My husband and I planned to sit at the bar, have drinks and snack on some wings. When we were greeted by the hostess we asked her if there were any seats at the bar. She replied "oh, I don't know." She seated us at a table and my husband went to see if there was any seating at the bar. It was fairly busy so we decided to stay seated at the table. We were not greeted by our server for another 10 minutes. Our server finally came by and quickly asked us what we would like to drink, saying they served Pepsi products and "beer and things like that." Another 8-10 minutes later we got our beers and finally ordered. I ordered traditional wings, specifically all flats. My husband ordered boneless wings and was then told after he had ordered that there was a special on the boneless wings. We finished our beers and waited about 30 minutes for our wings. When we finally get them, I received 7/9 drums even though I asked for all flats. The server was very sweet and kept thanking us for our patience. After today I many never go back again. The girls at the front are sweet and there were no problems with my food so that's the only reason they even get 3 stars. I had a coupon for a free snack sized boneless wing and placed a carryout order for that and a side. When I presented the cashier with my coupon she told me she'd need to grab her manager to take care of it. (No biggie, that usually happens anywhere with a coupon.) Lacey (the manager) walks over and loudly tells me that I was in there a couple of weeks ago with the same coupon and that I "should only get one a year" and they couldn't just take printouts. I explained that I had received an additional email a week or so after my first visit that said they'd send me another coupon and I'd be happy to see the email. To which she respond in a snarky manner that she'd need to see it. So I handed over my phone which she proceeded to scroll through for 5 minutes. She didn't even ASK me about it and instead was immediately accusatory like I had done something wrong. I expected it to be busy with it being Super Bowl Sunday. Not a big deal. As soon as I walked up to the door there was a bunch of people standing in front of the host stand all the way out the building. I was finally able to bypass those crowding the entryway and got to the host stand. Told the hostess that I had a group of 4, and didn't have a to go order. She told me "the to go line ends back there" and asked me wait in line. Again I told her I was here for dine in, not a to go order. We were seated and it took a waitress about 20 minutes to get my drink order. At that time there were a few tables occupied, but there was definitely less than 5 occupied tables. Still no big deal, I expected it to be a wait. Well we decided to wait a little bit to order our wings and I ordered some macaroni and cheese. About half an hour later we put in our order for our wings. Waitress asked if there was anything else she could get us. Since it had been about 30 minutes since I ordered macaroni and cheese, I just said "no just the macaroni we ordered earlier" just in case it had gotten lost somewhere in the craziness of to go orders. Our waitress then copped an attitude with me and pointed to the big line of to go orders and said, "Yeah I put the order in but as you can see we are pretty backed up on orders. We have 11,000 wings that we have ordered right now so we will get to it when we can". I looked past it, whatever. We all have rough days. Fast forward to getting our wings almost an hour after ordering them. When they came the different types of wings weren't labeled with the stickers. The sticker was on the paper, but we had ordered different levels of heat for our wings, and they all looked the same, and we didn't know which was which. Fine. We can taste them and find out, but my husband can't handle spicy foods at all so we got the flavors figured out. At about 515 waitress then tells my husband that they're brewing sweet tea and she will bring him a glass once it's finished. We start eating our wings and they were edible, but barely. They were hard, overcooked, very dry, and there was so little sauce on them that there was no point in even having the sauce. I was extremely disappointed because not only did I pay $11 for mediocre buffalo Mac and cheese that took an hour to get to me, but I also paid $23 for flavorless, rock hard wings. So I had now invested nearly $35 on food that was not worth it. We stayed because we wanted to watch the game. I also had a friend with me that was ordering drinks from the bar. After a couple drinks she was obviously drunk. Waitress kept offering her drinks. Okay, cool. But I was her ride home and she was nearly throwing up already and I didn't want her throwing up in the car on the hour drive home, so when the waitress asked her if she wanted another drink my husband tried to explain to her that she had had quite a few and probably should not have anymore. Our waitress then squinted at my husband and told him "I think she can make her own decisions, huh". Excuse me lady? Is she going to be throwing up in YOUR brand new car? NO. Our waitress had an attitude problem and STILL hadn't brought my husband his sweet tea by half time. He asked for another one again, which again resulted in attitude from our waitress. This place was just extremely disorganized, ill prepared for a busy day, and we received service that was definitely service we won't forget, but clearly not in a good way. I wish they had shut this location down and not the one in Branson. The Branson location was much more organized, I never received bad service, or had angry waitresses/waiters, and my food came out promptly and correct. BWW has gotten way out of control. The prices are way to high for food you can find much better at local places. I went on Thursday because I hadn't been there in a while and knew they ran a deal on boneless. Well its now $.75 a piece (what a deal) and the server asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese so I said ranch, he brought me 2 and charged me $.60 each for them. Also the whole thing where they switched from number of wings to snack, small, medium, large is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. Won't be back. read more

Third time trying this place. Service is always terrible! The servers, bartenders and even the management look like they all would rather be some place else every time we come. It's like we are an inconvenience for wanting to come eat here. This time we sat the the very first booth right by the door. I saw food sit up in that window for over 15 minutes! And I also couldn't see any heat lamps. One of the food cooks yelled a couple of times and every single worker just walked right past. And they weren't even busy at all. Just absolutely ridiculous and to be honest I will not eat here again. Letting food sit up there for that long and still serving it is so gross! Especially when this place is pretty pricey. Buffalo wild wings food is great. The only thing I might critique them on is how long the food takes. Our food took an hour if not more and there was hardly anyone else in there. The food tasted great, but I don't understand why it would take an hour for them to serve 6 people. Their staff seemed attentive, but I've seen better. Went with 2 friends. I got a margarita, original lime with salt. I felt like the salt was excessive, just way too much salt, made it almost undrinkable. Probably would of been good without the salt. I ended up paying 60 dollars for three people, which I guess isn't terrible, but I felt like I could easily made the stuff we ordered better at home and would of been probably 20 dollars max. This was the worst experience I've had at this place. Of course I'm at a wing place, but I felt like having a burger. I ordered a standard cheddar cheese burger with bacon (which you pay an extra $2.05 for bacon), I also asked for extra pickles and onion rings ($2+ extra) . My burger came with no bacon at all, the onion rings were cold and soggy, and the pickles.... I guess 3 is extra for them. I asked the waitress for a burger with bacon then cheese and her reply was "we don't make them like that" . I told her to take it back, and I no longer wanted it. She got a bit testy. Then the "manager" came inquiring about my order, she offered to make it again but everyone else was almost done with their meal, so I refused it. She said that she would remove it from the bill, we get the bill and it's still on the bill. She also proceeded to speak to our entire party saying to let her know if I change my mind. I was sitting in right in front of her and she was speaking as if I wasn't there. We inquire as why the meal wasn't off the bill and the waitress said "oh yeah, she isn't taking it off ". I really enjoyed the food here and it was great for a guys getaway. We each ordered one dozen wings with each 1/2 dozen a different flavor...really good! We also ordered the buffalo chips and potato wedges. The potato wedges were great while the buffalo chips were just special cut french fries. However, the menu says you can get a seasoning on them and I think the buffalo or chipotle bbq seasoning would have made them pretty special. The value you receive for the price you pay on virtually all of their menu items is poor. Most of the portions are skimpy. I ordered the Jack Daddy Burger and fries & it was good, but it was NOT worth the $10.99 menu price. The service was decent and they have plenty of TV screens playing sports contests in all four major sports. A good venue to watch a game, but I would recommend you eat first at home or elsewhere before you come and then just order a beer or soda pop & enjoy the game you came to watch. read more

Place was half empty when I arrived. Was placed a a tall table near the bar where the table in front of me had dishes all over it where previous patrons had eaten. Today a group of friends and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings around 10pm. Our waitress Janine brought us out drinks and took our order. Everything started off just fine. My friend and I ordered a beer. It took a while for his beer to come out and when I received mine I asked for a lime for my corona. I waited and waited about ten minutes later when she walked by again i asked my friend to ask for a lime. He asked and she responded "oh yes sorry I have a list of things in my mind and well you're just kinda there." Oh? Ok. The four other people in our party literally had no soda by the time the food came out. Two of my friends orders fried pickles and only one of them got it. And after the food and the refills I finally got my lime (my beer was cold by then). After the food came out the waitress did not ask "does everything look ok? Need anything else?" Never checked back in once with us. My friend and I were tired of waiting for her to check in so we went up to the bar and asked for two shots. The bartender told us last call was at 10:30...okay well our waitress never checked in to tell us so we would of never known. OH Also my friend still never got his fried pickles. I needed napkins but what was the point I would of probably had to wait another ten minutes just for that. When we received our checks my two friends that got the pickles were charged. My friend that never got his pickles just said he didn't order it to take it off the bill. My friends told me not to say anything to a manager but I had to do something so hello Yelpers. I am a waitress myself and worked a double today. Getting off work to hang out with friends and this is the kind of customer service I get? Great. This is legitimately the WORST BWWs I have ever been to. I have been there three times now and had a bad experience every time. The first time the hostess acted like she didn't know what she is doing and took 20 minutes to just ask us how many people were in our party. The second time my boyfriend asked the waitress if he could order something they use to make and the waitress said yes then not only did it take 45 minutes, it was cold, the cooks decided they weren't going to make it because it wasn't on the menu AND the manager talked to us like it was our fault his waitress told him he could order it. The third and final time I went there it took 45 mins to get food AGAIN and the food was cold and the manager came over and apologized because they were "so busy" when there was us and two other tables at 3:30 pm. So if you enjoy cold food, below average wait staff and a manager that has no customer service skills this is the place for you! read more

I have loved bdubs since the 90s back in Wisconsin. Watched my packers there when I moved to Kentucky. I still love the wings, but this is by far the worst service restaurant I have ever been in. My first experience in the Springfield restaurant was when my in laws brought me for my birthday. They had not been there before. They said the food was good but we should have eaten before since it took more than a half hour to get our food and we never were offered drink refills until the check was presented. When my daughter came to visit, she wanted to go to bdubs. I told her not to expect too much. After dinner, she said "I'm sorry mom, it really does suck." So I won't go to the restaurant anymore...too embarrassing, but I will order to go from time to time. This evening my food was sitting on a shelf for over 15 minutes. A dozen staff passed that bag, but no one looked at it or asked me if I was waiting for something or if they could help me. Finally someone noticed the bag, took it, walked into the hallway and then walked back and called my name. I asked for new fries as my order had been sitting there for over 15 minutes. I did receive new fries but no one even said they were sorry. It is unfortunate that this is how Springfield represents an iconic brand. read more

I went to this restaurant to enjoy an evening with friends, a total of seven of us. The server came to take our drink order and informed us he had to check ID. One of the people in our group had left her ID in the motel and no one in the group is younger than forty. The server said he couldn't serve drinks without an ID. I asked to speak to the manager, out comes this young lady who looked to be no older than early twenties. She stated the owner's policy was to check all IDs and she could not do otherwise. Now I understand the need to check IDs but I would also think the manager should have discretionary authority to make a decision on the age of a person when it is as obvious as our groups age range. I think the owner is not much of a business person if he has a manager he doesn't really trust. He also lost the $200 we spent a few doors down from his establishment at a place called Magoo's. I will never go to another Buffalo Wild Wings. read more
