Ordered appetizers and kids meals and we never saw our server again. 50 minutes passed before we got up and told the hostess and she told us she didn't know who our server was. Another 10 minutes passed and another server clocked in and at that point we asked for our check and wanted to just leave. They never brought the kids drinks we ordered, never took our actual meal order, and we just left. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I have ever had. Will not return. Do not go here if you have any expectations of what food service should entail, because this establishment clearly has no idea. read more

The food was great and the waitress was friendly. My only complaints are that they only had enough staff to handle a small amount of the tables that were actually available. There's nowhere to sit while you wait on a table. If they would put somewhere to sit it would make the wait more bearable. I want this place to be good so bad. It's the only place close by to watch multiple football games at once on a Sunday BUT they have dropped the ball multiple times when we visit. It's mostly the attitudes from serves, but we have had things missing from orders, and even money stolen while using coupons. I am visiting from out of town and frequent the bdubs where I'm from very often. I look at many different bww yelp reviews and the consensus is pretty much the same everywhere.. not that great. My experience at this bdubs was wonderful. Skye was my server the first visit and T my second. They both were really friendly and welcoming. The food was typical but it was hot both times. I would visit again if I were staying longer. Oh and they had on the padres the first time I was in there so that was also a plus. What a disappointment this lunch was! Firstly there were only two waitresses tending the entire dining area.Our beverages were incorrect . We ordered children's cups with lids for the boys. They brought full sized glasses! Not spill proof! My eldest grandson ( six years old ) was incorrectly served a full sized adult plate.I had a lunch special: ten traditional Buffalo wings, fries and a sweet for 12.00 dollars; very reasonable! My daughter had the same lunch special as I did except she got five Carolina Sweet boneless and five mild Buffalo wings! One kid got a burger/ fries plate and the other got grilled chicken/ fries one. The food with the exception of the fries was served cold! Not room temperature but very cold! Did we order cold plates? I don't think so. The wings are rated 2/5 stars. The fries were 3/5 stars! I did notice the the dining room was 3/4 empty! We dined during the peak rush hour. Where's the customers? I'm quite sure that the cold food and lack of service has really hurt this place! What a shame! The Buffalo Wild Wings chain itself has a good reputation. This store is a poor exception to the rule! I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you do want a cold plate. read more

Wasn't even talked to for 20mins by anyone while one of the staff members was finishing up with another guest and then she just up and left didn't even bother asking if I was dining in alone or with a group. I waited for a couple minutes to see if anyone else came but to my surprise no one did. Then I saw the same staff member again and asked her how long the wait is and she goes 30-35 mins. So naturally I head out to my car to leave but then I was like I want to eat here so I got back in after 10 mins and in that time mind you they haven't let anyone sit down and people have only left out of the restaurant either due to excessive wait times or they have finished with their meal. But when I go back in to see if I can get in the wait list she go oh no it's now 45 mins to an hour. I was like that fine but then I get the message from the automated system " Buffalo Wild Wings Spartanburg, SC: Your est. wait is 60 - 75 min. You're on the waitlist and the clock starts now. We'll text you when your table is ready." After 30 mins I go back inside and the same staff member tell me the wait time is still an hour and the restaurant will not seat anyone for 45 mins. Contacted corporate since the manager promised me a gift card "the next time you come back", and no word back despite two emails asking about my experience...they don't care. I'll take my business elsewhere. I leave this review because there were other customers with the same issue; one regular said that was there told me this was "normal" with this location. I love the food here but this location is so poorly run, we won't be back. It's like playing Russian roulette when you pull up to find out if they will have a full menu or a dining room. I know there are labor shortages but other restaurants in the area may be short staffed but BWW seems to be unstaffed. I worked in restaurant industry and understand they have normal staffing issues without factoring in Covid but this BWW is the worst of any restaurant in Spartanburg I have been to. Today we went in at around 6 PM, all the tables in the dining room were empty and we were told it would be a 30-45 min wait because they only had one server. Based on the number times I have walked out of BWW in Spartanburg due to staffing issues and limited menus, it tells me BWW treats their staff poorly. Maybe if the staff was treated better they would want to come to work. I don't see how the location could be remotely profitable with their current business practices. It's a shame bc the food is good but, I can't support an owner that figure out how to run a restaurant. read more

Wow! What can I say about how bad this place is. Wait to be seated but no one shows up to seat us! Seat ourselves anyway and then wait for 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we are there. This place is a sorry excuse for a sports bar. We went to watch a specific game and couldn't get anyone to put the game on until it was into the 4th inning. The first beer we ordered, they were out of. The second beer we ordered, they were out of. One of the two appetizers we ordered, they were out of. The bar area was nearly empty.......should have been a clue. We only got our game on when we asked to talk to the manager . She is absolutely useless, we might as well as been talking to the wall. Food is mediocre. Service is worse. Each time (last 3) times my family and I have visited this location, service has failed us. Whether it was the order messed up or a series of orders that came out at different times over an hour (even had to remind the server of what we were missing), the service was NOT good. This location apparently needs new management or it will inevitably fail. I advise anyone to stay away until it's fixed. The Yelp review score alone shows how bad it is. read more

We decided to have a late night meal around 11:30 and they close at 1AM. We decided to call and make sure we could be seated still and they informed us that we could be seated until 11:55. We arrived around 11:45-11:50 and stood around waiting for 20 minutes while the employees saw us and purposely ignored us. Finally, an employee let us know that they were closed. Once a year or so I go back to BWW with the hopes of better food and better service. Once again they disappoint....for a business that specializes in wings, the wings are not good. My air fryer makes better Walmart wings than here. BWW are hard and tough and really are second rate. The server was nice, but had low energy, very soft voice in a loud establishment and horribly slow with everything. She was pleasant but has no sense of urgency. The chef got my order wrong so I had to wait 10 minutes to get my servers attention. By that time it was getting cold so I ate it anyway. The fact that my burger was missing tomato, ketchup, and pickles was rookie chef like....The table next to me sent wings back as well. I've been going to this Buffalo at least once every other week for about 3 years now just because I love the food. But let me say, my service here is usually HORRIBLE but I still come for the food. But let me tell y'all, I've had Whitney as my server a few times and she is the best waitress I've ever had at any restaurant! She gets my order right every time, she reads it back to me to make sure it's right (which I appreciate.) She brings my food out quick and I'm never missing anything. She is so kind with bringing us to go cups, boxes, lids, anything we need and she does it with a smile on her face. She is a such a nice woman and I appreciate her kindness because I work in the service industry as well. Her customer is impeccable and I can't brag on her enough. read more
