We got in town for vacation late and it was raining so we decided to have food delivered. I ordered directly from the website, not knowing it would be delivered through Grubhub. When the order arrived, it was the wrong order. The driver got me in touch with grubhub to get a refund, they said it had to go through the store, so they connected me. I dealt with Eric, who I believe was a manager, and he was more than helpful. He offered to remake the order, and I offered to come get it. He dealt with me directly when I arrived, and when the food was ready, he took everything out of the bag to make sure it was all there and we didn't need anything else. Whoever they mixed our order up with was probably thrilled they got $80 worth of food for less than half of that. But kudos to Eric for making things right. read more

Made reservations on line. Given 10 minute wait time. Entered restaurant and was told that the wait was actually 45 min! Told that there was only 2 cooks and 3 waitresses. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait. After 1 hour and 15 minutes and being asked numerous times who I was I decided to leave. No effort was being made to seat my party despite the numerous customers leaving. No plans to be back anytime soon. read more

We picked this place because it was one of the few options in town (between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge) open after 10pm. When arriving the hostess (who was a manager) was extremely rude. We had a party of 7. It was not busy. She started Slamming the table and chairs together. Just a terrible attitude. Thankfully, Our waitress was super friendly and nice. We would have left otherwise. Ever since I heard BWW was remodeling at the Sevierville location I was stoked to try it outdespite us having bad memories and long wait times in the past and I can say they've stepped up to the plate on this one!! Food was quick and flavorful. Staff was friendly, fast, and efficient and I will recommend to others. Only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because I seen them deny multiple parties over 6 due to short staff and hopefully they can find more servers. read more

The food was bad, over cooked, oddly seasoned. I don't know what was on our garlic wings. The Nashville hot wasn't even close to the seasoning at the real hot chicken places in Nashville and it wasn't very hot. We went for a football game. The color/contrast on "our" big TV was bad. I watched on a TV smaller than my TV at home. There was a woman server who yelled information to other servers across the dining room during the whole game. Beer was cold. Called ahead to make sure they were open, drove 20 min to get there to find they closed early to update their computer systems. Supposedly they knew all day about it but didn't think it was important enough to tell me over the phone? Wasted time and money to drive there to not get dinner. Went here for lunch today before a movie. I wish I got our waiter's name, but he was incredibly friendly and provided great, fast service! I got a medium order of traditional "Blazin" wings. As always, they are never spicy enough, but the flavor is spot on. The tall Coors Light for only $3.25 was also a nice surprise. Only giving it three stars, because the wings at all BWW locations are not crispy. I prefer twice fried wings that are fried in crisco or lard (coming from a guy that weighs 145). The twice fry process makes them extra crispy and adds additional flavor. If that was done, BWW would steal my heart and get five stars. And yes, I have been perfecting my wing recipes for four years now. read more

Had a terrible experience at this location unfortunately. Our waitress was horrible after ordering our food we received our wings before our drinks and appetizers. We could see the waitress holding our appetizers and sides that we still hadn't got. She was holding our food talking to another waitress for awhile. The manager wouldn't make eye contact because I assumed she knew that this is a place where tourists go because they expect something familiar in their hometown. Stay away. Don't go here. First of all, I was told there was a 45-60 minute wait to get in. With only 15 or so cars in the parking lot, I figured that wasn't true. I was right. Within 15 minutes we were seated. After being seated I had to go ask the host to see our waiter. Being that there were only two servers for the entire restaurant on a SATURDAY NIGHT! - poor management - then the manager - an African American lady - was hovering near the hostess stand watching the employees drown in their workload. Lady - serve and help the others out. Lead by example. You didn't schedule enough people. If you had a call out, guess what? It's your job to cover it. I had to constantly wait for refills and basic service. Our waiter was friendly, but extremely over worked. To top it off, I got charged nearly 100.00 for someone else's food on my debit card. I called the restaurant 3x with NO ANSWER to try and resolve the issue. The waiter made a mistake, but obviously the money is on "hold" and gone from our account for "2-3 business days." I'm thankful I have extra money in the account. That's serious stuff. Again, a Poor management issue for sure ! Maybe corporate will step in but Bdubs as a whole have dropped in quality. read more

It took 5 minutes just to get on the list we tried to get a table in the bar side (which was half full) but were told we HAD TO go through the hostess. I point to the seven open, clean tables and ask why no one had been seated. She informed me some people wanted tables in different areas and said she couldn't sit people there unless it was in order. Tried to order online but couldn't, had to call in, their new pizza they have advertised, they weren't doing that today, just mozzarella sticks and fried pickles for the apps today, got to the restaurant and was told that because today was a game day they had voluntarily shut off their 3rd party delivery and online ordering system...ok. Received a bag of food that I ordered...but was not correct; I ordered a bundle item, they gave me that, but did not specify that it wasn't the wing count that I ordered, so instead of getting the 40 wings I ordered I got back to work with 12. It it was 27$ now it came with a large fry, but $27 for 12 wings, and 6 were boneless, I don't think so. I also ordered a 10 count side piece of wings, now not sure if they do 10 pieces or not but I got a 6 count for that too. Again, not specified. Also the 4 sauces that I requested for my 40 bundle ended up being 3 little cups of sauce. The wings came naked. Which I definitely did not want, didn't get silverware, the side carrots and celery, or blue cheese or ranch with it either, not sure how you can give someone a bag of half-ass-put-together food and charge them $50 never been a fan of how this sad little restaurant was ran especially with the customer service.
