What a joke, horrible service. Food is mediocre. Servers and managers need an attitude adjustment.

I dislike writing a review that is not positive but I think it's fair to those who actually read restaurant reviews to be honest. I also hold out a secret hope that the restaurant actually monitors the reviews as well. I walked into the restaurant to order after calling and getting no answer. I ordered the food to take home. I ordered 20 wings and french fries with no salt. I also ordered four different barbecue sauces. I've eaten in the restaurant on multiple occasions and have also ordered food to go on multiple occasions from this very same restaurant. This is the first time my issue has arisen and probably the last since I doubt I will return. I had to remind the staff on more than one occasion that I wanted no salt on the fries, but that's not a big deal. After receiving my order and looking in the bag I noticed there were no containers of my barbecue sauce so I peaked into the box of the chicken and found that the four very different flavored barbecue sauces had apparently been mixed into the wings in one box, without separation. This is contradictory to any of the prior service I have ever received from them. Also, according to the information online it talks about a variety of flavors for an assortment of wings/flavors. Nowhere is it spelled out that the flavors and/wings are mixed. How is that variety or assortment if it's mixed together in one batch? I then asked the server to please correct the order and provide me wings with the sauce on the side, just as it has been done on multiple prior occasions. He pleasantly took my entire order back after telling me the sauce was always added to the wings unless otherwise requested. I was soon visited by a woman who I'm guessing would call herself a manager or some thing. She politely told me I was wrong and that they always put the sauce on the wings. She made it sound like it was going to be an exception to the rule to give me my wings with the sauce on the side informing me it would take 10 minutes to cook new wings. I was OK with this because it was more important to get plain wings and sauce on the side than it was to get everything mixed together in a suicide mix. She gave me my order and I left the restaurant. It was very apparent the original fries that were now quite cold because of the delay in the wings were served to me instead of replacing the fries as they should have due to their delay. And the straw that broke the camels back? They neglected to provide me any sauce on the side! read more

We came here on a busy sports night (Game 1 of the NBA Championships) and we expected it to be chaos and average service merely because it was so busy. It was very packed! We were pleasantly surprised and our service was outstanding. We waited for 35 mins for a table but the greeter made sure to update us along the way to tell us how much longer. Our server, Beau, was very attentive and professional. He stopped at our table any time he walked by to see if we needed anything and was very kind and polite. He went above and beyond to be available to his tables and our service was way faster than I would have expected on such a busy night! Food was great, too. read more

Ok so I had low expectations going in but I was pleasantly surprised. First, the service was great. I never had to ask for refills and everything came out fast, even our drinks, and it was packed. The wings were surprisingy really good. The medium and Asian Zing were my favorites, great flavors. I loved all the different sauce choices to choose from. The tvs were also great, and could be seen from every angle. I think we will make this our football watching spot. read more

If a negative was possible, this would DEFINITELY BE A NEGATIVE! This review is for our server, Tasha and whom I assume was the manager, Mike. Thank you for horrible experience you have given us. I have never felt so discriminated until I have met you TWO. We arrived and was greeted by the hostess for a party of 5. It was a fairly full house so we were asked if we would like the patio. As we were about to be taken or our seats, the hostess greeted the party of 2 behind us. We were asked to wait while the party of 2 gets seated first. I'm ok with that. We were taken to our seats and momentarily greeted by our server, Tasha. We ordered waters all around first while we decided what to order. She came back with 3 waters and took our orders. Waited for 20-25 minutes for our food and the rest of our drinks. During our wait, we saw 3 other tables around us get seated and served by another server. Their server was awesome. Always came out to check if the customers were ok about every 10-15 minutes. They got their food before we did. Where was our Tasha!?!?! We were served with our food, but we didn't get our waters and didn't get our carrot/celery sticks. THE OTHER TABLES ALREADY FINISHED THEIR FOOD AND WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE. I had to go into the restaurant to ask for our waters. We finished our food and still NO SIGHT OF TASHA AT ALL!!! We felt she was being racist. We were the only group of asians. Everyone in the restaurant was being helped by her. But she completely ignored us. When the manager came to do his rounds, we explained that we didn't get all our food, was never checked on, and would just like our bill. One of my friends explained that she felt discriminated against, and Mike's response was , "Sorry, let me get you the bill." Not sorry, he will talk to Tasha? Not sorry for the bad service. We were extremely upset with Tasha and Mike's behavior when we decided to go inside and pay off the bill. Both Tasha and Mike SAW US walking in but decided to ignore us. THANK YOU FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would never recommend coming to this branch. Thanks to Tasha and Mike! We live in America. Learn that there are different ethnicity and respect it! Well I unfortunately gave this place 3 chances to many. Is the atmosphere great for football?....Yes... there are so many T.V.s every game is on don't have to worry about redzone jumping from highlight to highlight in delay ...Awesome RIGHT!!!! Food is ok for your basic fastfood restaurant....no complaints there but nothing really that i can recommend either NOW THE SERVICE .....HAHAHAHAHA the worst EVER!!!!! 1st experience......Took forever for a server to come ask us if we even wanted any water. Then we ordered got our food and beer. Then the beer ran dry and again it took forever. 2nd experience ....We had a waitress who was average in her service and never smiled. Service was not prompt. But the worst part there was a shift change and our beer ran dry and took a long time till someone came because our waiter became the bartender and we were left alone. They apologized gave us 25% off our food portion of the bill. And the manager was very apologetic and asked us to come back the following week to see the change of service. 3rd experience .....This happen weeks after the 2nd experience and they did well until the floor manager shifted servers and got the bill all messed up because of the switch.... we asked for our same server who was and has been excellent. And again an effort was made to make the customer happy. ok so that was the 3rd chance 4th and i promise you final experience ..... Our server was sick so eventually she had to go... the new server although she was trying hard serving us she got my order wrong and when i got my bill for 2 it totaled $225 claiming that we had 33 beers and all these other orders on there that wasn't ours. When they tried to narrow it down they still tried saying that between my friend and i that we had 16 20oz beers.....im sorry but if thats the case they shoulda called me a cab. anyways to skip small details after much dispute and arguing about how its not our fault that between the 1st and 2nd waitress that its not our fault we swore to never support BWW ever again and that they lost regular customers that brought many friends along the way. Now Im not the one to waste my time and write these things but i was soooooo annoyed that i just felt i have to .......... And that whole commercial about them wanting to make anything happen for the customer is so hypocritical because they make it seem like they would go as far as rigging a game to extend it yet they cant even get the order, service, and bill right. We have eaten here many times. This last time was a disaster. We all had food poisoning! The wings were very dry and almost tasteless except for the sauce. I suggest that management review their hygiene and the persons cooking the food. Wasn't really a fan of this place. Been here twice. Serivcie is kinda slow and our waitress didn't come by too often to check for refills. On the plus side, the wings and tenders you can pick a wide range in spicy/hotness and the jalapeno bacon poppers were very good! I just wish the service was better. Can't beat the lunch specials there. For 10$ you get a filling meal and a drink. The service was good and the food came out pretty quickly. If you can go to a different BWW, I'd suggest you do. The service was TERRIBLE!!! It was super busy, but waitresses should be trained for it. Unfortunately we got stuck with Mallorie. She was the absolute WORST. She had a hard time hearing due to the place being so loud, but I Ben she couldn't hear us, she was rude about it. Not only that but when we went up to pay, she took our credit cards to the back and charged out card there. The weird part is that we were at a register. When she came back with our cards, she didn't bother giving them back to us. She just put them on the counter and left to go socialize with another of her coworkers. We didn't get them right away because there was someone being helped which by the way, had been waiting for the check for about 30 minutes and had gone up to the register to ask for it on various occasions. Mallorie could have looked up looked for us and handed back our cards. Not only that, but we didn't get an explanation as to why we just didn't get charged AT THE REGISTER. This is very fishy and I hope it wasn't to get our information from our cards.... We told the manager about Mallorie's behavior and he didn't seem to care. The party waiting for their check complained too and he didn't seem to care either. Just avoid this place, it'll save you a headache. read more

Stopped by at 12:30 on a Thursday for lunch with a party of 5. We were greeted at the door an shown t our seats by the hostess. Our Waitress (Donnika) took our order and explained all the lunch specials they had. Food came out fast and was delicious We had the Mango Habanero, Teriyaki, Hoeny BBQ, and Lemon Pepper boneless wings. All of which tasted amazing. Our late lunch-early dinner started with happy hour appetizers and margaritas. The fact you can order happy hour at regular tables and not just at the bar was great. The appetizers were great (fried pickles, fired garlic mushrooms, mini corndogs, and mozzarella sticks) and the main courses were awesome (cheeseburger sliders. nacho burger and honey mustard burger). My second 1-Star review for this location after a six month boycott. I placed a phone order and was told my order would be ready in 13 minutes. I come in half an hour later to wait 10 minutes to be told that my order wasn't even placed. Came here for a friend's birthday and for the first time decided to order one of their burgers. I got the "Juicy Steak Burger" and honestly i shouldn't have expected too much from a burger at a place that specializes in wings. The burger was just very average and i thought was rather small. It included fries, but they must have mistaken me for someone on a diet because they definitely skimped out on it. It's not my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings and if you go here, definitely just stick to the wings which are pretty darn good. Was craving wings so decided to come here with the family. It's was an early Friday evening and got seated fairly quickly. We sat at our table for at least 15-20 minutes waiting for a server to acknowledge us or ask us what we wanted to drink. Mind you it wasn't that busy. At least 3-4 servers were working around our area passing us by helping the other guests seated on either side of us but no one came!! My husband got fed up and spoke to the manager. I'm writing this review at home and I'm already craving the asian zing boneless wings. I really like this location. The staff are attentive, friendly and the food is prepared quick. I never have to wait very long. The bar staff are great, the regulars are welcoming, and the local beer selection is delicious. I come here regularly and my favorite time to come is Boneless Thursdays during the early evening happy hour. Bdubs is where it's at. Don't get your wings anywhere else. Come here! read more

Worst place ever! Went to the one in Fairfield first and the service and food was disgusting. I decided to give it another try. FAIL! We weren't greeted when we walked in until another girl walked up, even though there were two girls at the post.. TALKING TO EACH OTHER! Our waitress was not friendly from the get go, not genuinely, at least. When we received our appetizer, there was no seasoning and we told our waitress and asked for more. She told us it would cost more... when it wasn't done properly in the first place! We asked for additional sides and to tweak a meal, and every other sentence ended with, 'that's gonna cost extra.' We went on a week night. The restaurant was about 3/4's full. The service was horrendous. I had to constantly look for a wait person to ask for drink refills. The Mango Havanero wings were actually good. The basic BBQ wings had almost no sauce at all...and they only brought 5. Once again had to go looking for a waitress to fix that. Food is ok, I prefer wingstop since their wings are juicier and seem fresher but bww is ok but the parking is horrendous.

Note: this is for TO GO only!! We ordered, the staff was helpful, answering our questions so we could decide what to get. The food was brought out within a reasonable time (10 min?), and the guy sat down next to me and showed me what was in each container to verify we had everything in our order.
