attentive. We ordered our drinks, the Texas Tonion appetizer, 2 steaks with sides and salad. We received our salads quickly but were not given silverware. We finally found our server after about 15 min and asked for silverware. At this time she brought our silverware and appetizer. The appetizer was hot and cooked well. It took 1 hour and 17 minutes to receive our entrees. During this time, we were not checked on and did not receive refills. Upon receiving our steaks, it was very obvious one was completely overcooked. We ordered the same size and cut, one to be mid-rare and the other medium. The steaks were different in size and thickness. The medium steak was cooked beyond well done so we waved our waitress down to tell her. I cut into the mid-rare steak and it appeared to be cooked correctly; however the center was cold to the touch and fat was not rendered. We informed our waitress and then had to wait another 24 minutes to receive our re-fire. During this wait, we heard multiple other diners complaining that they had long wait times and/or received cold food. Our sirloins were cooked perfectly, mid-rare and med-well and sides were good. My husband commented the mashed potatoes were "awesome" and I really liked the rice pilaf and our salads were good. Walking in we were immediately seated at this very busy location. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms, 6 oz. Flo filet with lobster tail and baked potato, salad. The stuffed mushrooms are delicious beyond delicious. Creamy parmesan cheese sauce stuffed into these pretty good sized mushrooms. It's a must to order these if you love mushrooms. The manager came and asked us how everything was tasting so far, he went around to all of the guests tables, and was very professional and caring like a manager should be. Hubby ordered the filet. Even thou is was well-done On purpose..I know...but it was still dry like a weird texture...we have burnt Walmart filets at home and they were fine. Don't know how that was even possible. Add that with NO SALT OR SEASONINGS. Just order the sides. Salads are always great with Ranch. I ordered the chicken tenders with a side of fries, a Caesar salad and a iced sweet tea, the chicken tenders and fries where the best they just melted into your mouth when you ate them it was so good! I'm a fan of LongHorn Steakhouse. Hubby ordered the Rib eye, which is always our favorite cut. On this day, I did not feel like having steak, so I ordered the parmesan crusted, which was great. Our food was perfectly cooked and our waitress was very good. My only complaint was that when we first came to the restaurant they told us the wait was 15 minutes and there was another group waiting outside waiting to be seated, yet there were empty tables in the restaurants.
