The food is decent not anything spectacular but if you just wanna grab a quick bite something that is going to be bland and not very flavorful then this is your place to go. I want to thank the staff and management at BWW for stepping in when several people (myself included) were stranded in a dangerous flash flood on 22 on 7/14. They welcomed everyone to stay as long as they needed, allowed anyone to use the restrooms, and even offered chargers. I'm sure they were frightened as well but all they did was focus on the customers. I came in shocked from the experience of nearly drowning and wondering how I would get home to my kids and they couldn't have been kinder. My family and I will visit regularly from now on. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We were sat by the only good waitress there (she was great on our past visits) but we were handed off to the equivalent of a ghost because that waiter vanished. Drink order was taken. 1 water, 1 soda, and 1 beer. Sodas delivered within 2 minutes and then our waiter disappeared. Eventually I went to the bar to try and order a beer but the bartender was busy. Luckily I flagged down the waitress that sat us and asked to find our waiter and a few minutes later I received my beer from the ghost. 15 minutes for a beer. Ok, fine let's move forward. Got my beer, let's resume dinner and move on. Eventually I finish my beer. And we wait. And now another 15 minutes pass. No waiter. Not even checking in. No check-ins with any tables from our guy. The restaurant wasn't even packed. It was busy but not packed. And I get that there are also pickup orders but the place wasn't busy and there wasn't a line out the door for pickup anyway. Eventually we see families that were seated after our table, receiving their food. We were hungry. Looking forward to kicking back and enjoying some family time while having some wings. Right. Eventually, we walked out because we had plans after dinner and time was running out... AND we still needed to eat! I flagged down the waitress that helped me more than our waiter to let her know we were no longer willing to wait. At that point we weren't expecting food and our we just wanted out of this place. This restaurant is poorly "managed" and consistently has bad service. It's THE MAIN reason why we don't come here more often. We were willing to deal with bad service but this was an all time worst. This was the only BDUBS location around me that opened at 10 AM on a Sunday to telecast the 2022 FIFA world cup finals, and hence my friends and I ended up here. Overall great decision - the place was about 75% full, which was unexpected for soccer! The servers were very pleasant and came to check upon us frequently. Server Shantel was so rude and had absolutely no manners. Upon arival, she had a complete attitude and greeted us with "Hi.. Are you ready to order???" Well hello to you too. so nice to feel "welcomed". Each encounter that followed was to drop off items and ran away faster then we could say thank you or ask for any additional help or orders. Then after rushing us to order, she still ended up getting our orders wrong, forgetting sides, no veggies or dips with the wings. My whole experience was bare minimum service with a side of attitude. I came with a party of 7 and we stopped at appetizers because of how ridiculous the service was. After watching her on the floor with her phone out and socializing, while she had yet to check on us ONCE, we asked for the check. Which had a 18% gratuity automatically applied ( I assume for the table size ) and when we asked to speak with manager or person in charge, she said since it was later on a weekday that that wouldnt be possible, so we could call back. [3.25 Stars] Although BWW was an infrequent after-work stop when on the road with coworkers, the always lovely Ms. G. hadn't visited any of their sites. Last Thursday, exactly at noon, our shopping brought us past this location. Expecting a wait for a table during the lunch primetime, I was surprised to see that only four tables were occupied. Service was leisurely, rather than slow, but polite and efficient. We split an order of 15 "traditional" (i.e.- NOT McNuggets), and toned-down the sauce choices to garlic parmesan and mango habanero. The mango habanero was remembered as being a bit more fruit-forward-- and less vineagary-- when last sampled. It was good, but we both agreed that the garlic was much better. The size of the wings was, however, noteworthy. I remember the Reading, PA BWW being a bit better in terms of sauce quality and service timliness, but we had no regrets.
