This location just doesn't seem as good as others. The wings aren't very saucy but it does come out quickly. However, the waitresses are just ehh, the bartenders are rude and overworked and don't get me started on their pick up/take out workers. We've ordered from here a few times during quarantine and after dealing with the rude little girls at the pick up counter on multiple occasions, we've pretty much given up. The last time I was in there, I waited in an empty store for a few minutes waiting for the girl to come out from the back. When she did she was very short and dismissive, sighing the whole time and was literally out loud cursing and complaining about how busy she was. And not saying it TO me but rather just out loud in general to make me aware that she was busy. It's BWW, so the food is going to be kickass. My waiter recommended Mango Habanero boneless wings and they were delicious. FOOD: 5 stars To begin, 5 people were seated at a 4 person table. My waiter was extremely peppy and did a good job of selling items off the menu. However he was not the most productive, it took him 12 minutes to refill my tables drinks while we were eating hot wings. In addition, the manager/food runner (an employee wearing a different kind of uniform) was rude when someone at my table mentioned the price of chicken. We also asked for extra extra ranch and blue cheese because it was a $180 order and only received three small containers of blue cheese and three small containers of ranch. We read the order back to the woman twice as well just to clarify everything. Heavily sports-themed restaurant, with more than enough t.v. screens to keep your attention. Music is a little too loud for a sports restaurant, in my opinion. The boneless wings are a nice size & there are plenty of sauce choices. You get 2 sauce choices for your wings, so you can split your flavors, which is a nice bonus. The service was friendly & the managers walk around to the tables, checking on your service. I was impressed by the speed of service, considering the crowd & our server was pretty attentive. The nachos were reminded me of Taco Bell's, only difference was the raw sliced jalapeño's addition. We got 2 orders of the boneless buffalo wings. Medium and hot. The waitress recommended we get the special that came with fries. Tyson frozen was better, honestly. Cold, Dry and hard. The sauce had a pungent vinegar taste . I needed to work for about 3 hours. I went to wings and asked if I could sit and use the internet. The hostess, waitresses, and manager said absolutely. Not only that, they continued to keep refilling my drink and the manager came over at least 5 times to see if i needed anything. What a disappointment! We used to live in North Jersey and every BWW we went to was great, then we came here. The boneless wings were not even edible. I felt like they were frozen and just heated up. I love buffalo wings. Normally I would go with the wings with the bones but because the boneless had a deal I went with them. And they did not disappoint. I was very happy with the taste of the mild wings. The happy hour deals are great as well. Highly recommend going during happy hour on a Tuesday or a Thursday. We ordered takeout today which was ready for pick up quickly. Upon pick up the takeout hostess looked over the order. When I got the order home we found that the fries were completely missing from the combo meal, the side of buffalo chips was only half the order, and two sauces that were orderded were missing. Had a waitress named Anna who ended the night making us wait 35 minutes for d our checks. She didn't know what anyone ordered and gave us all checks with wrong items. She tried charging us an extra beer and a 17 dollar meal. We where also told that the unlimited wings where 11.99 and we where charged 16.99. You get charged .60 each for ranch to dip your wings in, which is ridiculous! I didn't want to leave a tip but my fiancé insisted which started an argument. My co-workers talked me into a second trip. Everyone - and I do mean everyone - seemed shocked at the idea I didn't like the food. She didn't check on us, had to be flagged down more than once, and we even resorted to using whatever wait staff happened to walk by. The place was half empty (so quieter than my last visit) but she tried to rush us out like the place was on fire. The food was horrible. We ordered Nachos - there was no cheese - NO CHEESE. We had to ask for a side of cheese and they charged us for it even though we showed them there was NO cheese to start with. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order the garlic breaded mushrooms....I love mushrooms - they are my favorite. All three of us spit them out - and two of those people LOVE BWW!! The onion rings were ok. The spinach dip was...bad...just bad...I don't even know what happened there but no one ate it. The salsa tasted like it was out of a generic brand jar...the chips were good. Is that a reason to go - no - they're just chips. I can get those at Wal-mart for cheaper...even during half priced apps. This is hands down the best BWW I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, caring, and helpful. The food came out very quickly, and tasted just like BWW should. The wings are large in size, happy hour drinks are well priced, and appetizers tasted great. Everyone from the host to the busboy were extremely attentive without becoming intrusive. Where do I start . Place was dead so you figure service would not be an issue. WRONG, we got our wings pretty fast and they were OK for your box restaurant. We were going to get lunch, but server never came back and we had to grab our own silverware when wings came out. So we sat for a good 15 minutes to order lunch and decided to screw this crap , we'll head to smash burger . My kids even said "dad how the hell does the manager let this go , there is nobody in here ". My answer was "this is why I hate all these box restaurants , at least at a mom and pop shop they know our name, know who we are and respect our business". The place is a slop house, and if I get into a fight with the wife and need a place to throw a few back, and want to be sure there will be something to watch on TV, this is the place . Cheap happy hour too only thing getting people in the door as well. Sorry but 3rd time here and one experience worse then the last. Only reason for decent reviews is they know people who work there or just have no clue . My kids agreed as well , so you won't even be getting a customer in a couple years when they are old enough to drink. Had better wings at the diners around here , too bad they don't serve beer. BWW at this location has renewed my faith in humanity. Specifically, Tim Wood, a manager who stumbled across my VERY full wallet on the ground there. I can't praise this man enough, for locating me and returning my ID, credit cards, and every dime of the thousands of dollars I had in the wallet. I know it's "expected" that anyone with an iota of conscience would do such a thing, but realistically, that's not usually the way it pans out. There was NOTHING stopping this man from pocketing the cash and never getting caught. I can only hope his integrity exudes around him and that he's rewarded in whatever ways people can help him or make him happy. We have been to buffalo wild wings several times. I like the atmosphere for kids because they have the buzztime tablets and it is in the louder side. Service is always fine. The wings are on the small side but I love a few of their sauces especially mango habanero. I do not prefer certain menu items. The burgers are terrible. They are thin and salty. We also did not enjoy the shrimp po' boy. It fell apart and there was barely anything in it. I would recommend sticking to what they are good at and stick with apps and wings there. In my opinion, the menu needs improvement. On the flipside, you get similar from any chain. If a person wants a good fresh burger, stay away from chains and stick with local mom and pop owned places like the beachwood pub or office lounge read more

My uncle brought home take out from here last week, he had enough for me and my boyfriend just to try.. Needless to say it was enough for a late night dinner for 4 people and left over wings.. It was good, seeing my boyfriend has had it before and said it wasn't that great up by his house. We went back the next night for dinner.. That's how good TAKE OUT was from there. And we weren't disappointed we ordered 10 wings with half medium & half mild sauce for an appetizer then our entrees, he got a bacon cheese burger & I got popcorn shrimp with onion rings.. His burger was delicious cooked perfect & I don't care for meat.. I only got onion rings bc my uncle had gotten them as well and they are beer battered and crispy and came with a zesty sauce which I used for almost everything else ! Lol & the popcorn shrimp.. I was expecting maybe between 8-12 pieces... I had about 35-40 pieces & left overs ! We will definitely go back and our bill? Including beers was only 50$!
