If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is cheap food with no quality . The management is rude and lazy. Waiters doing all the work while manager is standing around. I was super disappointed this time around, we had come out for a birthday lunch on Saturday and the service was not very great & the kitchen seemed to be having a very bad day too. The kitchen is usually very good with food times, considering the place was not packed it was unfortunate how long all the food was taking. Though our waitress was very nice she wasn't as attentive as she could have been. Our initial order was appetizers, which she forgot about one though she wrote it down. After taking quite some time to come out, the apps finally arrived but our waitress never came back. I had to ask someone to get her so we can place the rest of our order. The 3 orders of wings (two were snack size one was a medium size) took about 40 minutes, ridiculous. Our appetizer that was forgotten also came out but was the larger size which we ordered a small. We had to flag our waitress for refills on our drinks which was kind of annoying. I do notice every time I go all the waitresses are new (they seem to constantly turn over the wait staff) so maybe she was still learning, but it definitely put a "sour taste in my mouth" so to speak and I'm not sure if I'll return for a while. read more

Everything was as expected. Food was good. My problem with this place is it was ridiculously LOUD. They had the TV volume up and because of that the people were extremely LOUD (because people come to a restaurant to eat and talk) because the people were loud the TV was made louder and on and on. It was so loud you couldn't think straight. As a result the people couldn't hear each other or the TV so it was just a big mush mosh of LOUD noise while you were trying to eat. TV and all games they have on should just be muted, at least when the place is full. The only other thing is the table should have napkin dispensers. If you serve wings, especially saucy ones the patrons shouldn't have to keep asking for napkins. Wet wipes would have been nice when the check came too. Other than that it was good. Oh....and did I mention it was LOUD? Would have given a 3 if the LOUDNESS didn't ruin the whole meal. read more

I understand it's brand new and still has some kinks to work out but I've already given a second chance and it has regressed. Second time: Our appetizer came out fairly quick 40 minutes later we finally received our wings (we ordered two small orders of wings) and they clearly had been microwaved. I would've waited the extra ten minutes to remake our order if it had sat there for so long. Especially when an order of small wings is $12.99. Also in both instances our waiters were very lost. problem with wings is the skin needs to be cooked properly cuz you're not separating meat from skin as you would in eating a regular chicken dinner....well, unfortunately, the skin in my wings this past sunday wasn't crisp....i had a honey bbq topping and eating the skin was gross....didn't make me sick, thank God! be a long time before i go back. read more

The wings here are absolutely delicious and they come in a large variety of sizes all depending on how hungry you are. They have several different types of fries to go with the wings and they all have great flavor. The sauce list that comes with the wings seems almost endless giving you the opportunity to try new types of wings with each visit. They have a fully stocked bar that offers a wide variety and the wait staff is very attentive. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop when in the area. read more

This place is always great. I am here at least twice a week and have yet to have a bad experience. The bar and wait staff are extremely friendly and will do their best to tend to your needs. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 is because the prices are a little high but if you go during their wing days or happy hour everything is either right in line or even a bit in the low side. read more

Been to this location a few times and always seems like the same story. Wings are ok, usually not hot, waitresses are inattentive, and food and drinks are a little overpriced. Not a bad choice if a Tuesday or Thursday for wing specials, but really not worth it any other nights. Hit or miss and usually a miss. read more

Had a terrible experience at this location. Went to BWW for UFC 207 so we expected a packed house and long wait times to be seated. I put my name in for a table of 2 to be seated at 10:50pm and was told I would receive a text message once my table is ready. At 11:56 I realized I had a missed call from 11:46. I went to the host station and they then directed me to takeout after informing them that I had a missed call. Takeout then sent me back to the host station when I informed them I did not have a takeout order. The young ladies at the host station then began to explain that there is only a 5 minute window and my table was now filled...fine, I understand you can't keep a table free when there are so many people waiting. But I asked why I was called and not texted which I have set up on my phone to push knowing I was waiting for a seat. The young lady got defensive and said that they didn't have WIFI and offered to get a manager. I said there is no need just please inform me when the next table is free. At 12:50 (an hour later) I returned to the front host table to find out what was taking so long. The hostess then became short with me stating I was next. I explained that I was waiting an hour after already being paged once and that I should have been next to be seated (all while noticing empty tables on the floor). I then asked for a manager. Once the manager showed up he asked how many people I had and explained that we were only a party of two... He immediately looked at the table NEXT TO THE HOST STAND and told someone to clean the table as seat me. At that point I was disgusted at the lack of service and decided that we were not willing to waste any more money somewhere that treats customers this way. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff clearly did not care about the quality of service they provide to their customers. read more

Wings are good, expensive but good, I used to work in a 10 cent per wing restaurant, so anything above 10 cents per wing is too much in my world...Waitresses are super cute at this location, they have a Texas Hold Em' game with other customers on a TV screen, the manager I've seen sees to it that he checks on every customer to make sure they are satisfied...This location is better then Brick, parking in front of the restaurant is usually full, so you will have to possibly park away from the place in the bigger lot across the complex. They seem to have enough staff on at all times 7 days a week which is crazy to see at today's restaurants (not my payroll) so you'll always have someone to attend to you. Lots of big screen TVs, even WWE PPVs on TV...Take-Out from order to ready to go takes about 15 to 20 minutes, same timeframe when dining in...5 Stars if the wings were at or under 40 cents each (or larger sized wings like a local pizzeria in my area) haven't sat anywhere near the bar area so can't comment on that... read more
