I have been to this location several times prior and with good experiences. I went with my family about a week ago, and I was very disappointed. The restaurant was not crowded, although it was a Friday night. We were seated right away, and our order was taken. It took at least 45 minutes from the time we placed our order to get our food. My husband asked the waitress to please check on our food after about 30 minutes in, and she said that the kitchen was behind. However, when we finally did get our food, it was lukewarm. I think this waitress probably forgot about our order. Although I will go to a different Buffalo Wild Wings, I will not go back to this one. They have obvious problems with staffing. read more

this BWW seemed extra loud but maybe it's because it just opened. Very crowded and the TVs are loud to be heard over the crowd. Bad food quality. The wings have become way smaller and the sauce is fairly reduced on wings. You will need to request for additional sauce which wont be served for a real long time. If you are picking food for home, you are going to have a bad dinner and eventually a bad night. its as if you are eating bones as there is no meat. and you are eating just dry wings without the sauce. I am fan of BWW and will give it another change at other places. if everyone has gone rogue, then its probably the corporate change, which I doubt. Well to start things off I tried to use DoorDash for a delivery From Buffalo Wild Wings 3 miles from my house, because my girlfriend has my car and i work from home. Her car is in the shop. I have hungry kids in the house with me so i can't just up and leave physically or morally with children around. So called DoorDash for the first and Last time ever!!! DoorDash is a waste of time. They told me the delivery would take 45 mins and charged me tips and fees for my circumstances. Also the first person from DoorDash took my food and disappeared, no where to be found. The second girl who came to get my food couldn't take anything to me cause DoorDash wouldn't send in a re order. I called Buffalo Wild Wings and was on the phone with the manager Beena and Shane. They assured me i was going to be taken care of. They went out of their way to get me the food that i had ordered and Shane the General manager even delivered it himself. Forget about using door dash! What a horrible company! Love wild wings but PLEASE STOP OVERCOOKING THE FRIES. I don't know if it's overcooking or cooking at a diff temp but they used to have McDonald soft fries and now they are very very hard and crack when you chew. This is a decent Buffalo Wild Wings; not the best but not the worst. The waiting staff who works there is friendly, they do their job competently. Our waiter was very friendly and very personable, he gets 5/5! The food was decent as well, nothing to rant and rave about by it wasn't bad. We came in at around 2pm, and since he preferred to sit at a table, we were seated immediately. Soon, our server arrived to take our drink orders. I ordered a Cherry beer, and my friend ordered an IPA. After another waiting period, our beers arrived. We both enjoyed them. Additionally, my friend ordered the mini corn dogs for us to share. After a rather longer waiting period, they arrived. While these were edible, we both agreed that they were a lot more deep fried than what we're usually accustomed to. Thankfully, it did count as a snack. As this is a sports bar, multiple TVs were scattered all over the place, which broadcasted various sporting events. When we were there, several hockey and football games were in progress. We did see some hockey players get into hand-to-hand combat. Some people in the restaurant cheered when some football players scored touchdowns. We imagined how crowded and noisy this place would be during major sporting events. I remember long ago when another fellow Yelper told me about their Wing Tuesday specials. She told me that each wing was around 60 cents. My friend and I actually saw an ad on the menu for that too. Well, if we ever get a craving for wings, we will definitely come back on a Wing Tuesday. For this experience, service was overall a bit on the sluggish side. The corn dogs were a little too deep fried. On the bright side, our server did have a positive attitude. We had sides of beer battered onion rings (basket), crispy fries (basket), and Buffalo Chips (cut up potatoes sprinkled with spicy seasonings) not as crispy as I thought. mozarella sticks comes with 6, and breaded roasted mushrooms (pretty good), it comes with some spicy dipping sauce. ;) Entree: We ordered 12 wings (caribbean jerk) my favorite. 12 wings (mango hanabero - dry rub - hot as hell), 12 wings of spicy garlic (party favorite lol). It comes with celery, blue cheese, and ranch dipping sauce. We skipped dessert since we were full after the appetizers ;) Service is quick, staff nice, and bathroom super clean! They have wraps,, fish tacos, salads along with build your own burgers, chicken and many other dishes to choose from. A nice assortment of beers on tap, specialties and crafts. What is unique is that you can order a limeade drink made with Sprite ,Cherry * Classic Lime * Huckleberry or lemonades with Mango, Berry, and Huckleberry flavors also ice teas. The staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable, the service is good. Depending on what night you go there, you will find either a lunch or some sort of special. Remember during football season this place gets jammed! Boys will be Boys and they need their sports teams! I had the build your own burger the first time i came it was delicious, and now i tried the fish tacos they were very good too. I loved that i could choose my sauces and according to which one i tried it changed the flavor of the fish.My order came with a choice of chips and salsa or fries.I was full so i didn't have dessert. I've been to BWW Watchung many times, usually to watch UFC events. The wings are quite good with a great selection of sauces, my favorite being the spicy garlic. Definitely the classic wings taste better than the boneless. The burgers are a step down from their wings and a bit mushy. Early in the week there are wing specials that make it a pretty tasty bargain to come eat here. They are somewhat kid friendly as they do have high chairs and they even gave us a small box of crayons and a coloring sheet for our son. Nice touch for a sports bar. It is not a bad happy hour atmosphere here. Friendly bartenders and patrons. They have a good selection of beers on tap. A tall Yueng Ling at only 5 bucks or so really hits the spot after a long day at work. I've met one of the regulars here who showed me how to play video poker over one of the flat screens by the bar area. Needless to say they also have many sports games on over their many tvs. UFC nights here are definitely not for everyone. It can get very jam packed and the crowd is a bit rough around the edges. A lot of tap out shirts and rowdiness. A pro tip of mine if you want to watch UFC here is to avoid the crazy lines and people and go order food while sitting by the takeout area. read more

It looked good, in fact it looked a lot better than it tasted. On the other hand their wings are full of flavor but in my opinion, at about $1 each overpriced since they aren't particularly large. While the sauces we tried we liked (garlic parmesean, Asian zing, and jerk), there was just too, too much on the wing. I vote for more chicken and less sauce. In fact, the garlic parm, while very tasty, was a tough eat as it was extremely messy. I would try that one on the boneless wing instead. Beer on tap prices seemed reasonable. While I am a BWW fan, their parmesan garlic space is my jam BUT I was very disappointed when we ordered to-go here on a Monday and the kids eat free option did not apply---WHAT?!?!
