I ordered bird dawgs through DoorDash. I did the "customize" option. It was supposed to have slaw, beer cheese, green onions, and wild honey mustard. They say they "smother" them in the cheese sauce, but that wasn't the case. We had small pieces of chicken on them, and there was such a small amount of cheese that it looked like the honey mustard. So I called to complain and the manager ALWAYS says "I made it personally and I know I made it right" no. It had no honey mustard, which isn't that big of a deal except I babysit a very picky toddler, and I paid for additional stuff. There was barely cheese, and no sauce. She said she it didn't say honey mustard on the order, but I have the receipt and it clearly said honey mustard. Not to mention the buns were stale. they were not interested in fixing the issue. Went to watch a college football game. Place was 1/4 full and they made me wait in line for 15 min for someone to seat me at the bar. I have never waited in line to sit at an empty bar! Once seated it took 30 min to get a beer (in a 1/4 full restaurant) and 1.5 hours to get wings and fries. Then there were issues with the tv and the female manager (Molly I believe) was an absolute nightmare. Literally got in one of the patrons faces and asked if he had a problem. I have never had a dining experience take less than 1.5hrs. The wait staff is slow, inattentive and visually uninterested. The kitchen staff is somehow even slower. Servers are always stressed and constantly make excuses why they can't do as asked. Always verging on rude. First of all the wings were great! Awesome. 4 stars all day long. The whole experience though was really hurt by the service. Came in on a Saturday at 3. Slight wait but nothing bad. Their waiting area has bench style seats that are comfortable. Get seated and visited by Mr. Waiter. He drops down the menus and asks if we know what drinks we want and immediately follows that up by asking if we knew what we wanted to order. We decline and say we need a few to decide. Drinks come back quick and so do the question on if we know what we want. A little hurried but we put together our order of 2 sets of traditional wings, fries for her, a side salad for me and pretzel app. At this point Mr. Waiter takes off. Finds someone to talk to and begins a lengthy conversation about who knows what. Our drinks go dry. He's still talking. Our app comes out via another server. He's still talking. She refills us. Mr. waiter is still off to the side just chatting away. Our food comes out. All wrong. Boneless wings on everything. Kitchen girl apologizes. Gives us our salads/fries and rushes back. Mr. Waiter still talking.. we have our fries, salad. Again drinks empty and finally he stops by and goes oh did they give you the wrong thing. Those buttons are really close together. Then poof he's gone. Drinks still dry. Kitchen girl comes back out with our wings. Refills us. Never see Mr. Waiter again until he we are trying to flag someone down for our check. I called the order in at 2:30 PM for pick up at 4:30 PM. When we arrived at 4:20 PM I had to convince them I had placed an order. They finally found it and said it wasn't ready. Then 25 minutes later, 15 minutes after the pick up time they had it ready. You had 2 hours notice to get it ready but failed. Then when we get home it wasn't right. There was sauces missing and wrong food. How hard is it to do your job. The girl rifled through the bags calling out the order as if she really saw the things. Also order 2 ranch and 2 celery & carrots. Receive one of each. The guy at the store went over my order to make sure it was right, which is nice. We went here at about 3:15PM on 11/25/2017. We stood in line for about 5 minutes, with no one else waiting for a table in front of us. I had to get the attention of a random employee to see if we had to wait to be seated. There were only 6 of us; with an extra order for my son at work, but they didn't know about him. So it would have been a healthy bill and tip as well.After another 3 or 4 minutes of being the only ones waiting for a table; they finally came and told us that we should probably just go back to the bar and sit. I then asked them about joining a couple tables together, or joining a table to one of the numerous empty booths. I received a bewildered look as if I were speaking an alien language and they were trying to decide if they were offended. After about 30 seconds of silence, I asked if there were 6 top tables available back at the bar. The manager and hostess told us "yes there are." We went to the back and there were some there, but they were all taken. There was a single four top and a couple 2 tops, but they were scattered to a point that we couldn't use them unless we wanted to sit across the restaurant from each other. We went back up front, counting at least 7 empty booths and 8 tables that were clean, empty, and needy to each other. There were also three booths and four tables that were empty but needed cleaned off. They had already been bussed for the most part, so there weren't really any dishes to be removed from them. On our way to the front, the manager and waitress asked us if we were able to find anything back at the bar. We stopped and said, "No. They are all taken." They didn't even bother to quit leaning on the wall when they nonchalantly said, "oh...... sorry." Then my wife told him that if they weren't going to take care of at least seating us, then we were going somewhere that would. The manager replied, and I quote......, "OhhhKay, sounds good to me. " Then looked away and still failed to move or care. The bar had more patrons than the rest of the restaurants. There were two people working the bar area, and 5 people serving the 8 tables that were occupied in the front half of the restaurant. They had 2 whole sections closed down. For no apparent reason. It really seems like they didn't care about us, about our business, our dining experience, or the money they could've made on our 7 person check and tip. By the way, we typically spend about $100 on 5 people here. Now, as a waiter or waitress, wouldn't you rather serve a large group with a higher bill and tip percentage??? More money and less work on one table, rather than less money and more work on three to four tables. After this experience, and this isn't the fittest bad experience I've had here, I won't be returning. read more

I've been going to this BWW since it opened and went there on Friday, Nov. 15th and had the worst experience I've ever had. Something had broken sometime during the day, I think a water line, anyway if you wanted a soda or water you had to buy by the can or bottle, no salad, wraps or burgers were available, jus t wings, which was fine, that's why I go there. What got me was the fact they were charging for water, so you inconvenience your customers and then charge them for water? Don't know what they did to their wings, but they were terrible. I understand small pin feathers might get missed, but NO THESE WERE 3 PLUS INCHES LONG!! he offered to replace it. My gripe is that he said this just happens sometimes, not much they can do about it, that is how they come from their supplier. Hadn't been to BWW for a while so decided to give it a try! Came in on Fathers Day around lunchtime. It was not overly busy yet we were made to wait a long time to be seated. Seemed that the hostess was also serving an entire section with groups alone. Didn't see much other help. Once we were seated we waited for 10 minutes and no one checked in on us. We looked around and hardly anyone had food, everyone's drinks were dry. We had no menus or drinks or anything. So with 3 kids with us we decided to get up and leave! Strangely enough, this is my favorite place to eat in town. I know, I know, I'm a basic man. If it is my favorite, why 4 stars!? There is certainly room for improvement. The food is very good; I love their apps. The wings are also great... when they have enough sauce, which is an issue about every other time. I typically sit at the bar or in the bar area and the service is hit or miss. Some bartenders are friendly and attentive, and some are clearly just antsy for their smoke break. Tons of TVs and booming sound for the big games. They don't always make the best use of each TV, but they will (sometimes begrudgingly) change to some NBA basketball instead of some movie that you couldn't hear anyway if you ask them to. Great atmosphere and tasty food, but I'd like to see more attention paid to TV sports schedules, amount of sauce, and friendliness. read more

I've come to eat there a few times around lunch time on a week day and I always like sitting in or around the bar area. I have had the same day shift bartender multiple times and I couldn't be more frustrated. During lunch time all 3 times there were only a few people scattered throughout the entire bar area and I couldn't have gotten any slower service. He was gazing at the TV most of the time or on his phone. If you are wanting immediate service, maybe not the place for you. The wait staff is pretty slow at getting to you most of the time. I have a few favorite waitresses. They always do a great job.
