We had a party of 12 and it was the worst service I have ever received. The Habanero Mango wings came out extremely cold and the really screwed the good order. It took 2 hours before the food order correctly came out for 2 people in our party. We requested napkins multiple times and are actually still waiting for them and we had to wait for utensils for an extremely long time before they came out. The manager came out and attempted to assist it his RUDENESS made things worse. I usually like Buffalo Wild Wings but now I doubt that I would ever return to any of them. We could only order drinks and food at the bar, where there was only one bartender working. I saw a few other waiters or waitresses but had no idea what they were doing. At one point, 4 of them were sitting at a table. Couldn't tell what they were doing, but definitely not taking orders or serving food. Service was fine and food was available quick. So far so good. Food was mediocre. They go on about "hand spun wings" to insure even coating. Should have gotten up and walked out after it took 10 mins to get a drink order. She came back 15 mins with my water and beer, but none of the other drinks. Came back 5 mins after that and took orders. Repeated the order 3 times and still got it wrong. No extra napkins, no bbq sauce, no mayo (all of which we asked for). A "runner" brought out our food at 8:31, and we did not even see "Ayonte again until 9:15! A whole 45 mins disappeared. Managers walked around and never checked on us, no one came over to say she would be right back or anything. (Still not sure where she went). Had to flag her down for extra napkins and then the check. She was clearly overwhelmed and the other tables she served were frustrated as well. I don't know if she was new, or having an "off night", but a manager should have recognized this and stepped in to assist her tables. Nice young lady just terrible service at this location. We even walked in and a hostess walked right up to the counter and walked away... didn't say "I'll be right back, someone will be right with you" or anything. So I order buffalo wild wings about once a week mainly cause we truly do enjoy the food and the price of our meal is unbeatable. This has been a consistent order for about 3-4 months now and when i tell you this i want you to know 100% this is truth. NOT ONE TIME HAS THE ORDER BEEN CORRECT. My first BWW trip ever. I must say, I'm not dissatisfied st all. There are many choices of sauces to go with the wings (the ones you order are split up and segregated so the sauces on the wings don't mix) on a meter to tell you how hit they are or are not. Our waiter, Rashard, was very nice and funny and fun to talk to. He would also simply look at our glasses, and, if empty, he would (ask us if we wanted a) refill. He was not hesitant to do so and was great with recommending and at helping us choose our sauces for the wings. Onion rings were also great. Great place to watch games, they have a TV in literally every corner. Every wall is covered with a TV and they usually have a couple different channels playing at the same time. The food is okay, nothing crazy. Their wings are obviously the best thing here and they have plenty of different sauces for you to choose from. Their sauces make the wings. The boneless wings are good but pretty bready. The quesadillas are okay too. The roasted garlic mushrooms sound way better than they taste. They are basically fried mushrooms and are disgusting. The worst lunch experience ever. Simply put, management and staff were not trained properly or something. I came with a group of 12 for lunch and everyone ordered from the express lunch menu. We all arrived and ordered by 12:15pm. We arrived before the restaurant got busy so I fully expected our food to arrive at least within 20 minutes given we were a larger group. However we had 2 waitresses assigned to our long table. We waited over 1 hour for our food to get to us. Even worse, they messed up 4 orders who never got their food. So the waitresses went to our friends who didn't get their food and ended up taking their order AGAIN. What's worse? None of our wing orders (10 of 12 were wing orders) came with the blue cheese or ranch dressing we ordered. It than took them 20 minutes to get us the sauces while our wings got cold. Credit to the waitresses as they tried hard but clearly were not sure of what they were doing. The worst part of the experience besides very slow food and unresponsive waitresses was the manager who stopped by our table to clean up afterward. She asked how everything was and we all in unison said things weren't good. Her response was shocking, "It's because you're a large group... and I wasn't cooking in the back." Not a single word saying sorry or an apology. I understand we're a large group but not huge, plus we had 2 waitresses. She blamed our group for bad service, slow food and a bad experience. Buffalo Wild Wings just opened a couple of weeks ago at the old Chili's Location on Route 1 close to Princeton/ Lawrence Township. On the wish of my kiddos we went for Dinner. The inside is very modern an industrial look I would imagine. There are countless TV's mounted all around the restaurant playing sports. The staff is young, none older then 30 and moves in lighting speed around the place. The wait was estimated at 40 minutes but we were seated within 15 minutes, excellent! The place, packed as it was, has a quite monochrome appearance to it: All of the customers are white, most of the servers black :) Where do these people come from? I was under the impression a heartland/ mid-western general contractor convention just spilled all there attendees into this place. A word of caution, if you have some younger kids with you don't go. My 7 year old kiddo was fixated to a screen until I realized UFC fight-night was on and people were bleeding all over the ring, ugh, my bad! He never saw that before. We got Nachos for starters and proceeded to wings, burger and an assortment of other all american staple foods. The nachos had a dusting of cheese sauce and I think I found some ground meat somewhere at the bottom of the mountain of corn chips, that's how you make money! The wings are expensive and come with tiny cups of coleslaw that you normally serve salad dressing in. The fries were average diner fries, nothing to write home about. My burger was dry and the chicken mystery meat on top was tasteless. The regular wings were good, the boneless wings have so much breading that you can't distinguish between meat and bread. All in all this place is for watching sports and drinking beer, NOT for food. It's what you need on a night out with your friends and after a couple of pints of beer: Salt, Fat, Hot Sauce and Starches. This place is probably in the same category as Hooters: You don't go here to eat but for the environment. Point taken but since I am not really that much into sports I go for the boobs I guess. Love BWW. Used to go to Bridgewater location or NB location. So glad they opened one in Princeton. That's where my gladness ends. Went for lunch with a friend. Was seated immediately but it took15 minutes for a server to come to us. Two servers argued about who's table it was. We have our orders from the Fast Break menu. 30 mins later we were still waiting for our food. Our server told us that the kitchen was really backed up and no food was coming out. We had a good view of the kitchen entrance and saw a train of food coming out for any and every table. Even people who came in after us and were a larger groups got their food before us. The server kept saying the kitchen staff is short staffed and they wont let her get her food. When the table next to us who came a good 40 mins later got their food, me and my friend got up to leave after putting down $5 for the soda we had. Our food appeared magically within 3 seconds. Order was wrong, my order had 3 types of wings. The sauces instead of on the wings were on the side. One was a dry rub so in basically got hot wings that were bland and dry. No celery or carrots as requested and no ranch or blue cheese. The manager came and when we complained, took off my meal from the bill but instead or apologizing, said we were only waiting for 30 mins as per her estimate not the 45 mins we claim. We left without giving a tip. We felt th sever did not put in our order toll very late and was trying to cover up her error. Food was taking a bit long to come out due to labor shortages in the US caused by the ruling class hoarding a majority of the wealth and refusing to pay workers fair wages so they brought us out a plate of chips and salsa to appease our hunger during the wait. Food was not the best compared to what I have experienced at other BWW locations. Wings were mostly ok, and the hot barbecue sauce worked out fine. The starter Tacos were so salty that I could not eat beyond a bite. "We do not add any salt to our Tacos, it could be the sauce, we removed it from your bill" is what the staffer had to say about the "high sodium" Taco. The servers were quick with their service, however, with occupancy below 50% may be they had their reasons for being poker faced and unfriendly. Sitting in the bar area was not the best of ideas. Two of our servers on two different occasions forgot an entree, and one didn't check on us from the time she put the food on our table. A quick note: I know that some servers believe that touching guests, especially opposite gender guests, encourages tips. However, it's not well received, usually feels invasive, and can upset the person that they're touching. read more

My son went with 2 of his friends went last night, the 23rd of Nov, for dinner. They ordered 9 varieties of wings. They doubled the order, this being a traditional Tuesday. My son and one of his friends had very bad food poisoning with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea with belly pain. This is totally unacceptable and can be serious. I'm actually writing this review while I'm still here. It started off shaky as after I found a seat at the really small bar I waited a FULL five minutes before I was asked if any one was helping me. I understand the 100% ID check but I'm over 40 and look it, as were the later arrivals who were carded as well. I wasn't advised of any drink specials. I came to catch some of the March Madness games on this fine Sunday afternoon but picked a bad time. Only one game was on and it was a blowout with the next game not for another hour. The hostess at the door was friendly and directed me to the bar. I ordered a Stella which wasa bit pricier than the same brew at other local bars. I also went for the fries and a "snack" size (5) lemon pepper wings. The wings were good. The service improved and I was checked on regularly. Opted for another snack of thai curry wings. Delicious. So for two Stellas, two snack wings, and one side of fries the damage was about 35 bucks. Decent. I'll be back and hopefully I can bump my rating up. I like this place as an alternative to HOOTERS. I can also see myself stopping here to pick up wings to go for the kids. The per wing price is a little steeper but ok. read more

This was our first visit to the Rt 1, Princeton, NJ location, and it was fantastic. The overall atmosphere is great, we were seated quickly at a high table in the bar area. We were lucky enough to have Hannah assigned to us as our server -- she's excellent. Having her working our table, on top of excellent food and drink, made for a perfect night out. Amazing selection of beer on tap -- I think they actually have 30 different beers on tap behind the bar, and they whip up some great bar drinks as well. A couple of us had the "Buffalo Zoo" - a slightly fruity multi-liquor drink that is, in a word superb. Also had a Redd's apple ale and a Not Your Father's Root Beer. All the drinks were great, served promptly despite a huge crowd, and the food was spectacular. Service was excellent. Hannah is a gem, and I hope that management recognizes her for the value she brings to the overall experience -- no doubt she's one of the reasons customers will keep coming back (in addition to the great food and drink). The manager also stopped by our table a couple of times to check in on us, and seemed sincerely interested in making sure we had a great time. We had the fried pickles for an appetizer -- excellent. For wings, we had Boneless Sweet BBQ, Salt & Vinegar, Teriyaki, Thai Curry, Mango Habanero and Asian Zing -- also had the skinless Bourbon St Honey Mustard wings. All were superb. All in all, a great experience, great service, great food - and definitely destined to be one of our frequent hangouts from now on, and no doubt it will be great for "guys night out" when we head out to watch some UFC action. This was the worst service I have had in a long time. Waitlist came took drink orders then didn't see her for 10 mins gave us drinks no straws. Another 15 mins passed before food order was taken. When we got our food it was cold my drink was now water due to the ice melting not to mention that part of my order was wrong. I came in at 830pm it was not busy. Last Saturday was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings - and my last. I was curious about it ever since Chili's closed and BWW opened in that location. So we tried it. What an experience! Where to start? The service was poor to say the least. The hostess called me and my girlfriend "guys" three times before we were seated. "Hi guys! Welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings, guys. Would you guys like a table?" I guess I'm old-fashioned but to me "guys" means men and "gals" means women. To call my girlfriend a man is insulting. Why not just say "Hi! Welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings. Would you like a table?" The word "guys" is completely unnecessary. Once seated, we waited a long time for our waitress (or "wait-guy") to even notice us and she took forever to take our order and bring our drinks. She didn't bring napkins or a knife and fork but I was able to find where they keep the napkins and take a few myself. Self-service was the only way to get anything here. The iced tea was warm but that was nothing compared to the food. My girlfriend ordered a cheeseburger. The waitress didn't ask if she wanted it rare, medium or well-done. It came completely over-cooked, like a black, sloppy, beat-up hockey puck. I don't know how my girlfriend managed to choke it down. She was suffering the whole time she was eating. Ugh. The fries were cold but the waitress had totally disappeared so we couldn't complain. At one point the manager came by to ask if everything was okay and I asked for warm fries which she got for us. I wish the manager has waited on us instead. I'm saving the best for last... I ordered boneless wings. Being my first time, I was leery of the sauces which are rated on a scale from mild to super hot. To be on the safe side I order the lemon pepper, which is way down on the low side. Supposedly mild, not hot at all. The wings were so ridiculously over-seasoned I couldn't eat them. I like lemon and I like pepper, but these chicken wings tasted like pure salt! Like swallowing a mouthful of salt right from the salt shaker. It was a week's worth of sodium in one meal! Had I finished my lunch I may have ended up in the hospital with a lethal dose of salt poisoning. It was absurd. Never in my life have I tasted anything so sickeningly salty. It makes me queasy just thinking about it. The whole meal was so bad we were laughing. What the hell? How could they serve such terrible food? At the same time we were angry over the bad food, bad service, and the high price we had to pay for such a sub-standard experience. But I do have a recommendation: Buffalo Wild Wings is a good place to win bar bets. Bet a friend he can't finish a plate of lemon-pepper wings and watch him die trying. Great way to make easy money. Definitely hit or miss on the quality of the food and certainly on the service. More often than not the wings are pretty good and the service isn't great. However, I find them the best place in the area that serves a variety of wings at fairly affordable prices (I do prefer going on boneless wing night for even better prices). In terms of menu options, I would recommend: wings and boneless wings, appetizers except onion rings and French fries (you can get better elsewhere), and mixed drinks. I would not recommend any of the dessert options- they never deliver on taste. Overall, it's a good casual place with some decent food and I will continue to visit. read more
