Good night be ok but whenever you're planning to visit you better bring your phone fully charged. If you're lucky you'll be standing by the door less than 10 minutes while everyone around you just ignores you. I don't ever rip bars or service online but tonight warranted a terrible review. I've never seen a bar with bartenders that 1). forget you ordered a beer and 2). don't know how to pour a beer. I'm not kidding. The manager was a huge part of the problem as well as she kept going behind the bar to talk to the bartenders who then forgot to fulfill orders. This bar is one of the most poorly staffed and mismanaged bars I've ever seen and I'm 58 years old. Ownership either doesn't care or has no idea how poorly run their restaraunt is. We should've gone to Sportsmans Grill but wanted a good sports atmosphere for the USA soccer game. Won't happen again. The couple who left us their seats left in disgust too and warned us. Don't go to this place. Bar Rescue needs to step in and save this debacle of a bar/restaurant. read more

Went for national buffalo wing day and had kind service, good wings, and a little bit of slow service but to be expected on a day where they had a wing special going on. Still lots of seating with TV's throughout and lots of booths and tables, as well as a large bar area. They also now have moist towelettes on each table! Win! read more

My husband and I normally love buffalo wild wings. This is by far the worst location we have ever been to. We have had one successful sit down meal here where we got our food within 10-15 minutes. We have been getting to go orders from them the past few months. It takes at least 10 minutes to tell anyone on staff that you are there and waiting. Everytime we are sitting and waiting for our food for well over 45 minutes to an hour for orders that most the time are wrong. There is little sauce on the wings. UPDATE: 12/12/25 We waited a long time for our order again tonight. We had already been sitting for 25 minutes waiting for our food when someone came out and told everyone waiting that they had JUST put the wings in to fry. My husband watched a worker pull a wing out of a to-go box and eat it then walk away. My husband couldn't even track any worker down to say we wanted to cancel our order. Sat down at 1230p on a lunch break. One server for the dining area. Fine, there was one group of 7 already sitting down. The server who could care less about working, I think he was high, we ordered everything at 1246, got our drinks at 1252p, the rest of our simple order for 2 came at 125p. We visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. First off, it took 10/15 minutes for anyone to approach us when we arrived. We ordered and half of the table got their food, but they had to wait to eat because there was no silver ware. They were done eating and the rest of our group did not have their food yet. Also one person in our group ordered a strawberry margarita. It was horrible and taste like medicine. Some of the food was cold and some was hot. Whoever manages this location needs to improve service and get more staff. Our poor waiter was running back-and-forth. He had so many tables he couldn't get to them all. He was very apologetic. I'm sorry but everyone please choose a different Buffalo Wild Wings , my husband and I come here every couple of weeks . Yesterday while eating out with our toddler, the fries were extremely hard. The chicken was extremely hard and every time we come here the following day my credit card is overcharged for the waiter adds a tip on for themselves, I take pictures of all my receipts when I come here due to the fact, the waiters wanna add tips on for themselves. I always leave my tips in cash, so I'm not sure why the waiter feels the need to write on the receipt and add another tip. I honestly feel like the managers need to really speak on this and pay closer attention to their staff after yesterday my husband and I will not be coming back to this Williamsburg location. read more

My co-worker and I came here for a Veteran's Day meal being offered. The restaurant was busy and was initially told there was about a 30 minute wait. They sat us at a high top in the bar area instead so we only waited 10 minutes or so. The waitress took our drink orders and we also ordered the chips and queso. The queso came out and was lukewarm at best. We just let it ride. We ordered our food, both got the 10 piece boneless wings and fries that were offered as the special for vets. Our wings came out quick and were served hot. They had good flavor. I was happy to see the restaurant full of veterans, young and old, partaking in meals with their families and fellow vets! My only complaints are that the queso was lukewarm and that I watched a few veterans get turned away because they wanted to order to go orders and couldn't. According to what was posted online they could've came in and placed in order at the "Go" counter. They were told it was only extended to veterans eating in the restaurant. They were told this particular restaurant "is not" considered a Go location, See below for what was posted online. "On November 11, 2024, Buffalo Wild Wings will offer 10 free boneless wings and fries to veterans and active-duty service members with valid ID. Available for dine-in or, if ordering from a Buffalo Wild Wings GO location, available for walk-in/orders placed at the counter only." Hey, it was better than the 11 reviews with 1star in a row. For clarity, this was not my choice, since I trust my fellow Yelp community. Soccer tournament weekend and 12 of us ended up here between games. This is in a cute walking area with shops. I expected it to be slow based in reviews and it was, but my expectations were so low. Pros: - Food was fine - server was super nice - checks were fine, despite 5 way split - overall, in and out in just over 1 1/2 hrs - wasn't charged for my beer, which took a while, so check was super reasonable - TVs everywhere and any game you wanted to watch was on Cons - Host staff seemed totally flustered - out of several things, including 2 of the beers we ordered and iced tea (?) - Wrong things brought to the table (one wrong beer, sodas), but we weren't charged for them and they were just left for us to have complimentary - drinks took a while; I think I was 50 min in before my beer made it (mine was one they were out of) read more

I never got my food and after waiting a half hour after everyone else at our table had theirs, I had to flag down another waitress because ours never bothered to come back and check on us. I let her know we never got our wings, she just dismissively said I don't know why and handed me the bill. No sorry, let me check in on it or get them for you. My fiancé and I and our son went to this location a couple of weeks ago. Our waiter was very friendly so there was no complaints there but man the wings were SO hard. You can tell they'd probably been sitting for who knows how long. My fiancé and I were brought out our food way before my sons was (our son is a toddler). 10 minutes go by of me and my fiance already beginning to eat our food and the waiter just kept passing by, it's almost like staff/kitchen forgot about it. I also want to note that we were at a table very close to the kitchen and it smelt very strongly of weed... I don't have any sort of problem with people that smoke, but when it comes down to you getting your job done that's a problem. Out of all the times we have been to this specific location, I can now say this is the one time that I have been extremely disappointed. Not only did we wait at the door for 30-35 minutes, but during that time NOT ONE employee came and talked to us or gave us any sort of status on service. There were over 20 times an employee passed us, looked at us and basically pretended we did not exist. After roughly 38 minutes, we finally were seated at an extremely sticky table. Once we were seated, it took another 10 minutes to just place an order, even though there were two other tables that were sat after us that already had drink and appetizers ON THEIR TABLE. An order was placed, and once again, we waited roughly 10 minutes for sodas and a water (no other alcoholic drinks ordered). We were a simple party of three with no crazy requests. As we were waiting for our sodas and a water, the two other tables that were sat AFTER US, that had larger parties, already finished their appetizers and had refills. I should mention that during this time, they weren't too busy with NUMEROUS open tables. I will say, the one positive thing about our visit was how quickly the food came out, but it appears they sacrificed time over quality. The fries were extremely greasy with some of them being undercooked, our boneless wings were lukewarm, along with flat sodas. If we could pick a star and make it 0.5, we definitely would. BE WARNED. I read reviews before going to this restaurant. The reviews were not great, but being in the same type of work, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and order from there anyway. I would give them a 0 if I could. I was so disappointed. I placed an order for 5 pm arrived at 5:09 and still waited 25 minutes. The overall appearance was dirty and gross and the employees were all negative, swearing at one another or under set their breath. There was no sense of teamwork. I even overheard someone complaining of here coworkers working on her last nerve and she was going to hit someone over the head with a tray. It was very unprofessional and the food was horrible. Absolutely garbage service and the restaurant was almost empty on a Monday evening. We entered and opted to sit at the bar thinking it would be quicker and less intrusive in case there was minimum staffing. We were greeted by one of the bartenders for our initial order (we both ordered one beer and the unlimited boneless wings since it was a Monday). After we received our beers we proceeded to wait almost one hour before cutting our losses and flagging down another bartender/waitress to inform her we had been waiting awhile. She stated "Okay...." Without even looking in our direction and at that point we made the decision to close out. The amount of attitude and poor service we received at a restaurant that already has below average food was a great way to further ruin our already shitty day. If your restaurant is historically known for below average food, at least try to compensate for it with better quality of service. I get it, maybe it's been a rough day with foot traffic or behind the scene issues, but for God's sake at least acknowledge us when our food hasn't been there for an hour after placing our order or offer to refill my beer. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Came with my daughters. We are big B-dubs fans been to numerous ones on the east coast. This particular one we didn't even stay to eat. It smelled like stale cigarettes where we where seated. The air just felt dirty like the whole restaurant was just dirty floors haven't been cleaned in who knows how long the seats felt sticky. It was just disgusting there was no way I would trust anything coming out of the kitchen if they are ok with keeping the seating area that nasty. Been here a few times and it is always disappointing. This time was probably the worst and my family and I will not return. The building is right beside a cigar shop which is my initial red flag, idk if it is the vent or what but BWW should not smell like a cigar shop as well...When we arrived the hostess was there and saw us walking in, she was on her phone and immediately left her station and made us wait and knew it as well, so we were patient and she showed back up about 3 minutes or so later. The next issue was when we got our appetizer the fried pickles were barely fried and they sent out my youngest sons food which was the chicken tenders, the tenders were fine but the fries were cold like they came out of the fridge. About 30 minutes later my oldest son, wife and my food appeared to which it was ok, they were all boneless wings and we had celery and carrots. We were shopping in the area and decided to have lunch at this Buffalo Wild Wings, as we enjoy the food, variety and the overall atmosphere. It was about 12:45 when we entered the restaurant. When we walked in, it was akwardly quiet and smelled like stale cigarettes. My instant feeling was to turn around and leave, but we were in the mood for wings, so we stayed. After about 5 mins one of the servers finally approached us and we told her that we were dining in. She made us wait a few more minutes while she cleaned a booth for us. She was pleasant but seemed very confused. We ordered our drinks and some cheese curds and she left the table. After about 10 mins later she finally brought out drinks. We then ordered 10pc boneles wings and a burger with fries. 25 mins later after she had been walking around in a confuzed daze, I flagged her down and had to ask for both our cheese curds, napkins & silverware. She explained they had some huge order come in and it had backed up the kitchen. We finally received our appetizer, which was lukewarm at best. Meanwhile, the whole restaurant was turned and another server appeared on duty so now there are 3. We sat and watched as all the customers who had come in behind us ordered and then received their food, NO, we still hadn't received anything but cheese curds and we had requested drink refills and cups of ice (which we NEVER received) By now it was 2:15 and I got up to ask for the manager on duty who was very slow to come out to talk to me. Finally I told her what we had just sat through and just how inefficent our server was as I watched her walk around the dining room, like she had lost something. I asked for the bill for what we actually received. One of the more experieced servers brought us 2 to go teas, was the only one to apologize, and told the manager that we were not paying the bill, she would pay it need be. The manager smirked as she waded up the bill, never once apologized for anything. At that moment, our server brought our order of wings, but NO burger. Being in the food industry for the last 30 years, I know things happen, call outs, kitchen in the weeds and backed up, but my guess is the server neglected to put our order in to begin with. I see there are many more really bad reveiws for this location. I'd given you NO stars but you can't review it. I have since let those in that area know to avoid this restaurant if they have't already discovered that. Bathroom was filthy and smelled and looked as if no one had touched it in about a week. My wife and I went here to watch the game and enjoy some food but we did neither, we ordered our appetizer roughly ten minutes after we were seated and our food after another five. We were greeted by our server (Amanda) whom pulled out her vape pen and tried to write with it. My first thought wasn't she can't write with that, it was why does she have that in her apron... It took about 25 minutes to get our appetizer which were room temperature if not colder. another 15 after that our wings finally came. they weren't as cold as the app but still could have been hotter.
