I was delightfully unimpressed with this place. The two stars are because of the servers and cooks. The customer service was awesome, the speed of service amazing, and the cooks got the food out quickly. The wings I got were mostly breading. The sauce sounded good, but once I actually tasted it ruined the wings. I actually found myself trying to force the food down. The environment of this place is like a sports bar, but overpriced like a restaurant and no pool table. Oh but it is loud as a sports bar. Lots of families with children in dining room, but the bar is a little less busy and less crowded. Wings are pretty good. Sauces are abundant and tasty. Last time I tried, I ordered online to be picked up ($1.00 surcharge to pick up myself), and was yet again shorted wings; 5 wings to be exact. This has happened the last three times I tried this location, either grub hub gets shorted or myself. I always give the benefit of the doubt when counting by fives is the bar. I drove 15 minutes back to the store and was met with shock and dismay when I asked for an additional 5 wings on top of the owed 5 wings as restitution for the half hour gone, gas and eating alone as my family had their wings. This apparently was a big ask, but I was given my five paid for wings. I've been becoming more of a service hound in this time of great want and lack of service, no more pre-tipping. Ha! The lunch cost us $55+ & left a $5 tip. I'm sure the waiter was told to give us the bad news by the floor manager who I had seen guiding the flow of people who had made reservations. It's not about Customer Service anymore. Customers mean nothing. It's all about the money, and if they can collect more of you, they just may treat you better. $59 is worth nothing when they probably made $100 more by giving our warm seats to the next group of people that wanted to pay $10 per person on top of their food order. You would remember my husband, a military veteran, my service dog and me, an amputee. Thank you for demonstrating us that the value of people has fallen to the floor. At the end of the world, I hope I am not your nurse. I may be tempted to charge you $10,000 cash on the spot prior giving you a bed on my floor. In 10 years, I've visited your BWW location twice. Both of which, service has been mediocre and bad. The Hillsboro is our 2nd best. But Beaverton has the best team. Maybe you need to do some cross training and learn from each other. No, it's not Fire On The Mountain, they aren't trying to be, they are pushing wings, sides and beer as fast as they can to as many people as they can. You know what? They do it damn well. I've been here several times and they impress me every time beyond my expectations (which are that of a chain). How hard would you have to work to screw up buffalo wings? In my view two things can make them bad, small wings with little meat and a bad sauce. Buffalo Wild Wings has large, meaty wings and while they aren't too imaginative, they have some tasty damn sauces. As good as Fire On The Mountain? Probably not, but I don't work near that place, I don't live near that place and when I want wings this place has what I want. When I want Fire On The Mountain, I go there. Yes, sometimes the volume is a little too loud and occasionally you get a server that just doesn't care or wants to be somewhere else, that can happen anywhere. Luckily, a little less here than other BWW's in the area. It's nice to be able to detach from the office, enter a sports heavy environment and just get lost looking from screen to screen from football to basketball to motocross to soccer to trivia. If Sadat is my server, then things get even better; Sadat is the man, he makes sure I have a bone basket and lots of celery (or he mixes celery and carrot which some servers won't do) and napkins and most important of all, he makes sure my iced tea never hits bottom and that I always have Splenda. Ask for Sadat, eschew the bleach blonde servers and realize what BWW can be. I love the mild sauce, the teriyaki, the garlic parmesan and the spicy garlic sauces. Loads of flavor and very satisfying. Skip the fries and go with the potato wedges instead if you are so inclined. And finally leave specialty pre-conception at the door, this is a chain that does it's job pretty well, go with it and enjoy the ride. read more

How is this place still open? They are close to our house, and we like BWW in general, but this particular place cannot get anything right. The last three takeout orders were completely wrong. Not just missing something minor- missing one, or in the last case two complete meals! The last time we sat down at this restaurant, we purchased some gift cards for gifts.
