This review is for an experience I had 6 months ago. I went to a BWW in another state the other night and reminded me how awful the experience was at this Spring Hill location. We wanted to sit in the table seating in the bar section, but there was no available seating with only 3 tables actually being occupied by customers, and about 8 tables that have yet to be bussed (complete mess). We ended up just moving old plates and wiping down table just to sit, as we wanted to watch the MNF game we came to watch. We noticed a bus boy was around but not attending to this atrocious section at all. He had the decency to sit on his phone at a table that was covered in dirty plates while there were customers waiting for seating! (If he was on break he should never be out in the public especially when tables looked like that) When a customer walked into the restaurant around 9pm (an hour before close) the bus boy slammed his rag on a table causing a huge scene. The fact he was even getting paid (and tipped out) for that night is simply vile. I was appalled by this behavior and even said something to him. It was embarrassing to still be at this establishment but our server came by and made sure we were taken care of (with AirPod in ear lol). The server was nice but slow. Food was very mediocre. I hope the bus boy got fired, but if he's still working there the management must be really soft or understaffed. It was truly embarrassing to watch. read more

Corp needs to fire both managers in the kitchen tonight! The servers are amazing and if it were not for them are experience would have been 10x worse!!! There are two managers in the kitchen tonight and it took 30 minutes to cook mymozzarella cheese sticks. But, before that they sent out my loaded Super Nachos with Chicken and Guacamole, which came out with literally only chicken and chips! When I asked the waitress about the missing toppings and guacamole she said they told her they were out of everything. So I sent it back and said I would just wait for my mozzarella sticks. Miraculously after I sent the Nachos back they came back 5 minutes later now loaded with everything but the guacamole. This is not a joke, this really happened. To say that we will never be back is a HUGE understatement!!! read more

We get there after a haunted house hoping for a good food and good bonding time with my buddies, but unfortunately that was not the case we waited a long long time to get are food. We also got our food and different times so people were finished at different times. After 20 min for her to bring us our check she gets our money and takes another 20 just to bring our checks. We are frequent customers of BWW's. This is second time this month they have been out of Blue Moon. The bar is poorly managed when it comes to having what costumers want. Talked to the manager on duty and basically got the same worn out excuse, blaming it on COVID! I'm sorry but COVID isn't the answer to everything that goes wrong. How about owning up to just shitty management!!! I will not go back to this particular BWW. UPDATE: At a restaurant basically next door to BWW. Surprisingly they have Blue Moon! I told this bars mgmt what I was told earlier at BWW about how they couldn't get Blue Moon from the distributor because of COVID blah blah blah. He informed me that they haven't had any problems and the same distributor that serves BWW serves them also. The food was terrible. We ordered takeout. We happened to arrive just as they were putting the food in the cubby. As soon as we got home we opened the food and it was ice cold. We had to reheat everything. Our drive home is less than 10 minutes. The Mac and cheese was ice cold to the touch like it had been left out for hours. The wraps were hardly holding together and the chicken was cold. They also forgot to include items in our order like our fries. We definitely don't be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. read more

In for lunch on 12/23 my wife ordered Ultimate Nachos for appetizer, when they arrived the food was cold not even the cheese was warm much less hot. My wife always orders all drums and i want a mix. Oder comes to table she has all drums and I had all flats. Thats not what I wanted. So tonight is the last time we try to give this restaurant a chance. I don't know that I've ever eaten here and had a good experience. They never have the items I order, the customer service is horrible, the food is bland. Tonight I ordered a cocktail, had to ask for it twice only to be finally told they didn't have the ingredient for it. Then we ordered our food, 2 ordered of wings, a kids cheeseburger and a kids chicken tenders. Each item came out individually with about 10-20 min in between. Finally had to call someone over to get the rest of our food. They did comp one of our items. Asked for a box several times, when the waitress finally brought it she chucked it at me. Mind you we were one of only 2 maybe 3 tables in the whole restaurant, I don't know how this place is still in business. read more

Pretty shitty.. maybes it's the crossings curse, but some hire up NEEDS to watch some security footage. Our waiter (after at least 15 min of waiting) finally came up to us. Instead of greeting us she just walked up to the table and said rudely, "has anyone helped you, then when we said no she asked for our drink order.. that was fine, stalwart we got helped. It's no wonder they have a 2 star average. First week living here and absolute TRASH experience with this location and their management team, Tim, I believe was his name. Didn't quite catch it due to him hanging up on me and I had to call back. Their staff packed the incorrect order for my Uber eats delivery and when I called to make him aware and request the correct food be sent or a refund after spending $60 there he claimed THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO. I run two businesses my self and that is beyond unacceptable as management. So I'm now out $60 and have to spent more elsewhere on food I'll eat. He claimed Uber eats was responsible for "breaking the seal of our food to verify it was packaged correctly by his team before leaving". Had my Food came unsealed I would have some major concerns. Hello everyone just wanted to come and talk about my horrible experience this evening, it started off ok yet the server was very attitudey with us. After our food I started having stomach aches that were very bad, I went to use the restroom which was very dirty and someone left let's say a little surprise in there. Just went yesterday and it will be the last time. Our server either wasn't trained properly or just didn't care. The $12 brisket sandwich was disgusting with a huge piece of tough, nasty inedible fat. The wings were somewhat small. I left feeling like I had been ripped off! The beer was fine however. How ever after being seated, we sat there for about 30 and watched as other people were seated and brought drink. Saturday May 2nd, Tony and I stopped for late lunch after taking a drive through the country. We love to just go out and drive..and stop for lunch. We love Buffalo Wild Wings, it is our favorite place to eat. This location is rather large. We were seated immediately and the waitress was very nice and friendly but she had several tables so she was doing her best, Not her fault we had to wait.. I ordered the Rib plate with french fries and cole slaw with the Blue Moon BBQ sauce on the ribs...with a soda on the side. Tony went with our usual, Hot Wings 10 traditional with blue cheese and ranch dressing for the dipping sauce..The food was good. The services was a little slow but manageable and the price was so good. I enjoy the BWW Restaurant...it is our favorite for Wings anytime... read more

This is Buffalo Wild Wings, you know exactly what you're going to get. We came on a Thursday night and it wasn't too crowded. Thursday wing night is awesome! Buy 1 get 1 free wings! Lots of wing flavors to choose from. We ordered boneless wings and they came out with a crisp like they didn't sit there forever which was awesome. They also had $3 beers, so Thursday night this is the place to be! Definitely recommend the fries, they're thinner and go perfectly with wings . Staff is not the friendliest and service was a little slow for the amount of people in the room. If you're not in a hurry and just want to hang out, get some cheap good food- this is the place! read more

Me and my friend came in around 6:00. It took them 30 min just to come to the table and ask us for our drinks then food came out fine but they asked us if we wanted our check and we said yes but it took them 30+ min just to pick up the check and process it but we had TO ASK for them to process it so we could leave! The waitress walked passed us about 20 times with no acknowledgment. I work in the food service industry so I have a lot of patience AND this is my first ever review. So don't recommend. read more

If I could rate it lower I would... horrible service, horrible food, ran out of straws (had 4 kids in our party) ran out of mac'n cheese (hard to believe since it's Kraft in a box and there's a Target next door) ran out of Asian Zing and when a Cobb salad arrived we found out they ran out of eggs too. This place has always been fairly mediocre so we don't expect much, but it's reached an all time bad. They even tell you now when you order not to expect all of your food out at the same time, try explaining that to a 7 year old who's food comes out 20 mins after everyone else's. There are a few chicken wing lovers in my family so this would be an obvious restaurant for us to go to. We have been to this location 3 times over the last 3 months and have been disappointed every time. We have ordered original wings (they were tiny and horribly rubbery), boneless wings (super dry and over cooked), and multiple appetizers (i.e. Corn dog bites, fries, etc). Nothing has ever tasted great or seemed to be prepared appropriately. They are also quite expensive and we have never felt the value was equal to the money we spent. Pros: The staff is always nice and has a smile on their face, that's a definite plus! We love sports and know we can always catch any game we want to watch here. Cons: The cost is a huge con for me. The food has never tasted good and the value of the food does not equal the money spent on it. read more

First off I would like to say, the food was pretty good but the visit ruined it. Our waiter was the worst we have ever had at BWW. None of us could get his attention when we needed something and when we were able to flag him down he would stand so far from the table that he got whatever we were asking for wrong. Most of the time he looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there and was annoyed when we asked him for something we had already asked for and he didn't do. When dropping anything off at our table he would turn his body away from us as if already walking away. Every aspect of our order was wrong in some way during the visit and no manager was able to be flagged down to even tell them what happened. From what we could tell, plenty of managers were there just walking around fast and trying to look busy but not actually doing anything. We very rarely complain about service because we understand things happen but this was just too much. It was so bad that my husband said he does not want to come back to this BWW. read more

Does BWW make the best wings in the world? No, of course not. But they are always good and consistent. This location doesn't seem to do a lot of training as the waitstaff always seems a little befuddled by any question they are asked and always look at you like they never heard of the beer you are ordering. My advice would be to sit at the bar if possible. Having said that I would still put the quality and speed of service as above average for the area. So, if you want some wings prepared fast and consistently then there is no reason not to stop in. read more

I'm a fan of the sports bar atmosphere! Spring Hill lacks a wide variety of bars to hang and have a few drinks, so naturally I was excited when I saw Buffalo Wild Wings was opening in the crossings! That being said, my first visit was not so great. We were greeted by a lovely waitress who took our drink order & came back to take our food order with drinks in hand. Great so far! We ordered & were left for 30-40 minutes to wait for our food on a Saturday afternoon at about 2pm and the restaurant was less than 1/4 full. We were treated to the table next to us being comp'd their meal due to poor service. The manager apologized to them & sent them on their way. Our food finally came, but my good was not at all what I ordered. I was so hungry by then I decided not to send it back & just ate what I was brought. Our second visit was just OK. The food wasn't so appetizing & for being an empty restaurant, the food came SO slow. I don't think I'll give them a 3rd chance unless management & the cook changes to someone different....the staff needs some help! read more

Nope. No thanks. Never again. The carry out service may have been good, however our food was less than decent.. The fried mushrooms were too watery. I basically became drenched as I bit into one. My chicken was a combination of dry rub and sauce. They were good, but there was nothing outstanding about the flavor or quality. My boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger; it was dry, had little cheese, and barely a hint of the sauce he was supposed to have on it. Plus, they forgot his pickle spear. I generally like BWW, but this one is not great. Their servers are just awful, I've never waited so long for my food at ANY other BWW (at first I chalked it up to it being new & working out the kinks... but come on), it's really not clean... and I've never seen it clean, it's VERY loud and I think that comes from it's just wide open design, and the food... is not good. I don't know why this particular BWW is so bad, but it really is. They seriously need to evaluate the management at this location... I'd say it's going downhill... but it's never been uphill. I have been to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings at least 7-9 times. It is one of the few sports bar type places in the Spring Hill area. Most of the time my visits there are pretty good. However sometimes the service has been a bit hit or miss. The wings are pretty good, as well as other dishes they serve. The buffalo chicken wrap is really good too. However for some things the price is a bit too high for what they are. BWW has a great atmosphere if you are a sports fan and playing trivia while you eat can be cool at times too. However being that it has the whole sports bar setup it can get loud. I will probably go back in the future until another good sports bar opens up in Spring Hill. However because of the sketchy service and overpriced items, I am going to have to give it 3 stars. PROS -Tasty wings -Great sports atmosphere -TVs everywhere -Trivia -The Blazin Hot Wing Challenge CONS -Sketchy service -Can get loud -Some things are too pricey read more
