I ordered free delivery from these guys and there was definitely no issue there; but the food left something to be desired. I ordered wings, and the skin on the wings was like rubber, which is pretty much just gross. It's sad because it's kind of a waste of money when I don't want to eat them. I did try to "re-cook" them in my oven to try and get it crisper, but didn't quite work out well. I don't think I will be ordering from there again any time soon. Could have been that each cook does it differently but I don't know anyone who likes skin that is "squishy" and "rubbery." read more

This has always been one of my favorite places to eat in Spokane Valley especially biffalo chicken wings. However, my most recent visit there was on Tuesday. First, I found out that they are no longer doing their Tuesday special. Then, when I got home and saw and tasted my chicken wings, I was greatly disappointed for the first time ever. The wings were dry, and they looked and tasted like they had been sitting for over a day and then just microwaved. They had absolutely no flavor. I had Chipotle BBQ rub but the wings had only a few grains of seasoning, literally. I also had Spicy Garlic sauce but there was hardly any sauce to the point I couldn't even taste them. This the first time I've been actually very disappointed in the food that I got here and I have been eating here since they first opened. read more

BWW's....sighhhhh!! This is the second time I have tried BWW's and I have to say that I miss Hooters! I'm sorry I had to say it. I have yet to find a fantastic wing place in the Spokane area. I ordered medium Asian Zing traditional wings and large Honey BBQ boneless wings. The Asian Zing wings were too sweet for my liking but the Honey BBQ were fine. It came with the usual celery/carrot sticks and ranch. It was wings and that's it. They are a little pricey for marginal wings so I think I'll just make my own from now on. read more

Tara the bartender saved this review from being 1 Star! Came in on 3/15 at 3 pm and the place was DEAD due to the scare going on. We sat in the bar area and watched a server with blue hair just stand at the end of the bar talking to another server for 13 minutes. We got tired of waiting and walked up to the bar to sit with Tara. Great Service and very attentive and engaging!! We will be back due to Tera! The only way this restaurant can justify having so many stars, is because the easily impressed and overly generous patrons of Spokane seem to have little to get excited about. Chain restaurants seem to be a big deal here, and by golly wouldn't you know they gone went and put in a Buffalo Wild Wings here like the big city folk gots! I have to agree with the other reviews mentioning the service being horrible and inattentive. By the time we sat down, it took our server over 30 minutes to take our order. Our drinks sat waiting for refills until we had to snag the server and ask ourselves. What we assumed to be the lunch manager on duty, could have used some hustle in his step, he looked half baked and more than one time walked past a frantic looking server in need of some assistance. He was really busy trying to look busy. The place is quite loud and not the fun sports bar type loud either. It's more like the screaming over your plate so your friends and family can hear you over the cheesy, too fast tempo music that makes you feel like you should be pushing your way through a Christmas sale somewhere. The seating is horrendous with tables crowded close together in the middle of a giant room surrounded by televisions. No separation whatsoever from your dinner conversation about the lack luster food and the patrons next to you discussing Uncle Bert's bunion's. You may find yourself competing to be heard. It took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive which was painfully long considering it was only flash fried pub apps and some burgers. To be fair we did try a small order of wings which were average. The other food was merely OK, nothing special and a little bland. By the time food got to our table after watching a busser standing near by holding it on a tray for 10 minutes, it was only luke warm at best. Were we at at Chili's, Applebees, or TGI Fridays? Who knew? It all tastes the same and Buffalo Wild Wings fare does little to compete. I have had much better pub food from smaller mom and pop businesses around our area, in an environment with much better ambiance and service. At first I thought the service was really bad, but I've been coming in later and the crew has been incredibly friendly. I think that during their busier hours it may be harder to be polite due to the chaos/stress. This place is an assault on the senses. Period. It is a loud, high-charged atmosphere. If I worked here I would be deaf and unable to afford hearing aids because I would be without tips due to not being able to hear my customer's orders. But enough about atmosphere. Let's talk about their food. If you are craving buffalo sauce or anything spicy, this place will scratch your itch. They know their buffalo sauce and they have a large range of spice levels - both wet and dry rub. They also have some creative blends. And they know how to cook chicken. We weren't in the mood to have wings. Instead, my husband had a chicken burger that was drizzled with buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing. He said it was juicy and tasty. I had a chicken Mediterranean salad. I also had really juicy chicken (which doesn't always happen with a salad - you usually get dry, grilled chicken). The only miss was the buffalo chips appetizer. We expected thin and crisp potato chips, but got thick, somewhat mushy potato coins. So the only thing left to cover is service. Our server was excellent. Very attentive and knowledgeable about their food. We also had an unprompted fly-by check in visit from the manager. The only miss was the food runner. They didn't seem to know what they were dropping off. We asked for a side of blue cheese for the chips and they said 'here's your ranch'. Luckily, it was actually blue cheese. Similar thing with our meal. They didn't seem to know what all of the different sauces were with the salad. Probably would have been best to just say 'these are for your salad' and leave them rather than try to guess the names as you set them down. Oh well. Everything with our order was right and the food was tasty. Given the atmosphere, the price of the food items, and the drive from our house, I don't think I'll be the duchess of this place any time soon. I had a terrible experience here last night, and don't plan to go back. Out waitress was completely non attentive, sitting down gossiping with her friends, brought our appetizer out after our meal - and still charged us for it. Over charged us for a salad, and had to redo our check - and then didn't even thank us for coming in - or tell us to have a nice evening. Seriously some of the worst customer service I've seen, especially when it wasn't even close to closing time. Customer service is everything...and most of the time makes up for a bad meal. Aside from that, the food looked awful when it came out, the salads spinach didn't even look washed. My meal was overcooked, and hard. The topper was walking out into the parking lot to them pumping their toilets, and smelling the worst smell I've ever smelt. Ever. I almost threw up in the parking lot. All in all, being the only restaurant open in the area past 10 pm, you'd like to think they'd provide you with a decent atmosphere...but no. We got the opposite. read more

Let me start by saying this: I tend to hate chains. This BWW in the valley is an exception and a regular stop for me. The "wings/beer/sports" are all great, if a bit on the pricey side, but what separates BWW for me is how good they are to my kids. They greet them at the door with a tablet of free games and are always patient with their typical kid shenanigans. For a "sports bar" this is just unheard of to me an I deeply appreciate it. It makes for a perfect stop for dad to watch the game (and the kids) while mom goes shopping at the neighboring Valley Mall. My boyfriend and I had gone to a Buffalo Wild Wings in the midwest several times before last night and loved it - delicious food, great drinks, and outstanding service! Needless to say, had my brother and his girlfriend also not felt let down by our experience, I would have blamed our it on our high expectations. From the moment we sat down, it was clear our server felt flustered, which was understandable, but everything else went downhill from there. The main dining room was painfully loud, the service was terrible, and the food was the worst. We didn't get our drinks (three beers and a cocktail) until we had finished our appetizer. Also, we didn't get glasses of water, which we asked for when we sat down, until we were half-way through dinner. Funny thing is, at the end of the night, our server explained that this had been a slow night for them. The four of us did some sharing and ordered soft pretzels, spinach and artichoke dip, fried pickle chips, wings, and popcorn shrimp. Had we known that they had a Thursday night special on wings, we definitely would have changed our order, but our server never informed us of this promo. The pretzels and pickles were pretty average, but tasted ok. The spinach/artichoke was terrible and had the consistency of soup, so after the first taste, we sent it back. We expected the wings to be good and decided to try five different sauces (from a plethora of options), expecting that the wings would be tossed in the sauce by the time they arrived at our table. The only one that was sauced was the parmesan garlic. Mine and my boyfriends came with sides of sauce, which did not taste good, since they became more of a dip than part of the dish. One of the spicy sauces was a bit too hot, so we asked for A side of ranch. Our food runner said no problem, and brought back three small sides of ranch dressing, without another word. When the bill came, we were charged nearly $2.00 for three sides of ranch, two of which we hardly touched. Had we known it would be that expensive, we never would have ordered it, and would have sent back the extra ranch. Overall, the food was miserable and nowhere near worth the price. We were literally nickeled and dimed over the cost of the extras, and it didn't seem like the wings were properly prepared. If they are going to highlight their many sauces, then please toss them with the wings prior to serving, or ask your customers how they want their wings sauced. Together, we racked up nearly an $80 tab, and felt like the only thing worth the price were the drinks. Needless to say, NONE of us will be returning! read more

I've always like BWW and especially their sauces, but my particular experience at this store tonight has made me not want to come anymore. First off, my husband, four kids and I were seated in a corner booth and then forgotten about. The hostess finally realized that no one had come over to our table and told us she would get someone. We were asked if we wanted waters. I said, "we are going to get drinks with our food, but water would be good too." So they brought us water...one glass of water. Thanks? They brought out half of our food at least 5-10 mins before the rest. Maybe that's normal at some places, but it's hard for young kids to watch other people at the table eat when they don't have food. My kids all ordered plain boneless wings with sauce on the side, but they put sauce on one of them. It took another 5mins to get the attention of any of the staff to correct this. We ordered ranch for all four kids' meals, and ranch to go with my wings. For the entire table they brought us...two little cups of ranch. Had to ask for more. For our table of 6, there were only two place settings. The waitress asked if we needed more napkins, and of course we did, so she brought us...three napkins. Again, thanks?... We had several people of varying seniority come over and ask us "how are we doing?" but no compensation was offered and not so much as an extra fry was given. So we paid the $80 for our meal of fried chicken and thin vegetables that were cut days ago, and decided next time we would just take the kids out for steaks. read more

Warning, the Hatch Queso dip is awful. Runny and tasted funky. Waitress told us that's how it is, so at least I know it's not going to give me food poisoning. Really bad. Didn't eat any of it. Still paid for it. I guess it's my fault for not asking, but one would assume that cauliflower wings are vegetarian. I guess they are fried in beef fat. I'm not a crazy vegetarian, but it would be nice if they were transparent about it. So warning to any serious vegetarian. Then the app said if I spent $10 dollars I would receive 6 free boneless wings. Hubby ordered them because they were supposed to be free. I was told the special wasn't working so I ended up having to pay for wings he would have never ordered. The waitress even said it's been a problem and she was going to warn others in the future. Seems like a manager could have made it work. Very frustrating and honestly misleading. Service was ok. She was busy. Seemed a little annoyed at the end. Not our fault. We always go out of our way to be kind. I know that places are having a hard time staffing, so we try to be understanding. We still tipped over 20%. We used to love this place. Decided to try the Spokane Valley Buffalo Wild Wing fir the first time. I love wings of all types and flavors. So I was pretty excited to try this place for lunch. I received a gift card for Christmas. I don't have a lot of money, so the gift card was very welcome and would allow me to go enjoy a nice lunch with my boyfriend. We arrive and notice it's pretty busy fir 1:30pm on a Friday afternoon. No problem we thought. The food must be really good and it keeps people coming back. Well we never got to taste the food. We left the business after 5 minutes. We were told there is open seating in the bar. Cool. We found a table for two and sat down. Bad decision on our part. I love a lively bar atmosphere and I enjoy on occasional game on TV. What we were not prepared for was the extremely high volume the music was blasting so loud that we had to really raise our voices to communicate to each other. Sad that eating/drinking establishments feel the need to play music at such high volume. And I love music. It's a shame they haven't figured this out yet, especially since it looks like several people are also saying the same thing. Sorry but we will not be going back. If anyone has ever read more than 2 of my reviews here on Yelp, you'll know I'm either easily satisfied or easily offended. Due to a lack of Hooter and Chili's and an undying desire for buffalo wings in Spokane Valley, WA, I decided to roll the dice and check out the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Spokane Valley by the mall (I chose this location as I was staying at the Residence Inn Marriott near the mall). I have been to a few BWW (Buffalo Wild Wings abbreviation) location in my life so I knew what to expect. Upon walking into BWW, my first impression is it is much louder than necessary. The type of loud where you have to raise your voice to talk to the person next to you. Being a BWW regular, I knew happy hour was in full swing (we were there approximately 4PM and happy hour runs 3PM to 7PM I believe). We entered the bar and the music was even louder. Though the music was loud, it was decent music that didn't offend/bother me so I decided to look past it. The bar also had more televisions than I knew what to do with. I don't think there was a sport being televised in the universe that wasn't on a television in the bar. You could tell this place is new because the servers were off their game. Well, maybe not all servers but our server, Vanessa (per our receipt) was off her game. We were greeted immediately but after that, it took a while to see Vanessa though out our entire stay. She wasn't attentive in the least. With the servers, it seemed like there were more servers than needed and they were still trying to fine tune the serving process. I've never been a server but to be friendly and prompt can't be that difficult to figure out. Next issue was the food. I can only assume the kitchen went out back to actually catch the chicken we ate, killed it, cleaned it and carved it up while we were sitting at our table. Our order consisted of 7 boneless wings, 7 bone in wings and a chicken wrap. Our chicken must have been super fresh because it took 30 minutes to get our order!!!!! If the place would have been busy, that would have been understandable. However, between the bar and restaurant area, there were only 8 or so occupied tables. WTF?!?!? Speaking about the wings (you know, the reason BWW's is around!?!?!?!?), be prepared to be nickel and dimed to death if you want anything with your order. Extra dressing will cost you 30+ cents a cup which you won't be told when it comes to wings. With wings, you either get two cups of dressing, two veges (carrots and celery) or one dressing and one vegetable. Anything beyond that will cost you. I can say from experience Chili's and Applebee's does not have a practice to nickel and dime the customer. This happy hour seemed a bit limited. The drink specials included $3 for Absolute and something cheap, Capn' Morgan and something cheap, $3 for a 22oz draft (which I ordered) and pretty sure it was six appetizers for $3. Not the best deals but not the worst deals. BWW will never by my first choice for happy hour or a restaurant in general and this specific location ranks even further down on my list to visit again. Maybe by the end of 2014 they will have a system figured out and be better. Nice try but everyone should pass on this place for the next 6 months. read more

IT IS LOUD. I FEEL LIKE I'M STILL SHOUTING OVER MY MEAL. ahem. The atmosphere is alive. Too alive. They have TVs in just about every inch of the restaurant, with the exception of the bathroom. Every tv is blasting its show, which makes it very hard to hold a conversation with your mates. Food: I like it, but it's expensive for chicken wings. Is it to offset the costs for electricity? (Ha!) I normally get the Small chicken wing in teriyaki, honey bbq, and whatever is in that realm of spiciness. I'm not a big spicy eater so I can't tell you first hand how it is, however, my husband did say it was hot. And he didn't even try the spiciest! Kids menu: they are offered a variety of dishes at a decent price. No complaints here. Wait staff: helpful and attentive. I don't know how they can say their hotness schpeal every single time they get a new table. It would get old very fast. Bathrooms: clean. Bonus: they offer the kids a small iPad to keep busy while the adults booze up and eat. It's nice to have your kids be preoccupied while we eat. read more

Food was good as always!! Service wasn't as always! This was my third time here & I've never had great service! At best the first time the service was ok. The two latter was not terrible. It wasn't busy as they just opened for lunch. Two other tables sat after us had there orders in & drinks from there server. Meanwhile our server was outside & finally came to our table. She didn't bring plates for the sampler appetizer & when we asked for them she acted put off. She barely checked on us & just wasn't very customer friendly. We come back for the food only! Now usually I'm not the biggest fan of BWW. I live in the Seattle area and every time I find myself at a BWW I leave remembering why I usually don't go there. HOWEVER this specific location has given me faith. Unlike the BWW back at home, the food came out in a decent amount of time and (this is the part where I jump with joy) IT CAME OUT HOT! So our waiter was great our food was great, while we're eating another server started sweeping the carpet right next to our table and briskly getting dust all in the air I had to ask her can to not sweep next to us while we were eating it's gross. She stopped but common sense should tell you not to sweep a carpet next to people who are eating. Get carpet rollers if you want your servers to clean the carpet during service. read more

Came here for dinner with my family and wanted the kids to try something different. The cleanliness of the restaurant where we ate was pretty bad and the service was below average. There was food smashed into the carpet and straw wrappers and a used napkin right beside our booth from the previous guests all of which remained on the floor even as we were leaving, honestly never seen this place so messy considering how many employees we saw on the floor. We arrived with a group of 6 on a Thursday night. There was a 20-25 minute wait, but we decided to stick it out. The staff was friendly enough. After we got seated our waitress took drink orders pretty quickly. It turns out that thursday is boneless wings day. Boneless wings are 65 cents each..... But dipping sauce (ranch or blue cheese) costs an extra 60 cents each, which is pretty lame in my opinion! I decided to pick up 15 wings, which was about right for a hungry guy. 5 each of Parmesan garlic, spicy garlic, and hot BBQ. The Parmesan garlic was very good! The sauce is very creamy with the right amount of garlic in it. It was the favorite of the entire table. I was a bit disappointed by the spicy garlic. The flavor was ok at best....I don't think I'd ever get it again. The hot barbecue was good if you like stuff that's just a little bit spicy. We also picked up a basket of fries for the table. That was pretty disappointing for nearly $6. Way too small for that price! My wife decided to get a buffalo chicken wrap. The first half of it was pretty good according to her. The second half? It's currently in the garbage because we found somebody's hair in it. I got the manager to come over to our table. My family was excited to finally try this place. My daughters both had wings. Honey BBQ and Parmesan Garlic. They enjoyed them a great deal. Very messy, but they expected that! Our server was great and very attentive. She was on point with drinks and napkins. She also was very helpfull with tasting different sauces and dry rubs as well. We ordered appetizers of roasted garlic mushrooms that we deep fried. The consensus was they were a little weird. Also had queso cheese and chilli with chips, it was ok, and I've had way better. My wife had a build your own sandwich of chicken with american cheese and bacon. Good and crispy, but at the end got soggy from the ranch sauce. I had the Juicy Steak Burger. 2 beef patties, chopped prime rib, onion rings, with pepperjack cheese. I also chose the parmesan garlic sauce. Good sandwich as well. 4 drinks with all the food was $74.51 before tip. About what we expected. The real downfall to us was how loud it is in the restaurant. We were expecting a little more of a restaurant feel, but it really is a sports dining experience ages 21 and up. All in all, decent food but noisier than I prefer to dine in. read more

I love this place! This is the only Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to, but already I'm a fan of the chain! First of all, when this location was opening up they had a special for the first 100 people in line. If you were a part of that, you got a coupon book for free wings for a year. The specifications are: 1 per customer, dine in only, and each coupon had specific dates on them (i.e. 4/27/14 - 5/3/14). They were good for a snack size of either the traditional wings or the snack size of the boneless wings. My boyfriend and I both got the coupon books, and the snack size is actually perfect for us. Usually we'll get 1 or 2 appetizers (depending on our mood), a couple beers, and the snack size wings we get with the coupon, and many times we still have wings leftover to take home. Also, ever since they added fried cheese curds to the menu, we ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get those! They are so delicious and I'll never be satisfied with regular mozzarella sticks ever again. So far I've tried about half of the sauces they offer, and my all-time favorite is the Thai Curry! At first I was skeptical to try it, but oh my goodness they are the best wings I've ever had. Ever since I've tried that sauce it's hard for me to order anything else. On top of all that, the service is always wonderful! I can tell that their company emphasizes customer service, and I'm usually impressed with the service my boyfriend and I get. And one last parting thought, I love how big their bar area is (compared to the family dining area). My boyfriend and I usually are able to find a table or a seat, even on a very busy night, and if we have to wait it's only for about 5 minutes before someone eventually leaves. However, I have to say that if you want to eat here with a big party, DEFINITELY make a reservation! Better to be safe than sorry. I came once with a bunch of friends to celebrate 2 girls' birthdays, and we had 12 people with no reservation and we ended up splitting into two tables. That wasn't BWW fault though, they were busy and really the person planning that outing really should've made a reservation. All in all: 5 stars for sure!
