This was the single worst dining experience we've ever had. First, it took an hour and a half to get our food. Granted we were with a large group but some people in the group got food an hour before we did so were done and waiting for us before we were even served. Plus, we got there at 2 pm so it's not like they were super busy. Then when the food did arrive, our waiter Lanis, promptly accidentally covered my 12 year old in ranch dressing. Then the large boneless wings we ordered (yes, that one thing is what took 1:30 to make) included the right number of wings but some of the wings were nothing but batter chunks. Then Lanis tried to charge us for an extra small order of wings. After I pointed that out to him he fixed it and brought it back with the gratuity already included. I didn't make a fuss about the mess so I get that they didn't comp any of it but that's ballsy to add the tip. I wouldn't suggest going here, ever. And if you see Lanis, run. read more

After waiting 1hr for our food, we received cold wings and cold onion rings. Our waitress took back the onion rings and brought hot ones back, finally. She disappeared for a good 20min while we were waiting for our food and drink refills. This is not the first time we have had horrible service at bww. I'm not really a big fan of BWW. I've tried to like them, but all my experiences have been average. The food is inconsistent and in my opinion at best, ok. The sauces have pretty decent flavors. We are BWW lovers. We have gone to many locations all around America. The front greeters were really nice. But our waitress Jess was very rude! In my reviews, I mention the server's name when they do great so I will do the same when they do horribly! The worst BWW we've been in! Our food took forever! I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings and the one on Kansas Expressway a couple of times each. In my defense not one time has it been my idea to go. I try to avoid these places for a number of reasons. Which I believe I will list now. Service - The reason i listed this first is that every single time i have been the service is atrocious. It seems like they hire college kids that just need a place to stand around and hang out in between classes. They must get paid by the awesome "last night I got sooo drunk" stories they tell each other, instead of worrying about if their customer needs anything, or perhaps maybe they should be cleaning something. They don't even pretend to try to be decent at their jobs, they are just rude and uncaring. If there is a good employee at either location then i haven't met them. Prices - The cost is about what you would expect it to be at any place that serves wings. However, then you get the food. Which brings me to my next point. Food - If you love big juicy chicken wings that make a mess as you eat them, then this is not the place for you. Maybe its because they are a national chain, but the wings are terrible. They are just itty-bitty little things. They are so freakin cute, until you get the bill. More like sparrow wings than chicken wings. The sauces are ok, and the selection of those is good, but you end up eating more sauce than actual meat. Also they are so terribly slow getting the food out. In the time it takes them to get you six wings you could have driven to a farm and killed and cooked the chicken yourself. Drinks - Drink selection is fine, but the chlorine flavor of a beer I got once was just incredibly appetizing. Atmosphere - The place is pretty large, but it just screams chain restaurant. I have never been when it was busy, but each time there were 40 open tables and half of them have not been wiped down in God knows how long. There is usually good music playing, but at 120 decibels, I would rather hear myself chewing instead. Also the bathrooms.............just don't. In conclusion to say I dislike Buffalo Wild Wings is an understatement. If I choose to get wings I go to Wing Stop. At least there the employees don't act like their mom just made them get a job so they could pay their own cell phone bill. read more

So I've been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for many years now. This time around I was severely disappointed in the service from our server Angelica. First of all we ordered our food and we waited for about 45 minutes for it to come out. (Which was probably not her fault but it was just concerning.) However the part that made us upset was that we were checked on maybe twice throughout our meal and waited for 20 minutes with empty cups. We had to flag down a different server to get our refills and we gave her our tip that we were wanting to give our own server. Service was disappointing and I hope that it is better the next time that I come in. read more

Those 3 stars are just for the atmosphere. The wings here are overrated. Great sauces but the actual wings are pathetic. I Ordered Loaded Potato Skins. Cheese, Bacon, Sour cream, and chives right?! I'm giving this place a two star only because their wings are delicious. I love the Thai Curry. However, the customer service here is lacking. We've had an encounter with a rude manager when we accidentally ordered to the wrong location. We brushed off this issue, though his behavior was uncalled for, it was mostly our fault. Now, tonight we put in an order. My husband went to pick up the order and handed the girl his card and grabbed a couple of gift cards we had too. She ran his card immediately, and when he told her he wanted to apply the gift cards, she told him "next time." Um... No! We only ordered here bc we had the cards. Went in for lunch and ordered from heir "Fastbreak" menu. Took forever for the food to get there and when it did I wish it hadn't arrived. Went to this BWW with a group of 8 after the dinner hour, around 8:30 PM. The place was not crowded and we got seated pretty quickly, but it went downhill from there. Our server was attentive, but took quite awhile to fill the only beer order we had at the table. It took nearly 45 minutes to get our food delivered to the table. One check was wrong (in our favor) and many of the wings were overcooked or had hardly any sauce on them. This is not what we are used to at the BWW we frequent at home. We usually love bww! But, we went on an afternoon for happy hour. We had a coupon for 20% off our total bill. The staff and manager, most of the employees were extremely unprofessional. Some of them were swearing in front of customers. It was slow, so a lot of the staff was sitting and talking in the corner, which was close to where we were sitting. The manager had several tattoos showing and must have walked past our table 10 times and never said a word to us. We felt extremely awkward the whole time we were there. We used our 20% off our "entire bill" coupon, and apparently wasn't good on the bar, happy hour specials, etc. So we spent $50 and got $2 off. Ridiculous!! Prices are a tad high here. I ordered spinach dip and and buffalo Mac n cheese. The spinach dip is very soupy and doesn't have much substance. And the Buffalo Mac n cheese is a small portion for $9.29 and not to mention it's just simple pasta with some buffalo chicken in it. Really not that great. I give this place a rating of 2 stars. Good location and good layout with plenty of TVs but lacking on prices, food quality, and average customer service. read more

Everytime I go here, I have bad service. But tonight in particular, I had the worst service of my life. Our app was wrong and then my wings were wrong. Our waiter was no where to be found the whole time we were there. The manager and the hostess had to fix it. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Mondays they have special prices on bone-in wings and Thursdays they have special prices on boneless wings. If wings are not your thing they have a variety of other items on their menu to choose from. They also have limited time wing sauces and menu items which change about every month. My husband and I planned to sit at the bar, have drinks and snack on some wings. When we were greeted by the hostess we asked her if there were any seats at the bar. She replied "oh, I don't know." She seated us at a table and my husband went to see if there was any seating at the bar. It was fairly busy so we decided to stay seated at the table. We were not greeted by our server for another 10 minutes. Our server finally came by and quickly asked us what we would like to drink, saying they served Pepsi products and "beer and things like that." Another 8-10 minutes later we got our beers and finally ordered. I ordered traditional wings, specifically all flats. My husband ordered boneless wings and was then told after he had ordered that there was a special on the boneless wings. We finished our beers and waited about 30 minutes for our wings. When we finally get them, I received 7/9 drums even though I asked for all flats. The server was very sweet and kept thanking us for our patience. She did not notice/comment in the fact that I only ate the 2 wings out of the 9. The only thing positive was drinking cold beer. But we will not be back. read more
