Visited August 16 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. We decided that we would like to go here to have our little brunch today just on a whim. We read the reviews here on yelp and I gotta tell you we were a little worried that we were in for a terrible experience. But I am happy to report that that was not the case today! All the TVs were going full blast. There was baseball, football and golf playing everywhere and even though it could've been called loud. It really didn't hinder our table conversation at all. We walked in the door and stood there at the hostess desk for maybe 10 or 15 seconds and as it turned out, the bus boy spotted us and just came and told us to help ourselves to a table any table that we would like to sit at so we did . Within about a minute or two our server, Ashley, came by and asked if she could take our drink order. So we ordered a Michelob Ultra , an unsweetened iced tea and and a cup of soda water with lemon. We said we'd like to look at the menu for a few minutes since this was actually our first time at the restaurant and she said she would be happy to go and bring our drinks in the meantime. When she returned with our drinks, which was pretty fast, I took a swallow from the beer because it was already hot outside and we made our order. I ordered the 20 chicken wing traditional wing meal with large onion rings for the two of us. I asked that she break the order so that half of the wings would get the original buffalo sauce and that half the wings would just be plain. Probably about not even 10 minutes later our wonderful server who was actually very very sweet and paid attention to what we ordered and just was great helping us out came back with our food and we were ready to dig in. My wife's favorite was the onion rings if you can believe it, and she just loved them. The wings themselves were as good as any wings can be certainly good enough here. I thought that they were just on the slightly overdone side of being perfect. Maybe if a minute less in the fryer would've been perfect, but I understand some people like them on the dry side of this so that's understandable. Also, on the original buffalo sauce, they really lather it on good so the wings are really covered. I actually had to grab a napkin and wipe some of the sauce off because it was just too much even with what was left. It still had plenty of flavor and that original buffalo sauce is actually really really good so no complaints on the sauce just just a little bit on the cooking of the chicken. As it turned out the choice of getting the Michelob Ultra, as the beer was actually the perfect choice of beer. the flavor of the beer itself went perfectly with the flavors of the chicken spicy or not so I was really happy that the two went together really well. For the most part, we were left alone to enjoy the meal we could eat as leisurely as we wanted to, and she checked on us a few times to be sure things were going well and so no complaints on anything . Ashley was always very!very sweet and wonderful and and the food was good and I just have no complaints anywhere so our experience here today was really great. aAnd wifey, who is very tough on these places said that she would like to come back in and try this again sometime. She would probably try a different sauce, but there's plenty to choose from. So all in all good job Buffalo wild wings. We really enjoyed our lunch. Ashley was great as was our whole visit this afternoon. I hope this experience is more of the norm than what we were reading before we came. read more

Not a trustworthy establishment and staff. My boyfriend and I came here with some friends and he had paid for our drinks and meal with two different male servers. Later in the night his card was charged up to $3800. Several charges added up and was used to purchase gift cards and using it for games. It's the holidays. I get people need money to get gifts, but to use a customers information like this is fraudulent. Please be aware of the employees here and the transactions they do. And how long they take. Looking at the reviews for this place (not good), I was surprised. I went with two friends for an early lunch. Maybe that's why we had a pleasant experience? The last time I was in a BWW was 15 years ago and it wasn't a pleasant time for me but I thought I'd give them another try. The place looked clean. They have an impressive amount of wing sauce options. My booth seat was cracked and should be replaced. I ordered the lunch menu street tacos (3 of them, with chicken) and chips and salsa - the other side option was fries. Friends ordered wings with mild sauce and a spicy southern chicken sandwich. The food took about 10 minutes to arrive and was as ordered. My tacos were delicious. The salsa was sweet and bland. I asked for some hot sauce and they had none. Friend's wings were very (too) lemony. Other friend's chicken sandwich was delicious but impossible to pick up because of the slaw that was on it. Both said the fries were good. I came here because I wanted some B dubs well, that's how I referenced it in Ohio because that's how I've kind of gotten into it. My boyfriend never came here so I decided to bring him here one night for dinner. I actually got him really helped and he really enjoyed this restaurant for a first time. The service has slowed down a lot and so has the wait for your food. They're not as busy as they used to be but Ojos Locos did take the majority of their business. I made an online order for 20pc boneless and a large fry deal on 10/31 and scheduled my pickup time hours in advance. I arrived about 5-10mins after my scheduled pick up time, so you would expect the food to still be a little warm and that was just not the case at all. I arrived home and realized they forgot the large fry which wasn't a big deal, bc I didn't mind driving back. But then I took a look at my boneless wings, and it was packaged so messily with some wings not even covered in sauce. After realizing all of that, I called and told the cashier about the forgotten fries but not the messy wings. She was very kind and said she'd have them ready for me to pick up right away. I arrived and spoke to the cashier and she gladly handed me the fries. I then explained/showed her the messily packed wings and she told me they couldn't really do anything about it since that's typically how they pack them there. Keep in mind, I understand that this was not the cashiers fault so therefore I was not rude, being difficult, nor causing a scene with her. She was kind so i was being kind back to her and gladly took the fries as that's the agreement we had initially came to. My boyfriend then told me another employee, who had overheard our conversation, walked behind us and mouthed "SAY NO" to the cashier. He saw the employee mouth that and as they made eye contact she realized that he had noticed what she was doing and walked away embarrassed . I found that very unprofessional as the restaurant was PACKED with customers who could've easily seen the behavior coming from the employee, and also as I wasn't being difficult not mean to the cashier. Overall, this was one of the the most disappointing experiences I've had at any fast food restaurant. The cashier did her job correctly, was kind, and helpful. We came here with some coworkers so they could do the Blazin Challenge. I'd prefer a different BWW location but it wasn't terrible. The wings were huge and flavors were really good. I got the Thai Curry and Mango Habanero wings and neither disappointed with a nice spice level. The Blazin wings are an upgraded recipe and have ghost peppers now!! One was enough for me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Our server Nancy was ok not 2 or 3 star quality, but a 1. 1st impressions are everything right? Right! So Nancy was nice asked us what we wanted to drink. Blah blah carded us and then tried to take the menus and asked us if we finished ordering. Idk rather to laugh or get upset. She took our order repeated it to us 3 times and then left. We are seating right near the bar. So I order the Twisted Margarita. Comes back and tells me that the blender is broken and I couldn't get my Twisted Margarita. So I asked her what else is good and she said her House Margarita . So I got that. 10 minutes later I had to ask Nancy if I could please get my Margarita. When I got it it tasted like Margarita Mix straight. Asked Nancy if she could fix this because this $9 drink shouldn't taste like pure Margarita Mix. She went to the bar tender and was telling her and the female bar tender was giving her a dirty look. About 15 more minutes later Nancy asked if I got the replacement drink and I told her no! So she talked to the female bar tender and she looks at me and gives me a dirty look. So because of it I watched her make my drink and right before she gave it to me she told the male bartender something and he put more Mix in my drink and I was like are you kidding me!!! What we ended up getting was a medium Hot and a medium Spicy Garlic and Lemon Pepper we told Nancy this isn't what we order and she laughed and said oops my bad. AT this point all 3 of us are starting to get annoyed. We also got our Fried Pickles and kid you not there was only 10 pickles on the tray should of taken a picture of it. So I ordered 2 more orders of Fried Pickles expecting them to be the same size. I was wrong they came fully loaded. After 5 more minutes of waiting they gave us the correct order. So almost 20 minutes pass and Nancy came by against asking us if we want something else to drink. We got a waiter and asked for the bill. 5 minutes later we got the water but not the bill and I asked her again if we can get the bill. Here comes the fun part. We got the bill I review it and notice that we were charged for 1 Medium Boneless Lemon Pepper & Spicy Garlic 2 House Margaritas 1 Twisted Margarita 2 Clery & Carrot boats 2 things of Ranch They tried to over charge us $32.50 for a bill that was suppose to be $70 before taxes not $102.50 We asked to speak with the manger Cesar and it went done here from there. He was rude and racist kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell him what was happening and he kept waving his hand in my face so my husband who is also Mexican like he is listen.
