Obnoxiously slow service. We ordered and got our food 30-40 minutes later and the place was maybe half full.

DO NOT ORDER FOR PICK-UP My friends and I are loyal, repeat customers and come to dine in at least once a week. However this time, being short on time my girlfriend, roommate, and I ordered pick up. We arrived at the specified time to find that the person that picked up food before us had come back because he only received sides, no wings... this took a while to resolve because there was only one person working pick up, and it appeared that she couldn't find the manager. After that was resolved it was out turn to get our food that we watched get put in the food warmer box 10 minutes ago. We had discount codes for our food so the employee had to go find the manager again. This would be fine except the manager got one of our codes and then took off to help someone else. So the employee had to go "find" her again. The employee then looked for her by walking the long way around the entire restaurant (kitchen and all) when the manager in a bright red shirt was maybe 15 feet away... needless to say after all of this we had been standing to pick up our food for at least 20 minutes. I wish I could say the BWW troubles ended here and the food was great but it wasn't. The wings were cold, a third of them were unbreaded and we only received 4 cheese sticks when we got an entire order of cheese sticks. In sum: Don't order BWW to go because you will get the crappy batch of wings and shorted food. Dining in has generally been a great experience but it extremely disheartens me to know that loyal customers that are again and again recognized by staff can get treated this way. read more

I order large orders from here weekly. Jessica the waitress/take out person is always eager to help and making sure the order is right. If she is working you can rest assure the order will be ready on time and accurate. She always has a smile on her face. The food was fresh and hot and service was great. read more

I came in for lunch, waited 10 minutes to be seated, and finally after being looked at by waitresses multiple times and no one coming to seat us we left. This is the second time receiving terrible service from this place. The first time, we waiting an hour for our food because our waitress was flirting with a man at the table across from us. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would of. Terrible service. Waited over 15 minutes to just get drink orders, at 2:15PM, not busy at all. Then took another 10 minutes to get water. Order two orders of fries, waitress said she changed order to just one since it would be cheaper when she brought the food out, that's fine but we wanted two orders, not one. This location we were at was in Waco. Let me just say... the most rudest and laziest host/service we've ever encountered at a restaurant. As soon as we walked in, we were waiting for her to greet us/ask us how many we had in our party, (we figured she was in the middle of something so we didn't want to interrupt) but never did. She looked at us and looked down at whatever she was doing. We waited for a good two minutes on her fiddling around with the menus and never acknowledged us. I told her "We have three and we want a booth please," since my mom has some health issues and isn't able to sit in chairs. Got menus and told us to "follow this way" and sat us at a "table" and walked away without a word and a dirty look on her face. I followed her up to the host stand and asked her if they had any booths available, she said "nope" without even looking up. Unbelievable. Rude as hell! We just walked out and went somewhere else and didn't say a word about it. That's the last time we will go there for a while. Best place in town to grab a beer or a quick bite to eat, faustino and Jesus are awesome bartenders. They make you feel welcome every time you visit. I would recommend this place to anyone who's interested in having a great passive time with cold beer and great food. read more

Slow and poor service for not being busy. Servers were in back corner of restaurant sitting on their phones and computer. Walked by our table a few times and did not refill or ask for a refill for my water. We were the servers only table too. Food quality was poor, I've eaten at better Buffalo Wild Wings elsewhere. We've eaten here a handful of times since this place has opened. First few times were great and then the service started going downhill. Servers not checking on drinks, bringing part of the order and then forgetting the other part, etc. Last week we called to place an order for wings and the guy on the phone was plain rude. Incredibly fast and friendly service at this location. I sat down, manager greeted me in under a minute and took my order. Server greeted me less than one minute after. In between stopping by my table, the manager was working side by side the other servers to keep the place running at peak performance, true teamwork. Laney was my server and equally as good. The first visit to this location was last week, I ordered off the fast menu which guarantees lunch within 15 minutes or it's free. My coworker and I received our order at around the 19 minute mark, which resulted in a free lunch for the both of us. The place was not busy to begin with and most of the staff were catching up on current events, I think. We tipped our server like any red blooded American would, and decided we'd come back the following week. Today was our second visit, and it was mildly busy for lunch, 20-30 patrons. This establishment can hold up to 242 people, which includes the patio. That being said, we ordered off the fast menu again, and 22 minutes later our food arrived. My server asked if I wanted a refill (water) and I politely said "yes please." I never got my water, no biggy. We got our bill, even though it was supposed to be free, and again left a tip for our server. Needless to say, I'll leave this fine establishment to be utilized by others who want to give this place a go. I however will not be back. I can't speak for my co worker, but he left exact change and left in the middle of our server trying to explain something. Terrible. Wish I didn't have to leave any stars. This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Terrible service, the food came out (brought by a manager because nobody ran our food,) cold 40 minutes later with our appetizers which were the only things that were fresh. My friend received his beer that he ordered when we ordered our food, after we got our food. Never got refills. Saw our server 3 times, the first to greet us, the second to ask if we needed anything (we asked for a WATER) refill, and the third time to watch her clean a table next to us but not bring our refills or to see how our food was. The shift leader tried "taking care" of us at the end when we asked to talk to a manager, but did nothing besides give us excuses and terrible attitude as if we were wrong. It was embarrassing to even try to speak to "authority" there. I left in tears, literally, because of how horrible it was. Seriously will never recommend the Waco location to anybody. Paying for our food was the least they could do. So upsetting. read more

You people in Waco are lucky to have particular Buffalo! We were visiting the area and looking for a place to watch our home team play football. What a warm reception we received when we walked in with our team shirts on. It was early, so several staff chatted with us. We were treated like royalty, they put on sound for our game and turned on heaters on the deck and we were set.. Service was fantastic, someone always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Our food was great and serviced very quickly, a surprise since the place was packed. When we were leaving management and several others came over to chat and wish us well. Took forever for someone to answer the phone but they finally did and told me 25 minutes for pickup. That was about an 1.5 hours ago, and I'm still waiting for a take out order. We decided to give this resturaunt another chance since they moved locations and had a new building so it at least it would be clean. It was clean, but that is the only good thing I can say about our experience. They were not the least bit busy but we still had a very long wait before our food came out. They were out of a few menu items so we made other choices no big deal. But then they came out to tell us they were out of a particular item that was part of the dinner we ordered, and refused to substitute anything or give us any discount. We had two servers and still had to wait to get refills and such. Meals came out incomplete with no explanation as to why, and we would have to show the server in the menu to prove we were missing stuff. Then we get the check.... the appetizer that they couldn't make because they ran out of ingredients was on the check as well as a charge of .60 each for all the ranch we received with the wings. The manager was incredibly rude when we asked to have all that taken off our bill. I have never been charged for ranch or blue cheese when we get wings. I have been routinely disappointed with the service at this BWW, but last night's service was extremely frustrating. My friends and I came in around 8:50ish and sat at a table near the bar, which was slightly busy but no busier than any other BWW on Thursday. We waited 10 minutes for a waitress to finally come over to us and give us some water, but didn't give us any menus. After another 5 minutes we grabbed the menus that were sitting at the bar so we could see what we wanted. After another 10 minutes of no service, we asked if we could be seated in the regular seating area to get some sort of service and the hostess was super polite and gave us a new table. We then waited ANOTHER 5-10 minutes without any server even acknowledging our presence. This was not the first time this has happened here, but after 30 minutes of waiting, we got a little hangry and left to go to On The Border. Will not go back to this branch of BWW, ever.
