Went here for Mothers Day. I called ahead to see the wait time and ask if they were accepting reservations or not due to the day. I spoke to a Corbin on the phone who had an attitude and tbh that almost made me change restaurants right from the start. I wanted to try their new seafood boil though so we still went. We were seated promptly even though we had a big party. Our waitress whom I can't remember her name, was so amazing! Everyone's meal was good from what others said. I got the Mariners Boil with the Old Bay seasoning spicy level, an extra crab cluster and 2 eggs. It was very good I was surprised. Everything was cooked perfectly and there was enough seasoning and sauce to cover the whole thing. We did get appetizers as well. The stuffed mushrooms which were good, the crab queso dip..also good but the Crispy Dragon Shrimp were extremely salty. Wouldn't get those again. Overall it was good. I am pleasantly surprised at their seafood boil and how well it was seasoned, how good it tasted and how it was cooked perfectly. This is in comparison to another place I had a seafood boil at (bag o crab). There's a big difference, especially with the crab legs. Haven't been here in a hot minute. Came in with my daughter for a meal and drink only place on a Thursday evening that didn't have a line out the door in the mall area. Had some decent food. The price is still over the top for what it is. The service was prompt and friendly. There was a door out the side they kept slamming it was totally annoying. Went with a friend to try out the new 5$ happy hour and was not disappointed. First off our server Shanell L. was so sweet and so good to us , cuz we chatted for awhile lol but great service! The 5$ drinks were delicious I had the margarita and my friend had the Tito's strawberry lemonade both were definitely good bang for your buck. We enjoyed the two chip and dip options for happy hour and it was two dollars off each one which is pretty good. We still got the free and fresh cheddar biscuits which never disappoints. Received a Bogo in the email which made it affordable to go. Service was impeccable, our server made us feel welcome and took care of all of our needs. The food was very good. Mine had a little too much Cajun spice, Cajun pasta, on it and my wife's shrimp pasta had a little too much butter on it. other than that, the food was fantastic and of course, as always, the biscuits were great. Haven't been to a Red Lobster in many years. Inside looks exactly the same. Prices, however, seem a bit excessive. They did have a special on 3 types of shrimp for under twenty bucks. We ordered one of those and the shrimp were pretty decent. The popcorn shrimp left much to be desired with super tiny bits outweighing the already expectedly small sized shrimp. Coconut shrimp still stands strong with what seems like the same recipe they've had forever and their sweet dipping sauce. read more

Our server was Jeff. He needs remedial training on how to be a better server. When you come to a table serving additional items, take the dirty dishes, or empty glasses away, please. 3 times we had to ask. What restaurant eliminates Blur Cheese dressing? They do! So, I had to get a Ceasar salad instead. Rediculous! Clam Chowder was always consistent. Not now. Pretty bland indeed. Calimari was excellent. Stuffed Mushrooms, horrible. Again, no taste. Fish & Chips.... Fish overcooked. Popcorn Shrimp, again, overcooked. Honestly, my dissatisfaction with this meal will not have me returning. Overall, the food here was good, however, I still feel that red lobster is a bit overpriced for the portions they give you. For instance, the crab queso was $17. It's a small portion and paying almost $20 for it seems a bit excessive. I will not order this again. The salmon dish was good. I was disappointed, however, because I came to try the seafood boil, really looking forward to some crab legs. However, they only offer two boils, one that I believe was $50 and had crab legs and a lobster tail, and the other I think was $40 and had a whole bunch of shrimp and some sausage and potatoes. There's no substitutions. I thought it was strange that there wasn't a seafood boil primarily for just crab legs. That being said, I ended up just ordering a crab your way dish. For flavoring I got a mix of all four flavors (lemon pepper, garlic, Cajun, an old bay). It was OK, and a bit tangy to me. I think the best thing we ordered was a bacon wrapped scallops, which were so flavorful and perfect.. but again $20 really for those four small things? I guess this is how they stay open and rich idk, I was looking forward to writing about the boil, but maybe another time. read more

This is a very standard red lobster. The structure in the ambience of it is exactly like the one back in California. First off, my food was excellent. I don't eat seafood, so I was expecting not to be thrilled. I had the parmesan crusted chicken. It came with 2 sides. I got baked potato and coleslaw. The chicken was a good portion for eating in one sitting. It was crispy on the outside and tender within. It had those super sweet cherry tomatoes (the bright red ones about the size of a marble.) The chicken was amazing. Cole slaw was plentiful with almost rough chopped vegetables. I would eat here again just to have that chicken! Great meal, about $20 entree price. Everyone else was unhappy with their food. 2 orders of fish & chips each with only one piece of fish for $20. The plate was filled with very strongly seasoned fries. That and coleslaw are the usual sides with it. The grilled salmon was good but not excellent. The most expensive entree. My lemonade was good. There were refills. The stand out part of this was the attentive service. Our server had great timing and brought an iced tea pitcher around when he saw glasses getting low. We didn't have to ask for refills. He asked us several times about our meals and I didn't answer for the whole table but no one complained. It was super quiet on a Monday night. I know they must be busier later in the week. We parked near the door even. There were a lot of specials emphasizing lobster or shrimp. And those prices were not a lot more. It seems likely those would be better I would absolutely go back, so bonus star for that. Probably a 3 star place otherwise because the food (other than mine) was just okay. read more

I really wanted to love this place because I remember it being such a treat growing up. I will start by saying the service was awesome. Our waitress was quick to check on us and make sure we had what we ordered. However, the food is just not good. I travel to Boston a lot and I know good seafood and good ingredients. This just isn't it. Everything we ordered with shrimp or lobster, the shrimp and lobster were very overdone. We ordered the lobster flatbread, the lobster pappardelle pasta (lobster was actually crispy in some bites, it was so overdone- how it was crispy in a pasta dish, I don't know), the lobster and shrimp linguini (again, chewy overdone shrimp and lobster and the sauce tasted cheap and not much flavor), and one Arnold Palmer to drink. The price was outrageous for the quality! $92 for an appetizer, 2 meals and one drink is wild, especially with how overdone the meat was and how bland the food tasted. The cheddar bay biscuits were on point, but that was the only part of the meal I actually enjoyed. We left wishing we would have just gone to Angie's Lobster near by. A friend and I went to Red Lobster for lunch. This location is old and tired and needs an update. Since it was a bit later, the restaurant wasn't very busy. Our server, Anthony came by and offered drinks. We both ordered water only. When he came back to take our order, I asked about the Lobster Pappardelle Pasta dish. He recommended it, so I ordered it even it was pricey ($37.49). I added a house side salad ($3.49) with no onions. There weren't onions but the ticket also said no bacon, which I wanted. The ticket also said water with lemon, which I didn't ask for. He didn't seem to listen very well. My friend ordered the crab-stuffed mushrooms appetizer that was delicious. My lobster dish was disappointing, in size and taste. The small bits of lobster was overcooked and the pasta was swimming in oil or butter. Anthony did come by occasionally to refill the water, but when we wanted to check out, he was nowhere to be found. Also, we were sitting right by the bar where their telephone was ringing, constantly. Nobody answered it, the hostess was close by looking at her phone and ignoring the calls as well. If I was trying to place a to-go order, I would have given up and gone elsewhere. As far as returning to Red Lobster, that is a HARD NO! It has gotten ridiculously expensive, the service is sub-par, the food is okay but not for the price. Some of the combo dishes that didn't even have lobster were $50. I can get a fantastic lobster and garlic noodle dish at a neighboring restaurant for $30 and it is chock full of lobster, shrimp and mushrooms and there is plenty leftover. My separate ticket was $45 and I didn't have a beverage, plus tip, so $54 for a mediocre lunch for one person. read more

Went for lunch to check out their crab fest menu. I got a pound of steamed snow crab in garlic butter. This was soooo good. I did not understand the fried potatoes they served with the crab. They were super oily so I did not eat them. If you are into big flavors, this is a great dish. I think I will order steamed crab next time that way the potatoes will not be swimming in garlic butter. Went in for lunch to eat the all you can eat shrimp special. Waiter finally showed up and took our order. We ordered salads with the meal. Drinks came out fast with the biscuits. Waited and waited for the salads. Manager brings out the shrimp plates to 3 of the 6 at the table. I asked where are the salads she said oh you haven't received them? I'll take them off the bill. Yesterday went here with my fiancé and friends for birthday dinner. Let's just say I was lost for words,, in an AMAZING way! Our hostess was Shanelle and she was great! Made sure we had fresh, warm biscuits, refilled our regular drinks promptly, even was curtsied enough to exchange my alcoholic drink cause the first one was not preferably for me. Our food was great, we got two of the new mariners boil bags, and let's just say personally worth it! The guys got the steak plates and they were cooked to perfection. Also, Shanelle brought me ice cream and sang happy birthday! I enjoyed it cause it was quaint and personal. Usually restaurants include the whole restaurant and for me that's embarrassing lol. He is so attentive, ensuring we always get the best service by checking on us and doing the smallest things without us having to wave him down. It was our anniversary. not enough staff I only saw 1 waiter for the entire restaurant but there was 2 people at the hostess stand just talking to each other the whole time we were the. Really great service and a nice clean restaurant. I stopped in on my way out of town and wanted a healthy lunch. I chose the lobster stuffed flounder that was really good. The sauce was rich, yet it complimented the fish well. Baked potato was made well and I also had a salad that was fresh. After lunch, I decided to stay for a little while to relax and had a coffee to drink. It tasted fine and I had a couple of servings. Definitely a perfect way to end my trip! read more

A friend and myself went to the red lobster on Broadway this afternoon. He was really craving clam chowder so we went. He got the clam chowder bowl when they brought it. It was a very small bowl and it was not hot at all. I got one of their margaritas on happy hour And I expect that happy hour. Margaritas are just gonna be the cheaper liquor, but the margarita was not good. Didn't even finish it. Then I asked for one of their pastas that normally has some vegetables and has lobster in it. I requested that they take the lobster out and replace it with chicken When it arrived. That only had they not given me lobster but there was none of the vegetables in it just the Cajun chicken, which was not fresh. My friend had their shrimp salad bowl, which for the price was quite small that he said was OK. As we know, their cheddar biscuits are amazingbut to pay $82 for some amazing cheddar biscuits isn't the way I like to roll. I have to say over the past few years all the times that I've decided to give red lobster. Another chance it has not worked out well. We were there at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Been here a few times & love the biscuits! Got the Baja shrimp bowl and peach tea and immediately saw multiple pieces of hair in the bowl but tried to eat around it. Didn't want to be a Karen about it but was visiting with family there and they pushed me to ask for a new meal. Let the waiter know and he took it back right away and the manager came out to apologize. She assured me she checked with the kitchen staff to make sure hairnets were on and all was clean.
