This location is always crazy busy so be ready for a wait if going for dinner, I don't know if they take reservations. Our service was OK, a previous time we asked to taste some of the sauces and got a good bit of fries to do so, this past time the two of us literally got TWO fries... a bit ridiculous huh? Anyways the food was good, that's why we go back. Bestie and I got the cheese stick pesto for an app, mmm SO good! I had the tenders and bestie had the cheese curd burger. The worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings, our waitress seemed uninterested in a table with kids and barely came to check on us, then when I went to pay, I was told they no longer take physical cards and could do either cash or something called text to pay, so after I received the message, the waitress abruptly walked away, after putting in my Card information and pressed proceed to payment, it charged my card without giving me an option to add a tip, it added a 10.00 tip to a 51.00 dollar tab for service that maybe deserved 5.00 and I wasn't informed that gratuity is already included. I was a server/bartender for 10 years and this is by far the worst thing I have ever seen/experienced. I will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings as they obviously don't care that they are stealing money from their customers to give to servers who are not deserving. read more

This is the worst BWW I've ever been to. I've given them multiple opportunities to have better service. It is absolutely ridiculous how much their serves don't care. There food does not compare to other BWWs. The managers see an issue, they listen in but don't step in to try an resolve the issue. I was a lover of this Buffalo Wild Wings and have been eating here for 4 years but NO MORE. The last 3 times we have eaten here the food hasn't been up to standard at all the 1st time the food started going bad it was a take out order and the wings were super dry (boneless wings) we were at home so I called the manager and explained my food wasnt up to standard he argued with ME about my food been ok :/ bad customer service, but after arguing with him for 10 minutes he gave us credit for food. About a week after we decided to use our credit so my husband went and got a carry out but we had the same issue with our food and hadnt eaten there again until today. I decided to give them another try so ordered a carry out and got EXTRA sauce on my wings... well I sure did get EXTRA sauce my wrap was dripping but I got NO ranch (it was a chicken ranch wrap) and the smallest amount of lettuce like seriously about 3 small pieces certainly couldnt taste it. I wont be giving them another chance... it's a shame because this was my top choice for both lunch and dinner but not anymore something has drastically changed here and not for the better.... save your money and keep driving past!!!! read more

1 Star because there is no lower rating! Any time I come here, the service is poor and rude, everything takes an incredibly long time regardless of if the restaurant is busy or not. When picking up food to go they times are inaccurate and I'm left standing for 30 minutes being told 1 more minute over and over again. read more

For a while I lived on east side. Ordered all the time because my girlfriends love the Asian zing sauce. The only request I have ever made out of regular ordering is to have the wings extra wet. Every single time they have ignored this. One time they even forgot the sauce on some mango habanero wings?! Once this happened we started going to the Irvington location. At first it was way better, still ignored the wet request but at least no mistakes. Then they started doing the same thing dry wings and not caring. Forgetting all the ranch we ordered etc. I suggest you check your food and make them remake of it's not correct. I found that even though the flavors are different wing stop kills these fools. Awful. Ordered a buffalo ranch chicken wrap: it was a super small wrap when opening the take out box & after taking 2 bites; Barley any chicken, asked for extra hot sauce which was clearly not there, no ranch and there were green peppers and onions which don't even come on the wrap. read more

This is easily the worst BWW I've ever been to. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after seeing the Yelp reviews, knowing that typically chains don't get the best reviews. But this was seriously an all-around horrible experience. The waitress only stopped by the table 3 times: to take our order, to drop off our order, and to give us the check. We ordered some street tacos, for appetizers, but did not receive them until the wings came. The tacos were cold, and the wings seemed to be done very mediocrely. I'd understand if the place was packed, but there were maybe 3 other tables with parties in them, so there were no excuses. The boneless wings were so salty that I took my order home and fed it to the doggies. Like most sports bars, the music is hard, and loud, so that you have to almost yell to get heard over the sound system. If you happen to be a virus, this is good news for you. Patrons need not wear a mask while eating, but also are corporately required to throw caution to the wind by yelling over the music and spewing more than just table talk all over the restaurant. My girlfriend and I came here after a concert around 10pm (regretting to even step in because of the terrible customer service in the past) and right away the hostess Ari gave us attitude as if we were disturbing her talking to her friends (which didn't work there) to do her job. I was disgusted by her customer service, so much that we just walked away and went to Wingstop where they actually treat you like a valued customer. Cons: The place is inexplicably packed on the weekends, so good luck getting a table without waiting a ludicrous amount of time to be seated for lackluster wings that come with even more pathetic fries, served by an pissed off server who has invariably been demotivated from dealing with drunk bros who think they're awesome because they're watching the UFC on 5 different screens, which totally means that they understand martial arts. I've had good experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities, but the ones here in Tucson are insufferable. I MIGHT be able to deal with the asshattery if the food was good, but more often than not I've gotten soggy, room temperature food that barely had any sauce on it. There are a number of wonderful wings places in Tucson, and there are even more great (albeit smaller) places to watch the game or fight. Went in there with 11 people at 10pm. We had to go to the bar to get served a drink. No one would come to the table and when we asked for a waiter/waitress, they told us that their staff were all wanting to go home and they were "trying to figure out who was going to serve us". As we finally got us to leave, I asked for the managers name so I can call that person on Monday, and they told me that the manager was there!! So if that is the type of service they have under the supervision of management. I WILL NEVER step foot in there again. What a HUGE disappointment. Shame on you. This restaurant advertised they were open until 1pm. We did call ahead AND they continued to seat people after us. What a joke. UPDATE.. I got a call from Rusty, the General Manager.
