Amazing food and service!! Thanks for a memorable lunch that tasted even better than it looked!!

Fantastic Dinner & Outstanding Service! Our family enjoyed a great dinner at LongHorn, and the highlight of our experience was our amazing server, Isabella "Bella." She was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating. We had quite a few requests (not intentionally!), and with every ask, Bella responded with such patience and a cheerful attitude -- truly ready to serve. The food was cooked to perfection, and we had zero complaints. Everything was just right. We all agree on one thing: Bella deserves a RAISE!!

The food was amazing! The baby back ribs are so flavorful and fall right off of the bone. The salmon was seasoned perfectly and was very flakey. However, the strawberry margarita is very sweet and the strawberry shortcake was decent. The shortcake still seemed a little stiff and frozen. The restaurant gets pretty busy on Fridays after 5pm. The restaurant itself is very spacious and there is room for large parties. The service was kind of slow. It took awhile for the food to come out and the waiter wasn't as attentive because it was pretty busy. However, the waiter was very nice though.

My co-worker's and I were in the mood for a steak, so we went with something reliable instead of trying something new this time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We walked in and the restaurant wasn't too crowded due to it being later in the evening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very casual and relaxing with the low noise.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were seated immediately and our servers were Johnny on the spot throughout the whole meal. I got Flo's Filet with a loaded baked potato and it was delicious!!

Jason was our server and made our last dinner of our trip great. We had been in the area a couple days and went to local places and had terrible food and service. We decided to go to Long Horn in hopes of having a better experience and we sure did! The food was delicious and the meal was well paced. Jason took care of everything and was so kind and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Although we don't live in the area we would absolutely come back here verses the local places. Our family all had delicious food and enjoyed our time together at Long Horn.

Complimentary bread was warm and fresh. The butter was room temp so it was easy to spread. I hate when restaurants serve cold butter.

The menu also has so many food options, making it easy to find something for everyone. The food overall was great and very enjoyable. However, I would not recommend the brownie and chocolate sundae dessert. The brownie and cookie were cold and hard, which made the dessert disappointing. On the positive side, the carrot cake was huge and definitely worth sharing -- easily enough for 3-4 people. The service was excellent as well. Our waiter was very attentive throughout the meal and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, Second Street American delivers great food variety, strong service, and a family-friendly atmosphere, with just a few misses on dessert.

They brought out crackers and spreadable cheese which was a nice surprise. The fresh hot mini rolls were so good with salted butter. Lorna warned us not to eat too many of the snacks before and to save room for dinner. We got salads with blue cheese which was homemade. You can really appreciate a homemade dressing because it was thick and flavorful which made the crisp greens even better. I had a kettle one orange cosmo which was perfect. Not too much alcohol and shaken to perfection. There were many cocktail options and a great selection too of wines to choose from. Hubby tried a Negroni but didn't love it. (Didn't care for the gin) I asked for a different bourbon manhattan and they didn't charge us which was super nice of them. I had my New York strip medium with a baked potato. Hubby got the porterhouse also with baked potato and a side of broccoli. The steaks were cooked exactly how we asked for them. They came with a tray of sour cream, fresh bacon bits and chives for our baked Potatoes. So nice to have that service at the table. We were too full to order dessert, but Lorna brought out a small dish of ice cream a/ brownie and a candle to sing for hubby's birthday. From start to finish, an excellent meal with amazing service and a down home feel.

Admittedly, we came here for the quotes and the apple nachos so I can't speak much to the food other than we split some fried ravioli, a rack of ribs and a side of mac & cheese that were absolutely delightful. As for those apple nachos, they almost hit the perfect mark and could've done so with a drizzle of caramel. Our waiter was eager to accommodate us and grab us some caramel, but we told him never mind just a suggestion to the Chef. The ribs were cooked perfectly fall off the bone with not too much sauce and that mac & cheese was divine. Service was on point, food delicious, and ambience - perfection. However, I would skip the beignets if you are expecting the traditional version.
