If I could select 0 stars I would. This Buffalo Wild Wings was embarrassing to even be dining at. Upon arrival, we were told a table needed to be bussed for us and it would take about 5 minutes, received a text message that it would take about 5 minutes at 6:10. At 6:30 I walked up to the hostess stand and explained how I was told it would take 5 minutes for my table and it had already been 20. The hostess replied with " I went to go sit down and put my feet up and I didn't realize it was cleaned." We sat at said table, and were never brought menus. It took 10 minutes for a server to greet us and take a drink order and another 15 minutes to receive said drinks and order our food. Today is my birthday, I had my 6 free wings for my birthday reward on the app, and enough points for a chips and queso. My mom had points for a 10 boneless and fries, we ordered my free wings and chips and queso on a separate tab. My husband had asked for the alcohol to be put on his tab to pay separately. And my moms tan we had ordered our free 10 boneless and fries, 10 traditional wings, and cheese curds. Our appetizers were brought out in a timely matter, they brought out the 10 wings and fries and they were traditional not boneless so they were sent back. The rest of our food came out as ordered. Once our server dropped off our remake of the 10 wings and fries we hadn't seen her once. I got up from my table found my server and had asked for a manager. At least 10 minutes later our server had walked by to let us know that a manager was going to be with us sometime soon "in a little." Before she had walked away from the table I was able to ask her to bring us some boxes for the food that we were clearly finished with. I had wanted another margarita but at this Point it was way too late. she brought us the boxes and then disappeared, we had box the food up and pre-bust her table with all the dirty dishes and glasses at the end of the table, I was standing next to the table trying to make it very clear I was ready for my bill, but she walked by upfront clearly looked at us and walked into the back. I never saw her again in about 20 minutes had gone by of nobody coming over to our table to see if we were ready for the bill or even if we were doing okay. So I got up and I left. not to mention we were right by the door and there were multiple parties that had walked in small families maybe two or three people that were told there was a wait and they had to wait at least 5-10 minutes, these customers clearly looked around confused as you can see in the photos I've uploaded the dining room was completely empty so there was no need for them to be on a wait. The only thing they would need to wait for would be a table to be cleaned because from the time we sat down to the time we left multiple tables have been walked by but never touched and never cleaned. After leaving we received maybe 20 minutes later we received several text messages asking to pay the bill. The worst part about it is you can see the bill is not even accurate, The alcohol should have been on a separate tab the 10 wings and fries should've been comped for the buffalo blazing rewards points, had we received any form of the bill while we were still at the restaurant we would've been able to make our server aware of the incorrect charges. Excuses will probably be made, but it's the first Sunday night football, do better. read more

Ordered 20 pc boneless and got about 3 full sized wings the rest were small and barley sauced I've ordered 6 piece boneless many times before for pickup and they've always been generally the same size but for some reason I order 20 and they give me a bunch of tiny barley sauced wings. read more

Been here countless times in the evening around 8 o clock and they've been out of iced tea and sometimes even salsa. How do you run out of tea when you close at 11-12? Open for 3+ more hours and can't make one more batch of tea? They definitely have it but don't want to make it in the evening. I've had an awful week. I drive all the way to Tucson for family, 2 hour drive. Nothing is going right in life. I am apprehensive to order from this location because nothing goes right here, ever. years ago they were pretty good. we went there often. they have gone cheap on their cuts of meat and have poor service. we ordered three meals for the three of us and they were unable to coordinate the cooking so all three come out to the table at once. when I commented on this common practice they got upset and confrontational. Wings are good. Customer service is the worst. Rude and lazy employees. The app says 1 hr but the store is empty. The wings could also finish in 20 min and will wait there for 40 min. I love this Buffalo Wild Wings! I'm visiting Tucson for the weekend & went here today for a lunch date. The staff (especially Stephanie P.) was great & friendly. The service was exceptionally good as well. We ordered the House Sampler with boneless wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks & onion rings, along with a Long Island iced tea, screwball (peanut butter whiskey) shots & iced tea. Also, a grilled Buffalo chicken salad. The apps came out within about 7mins, and it honestly didn't seem like it since we were playing trivia and chatting it up with our server. If you want cold food this is your place to go! The server informed us that all of the food would not come out at the same time as they honored a finished first policy meaning whatever food was cooked first would be served first. Well if I order a 10 piece traditional wing fried hard I expect it to be piping hot with steam coming out and I also expect 3rd degree burns because it's so fresh but that wasn't the case. I got like warm wings like they were waiting on me before I even arrived and my waitress didn't even have the decency to get a manager to speak with me or have anything discounted or removed, this is why I don't support BDUBS, I've always experienced terrible service with this franchise. Our server was friendly and attentive. Sadly, that's the only positive thing I can say about this location. My wife and I were celebrating a minor accomplishment, and when I asked what she wanted, she said wings and beer. I remember years ago coming here to watch games and eat yummy spicy chicken... one of two things has happened since then: I've learned quality or this place has gone downhill. Actually probably a bit of both has occurred. Last time at this location I realized the sad state of the place. I met friends who were craving wings and lived nearby. The place was nearly empty on a weekend. The food was so generic and blah, only redeeming factor was the sauces... hot and dipping varieties. The greeter (Ashley) saw us and immediately greeted us and asked if we'd like to sit at the bar or dining room. We chose dining room. She showed us to our seats and gave us our menus. Usually, at restaurants we have to wait a while to be noticed. After being seated, our waiter (Tim) promptly came to our table and introduced himself. Tim was a outstanding waiter the entire night. Me and my lady stayed for about two hours talking and having dinner. Tim checked on us, made sure we were OK. Often enough but not too much to the point it was annoying. I've been to this particular Buffalo wild wings a number of times, my experience is always a good one. I was going to try the Buffalo wild wings on Irvington Avenue. Because it's closer to my home. The specialty is of course wings, though not horrible, they are your standard frozen wings fried in oil that's just a bit too old, and then tossed in sauces full of sugar and salt! In fact most if not all of the sauces are high fructose corn syrup based! So if sweet and sticky is for you, come and get it! They also have rubs, which are of course primarily salt based, so if you like em dry and salty, come and get it! Burgers here are ok but not cooked to order which is not to my liking, I want my burger rare damnit! There are tons of other bar foods on the menu, some good, some not so much! You will have to decide which ones suit your taste! I like the Buffalitos, and the sliders myself! Now on to my favorite subject, the beer! Apps came out super quick, but the food took FOREVER! We picked BWW because we thought we could pop in for a quick-ish meal. We were falling asleep waiting for food, Oh well. Our server gave a to-go cup with a straw to our 12 yr old daughter. That's not unheard of for kids- we eat out a lot, and she's not a toddler, but I get it, she looks young and messes happen. I was surprised at the high quality burger from BWW. It was seriously fantastic. Fresh and cooked perfectly. I was able to feed my family of four with two adult meals and two (very fine sized) kids meals for under $35. I ordered online and called when I got there and they brought it right out to me. This place has absolutely NO interest in providing good customer service, the manager himself was the one who caused the biggest problem for us the last time we went. We waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up our carryout order, the place was really busy. But, there were at least 3-4 employees just standing around at any point. We finally get to the front desk, and the woman working the register says it'll be an hour before they could get us anything. She then said "let me go check" and the manager came out to tell us the same thing, it'd be at least another hour. He then immediately ran away to the back, I mean literally he dashed away before we could say a word. So, again, our food wasn't even made yet. At literally ANY point, ANY employee could have saved us a half-hour and just said "Hey, we're running way behind, you'd be waiting at least another hour". Or they could have put up a sign. Or have warned us when we made our order that the pickup time was going to be hours away. Or said "Sorry" about wasting a ton of our time. Instead, the poor cashier that the manager abandoned just look at me and kind of laughed. She doesn't give a crap. No one at this Buffalo Wild Wings location does. I've visited this specific location a few dozen times in the last 4 years I've been here and I can't think of a time I was left disappointed. I'm reaching out with a review tonight because I feel it's been well deserved. My husband and I went in tonight to place an order which was quick to be made and given to us (which is usual here). Although they get my husbands order messed up (traditional instead of boneless) he was still very happy. The chili con queso is always good but maybe better this time than usual. I've been to this location a couple times in the past and dined in with friends and had a great experience. Tonight I placed a walk in order to go. Brooklyn and Alyssa were very professional, friendly and helpful. I placed an order for a Buffalo salad, traditional snack size garlic parmesan wings and potato wedges with bacon and cheddar cheese. Where do I start??? Service was great, it took about 20 minutes to get my food which was not bad at all in my opinion for wings having to be fried. If they were actually fresh . Everything looked great except for the chicken in my salad and the disgusting cold wings they gave me. I thought I was chewing on a stale crouton but it was actually a piece of the Buffalo chicken that was microwaved to the point of being dehydrated. It was dry and hard. Some pieces I couldn't even poke with a metal fork(inedible) I'm horribly disappointed that they are using microwaves because it ruined my meal. The traditional wings had very soggy skin, were cold and had a disgusting amount of sauce caked on them. They tasted nothing like garlic parmesan they were awful. Not sure what happened in the kitchen or if I'll be back. I hope this message reaches their staff so they can make improvements in the kitchen.Very sad. I only gave two stars for the girls up front taking orders, the wedges and the greens in my salad were fresh. Hopefully they go back to having the great service And food they used to have! So, I visit this location A LOT. My girlfriend and I frequent at least once every other week because the drink specials are good, it's near my house, and we love wings. However, we had a horrible experience on 4/7, a Saturday night. Maybe they had their C team working because everywhere else was showing a fight? First, the waitress seemed like she was high or drunk and didn't listen to what we were saying, having to walk back out and ask us what we had asked for repeatedly. She still messed up our order, too. My girlfriend's wings were cold in the middle. Mine were overcooked to the point that one I bit into had the texture of jerky. The manager came out and asked how things were, and we politely told him what happened but that the server was taking care of it. He offers to comp us for one of our wing orders and gives us a couple of "free snack size wing" cards. By the time the food came out we weren't even hungry anymore but got it to go. When she brought out the check, I realized she had charged us for 3 orders of wings instead of 2, but "comped" the 3rd one. I explained to her we never had 3 orders to begin with, only two, and that they weren't really "comping" us for anything. She didn't get it. Try to explain the same thing to the manager and I must have argued with him for 5 minutes, as he insisted they were just "comping" us for the trouble. I finally got him to admit they made a mistake, and he reluctantly fixed it. Fast forward to the next day, we decide to eat our leftover wings finally. Lo and behold we find a huge feather in one of our BONELESS wings. How is that even possible? There is a lot of negativity of the service here on Yelp but I found it pretty good when I went. The server came by several times to check on us and kept our water glasses filled. The wings got served pretty quickly. And plenty of napkins were dropped off to help with the sauce-covered wings. I eat at many of the wings' restaurants around Tucson and Buffalo Wild Wings have to be ranked near the bottom of my list when it comes to flavor. It just tasted very mild to me. What I enjoy most about coming here is the abundance of sporting coverage all around you face. There is a gigantic television by the bar. I went there twice this month. The first time the service was fast, the wings were truly delectable and the fries were crisp and tasty. We went there about 9p or so. They left the TVs alone so you could watch sports and continue to watch the same game without changing the channel in the middle of a great quarter. Last night we went there again to partake in deliciousness and watch the end of the Sun's game. We get there and wait 15 min before my friend goes to get us a server. Granted, a rather large crowd was diminshing when we arrived. And the server was very nice. Still, 15 min is quite some time. During this occasion, I was sitting there enjoying the 4th quarter of a very close Sun's game. Suddenly, one of the staff there decides to start messing with the channels! I was like what the ____?! OMG! After playing around with the remote for a couple of minutes she ends up putting the game on again. Whew! So my friend and I are really hungry. It's like 10:30p on Friday night and we haven't eaten since lunch. We ordered a dozen hot BBQ and a dozen spicy garlic as well as a "basket" of fries. The BBQ wings were alright, kinda over done but ok. The garlic ones were cooked to a practical crisp with barely any sauce....sigh...and then the supposed "Basket" of fries was less than what you would get in a large fry at McDonald's. They tasted ok. We then decided to order a half dozen hot wings just to see if we could take the heat. These actually game out pretty juicy and well cooked. Hit or miss like always. This place is expensive, even during happy hour. For a draft bud light it was $3 during happy hour. The wings, fries, one beer and a soda cost us almost $40 with tip. Seems a little steep given that some of the wings lacked any meat at all and a few were juicy. In all honestly, we will probably go back here again just because we like the staff, enviroment and the wings when they are good. Wing Tuesday is an incredible value - particularly when you order a 'large' -- where you can select up to 4 different sauces and you get no less than 20 pretty hearty sized wings/legs. The food arrived 5 minutes after we complained and it was COLD i had the buffalo chicken and my friends was just a grilled or baked taken out of freezer or it was done 30 minutes earlier. Our salads were good but my bill was over $20.00 for a salad and Diet Pepsi ! The menu was confusing although I saw lots that sounded yummy . My buffalo blue cheese salad dressing was excellent . I was not satisfied during my recent visit 11/18/2020. Slow night and ordered traditional wings. Wings came out cold and I couldn't even finish them due to being disgusted by temperature and the sauce was mixed like they used the same bowl for both flavors. Seemed under cooked as well which is a huge health violation. My waiter was the reason I gave three stars. She was the only one working the bar area and did great. Attentive and took care of me without having to ask. I gave her a great tip because of this despite the food being horrible. Manager was sitting at table in corner never came by once to check on guests. I've been here many times and there is a manager who is always walking around checking on guests and food quality. This night was not the same and different person. The manager needs to step it up this is unacceptable. Check on kitchen staff and guests. I will be rating them again soon and hope this changes. Horrible customer service! College football Saturday about 12:45pm. We are bikers so we do not stop without having to thoroughly secure bikes ( theft is huge in Tucson) but then stood at host station almost 10 minutes seeing no one that acknowledged us...servers going in and out, very few people seated but you could see some places taken yet many open tables and seats at bar. Host finally came ( line if 5 now), dealt with first and finally us! He then informed us a 'bunch have just stepped out to patio so I can seat you in about 20 minutes'. SERIOUSLY? Why not let us sit at open table or bar so we could watch our game while waiting for server? Not even offering a seat at bar. Luckily, we only live a mile away and left to catch our game...and a drink. Very poor to make people stand at door so long to be acknowledged and worse to expect us to wait 20 more minutes standing and not seeing game. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, partly because the employees don't seem to care about customer relations like a home grown/run business, and this is just another example of why we don't go to chain restaurants unless we must. read more
