Jen is the worst server I have ever had in my entire life. She brought out one persons food out of four then just sat on her phone in the vestibule. She didn't check on us often and made these incredibly cringy, and frankly, rude attempts at jokes. She straight up told my friend "you did not order that." I didn't even initiate talking to her she just came up and told me I needed to move in the rudest tone and made a remark about how I needed to be aware of my surroundings... Ordered a to-go order online, said it would be ready at 1840, fast forward to me and my wife waiting until 2010, an hour and a half later, for them to finally bring us our food. Kitchen was short staffed however the real issue was, an employee came out to the 5 other customers waiting and asked our names, told us the food was coming, then proceeded to come back 20 minutes later to ask our names again. There were people waiting there since 1820. After waiting for nearly an hour i stopped someone who worked there and informed them i still hadn't got my pickup order(we had been standing there the whole time in the store and never left) 10 minutes later we had our food. No follow up and no ownership, i spoke with the manager and she was very nice and polite. Get her some help. read more

My first and last visit ti BWW. Service was horrible. Asked the waitress how much longer we had to wait, I was told "They have to cook the food". This was after waiting 45 minutes for some wings and chicken strips. If they had been crowded I could half way understand, but place was only about 1/4 occupied. One star is giving this place above and beyond. 20 minutes in and no drinks, one drink didn't come to the table until 35 minutes in after one of our party went to the bar to get it themselves. Food took forever and half of the boneless wings were burnt. Burgers were wrong and chicken Danica came Luke warm with unmelted cheese and the saddest coleslaw I have ever seen- looked like they forgot to mix in the wet ingredients . Bathrooms are disgusting and haven't been touched in hours. This is my second time here in a month and the first time was no better. I was under the assumption that this was a sports restaurant, as clearly advertised, but clearly I was mistaken. I came here to watch a football game and indulge on some typical game day foods, but the service that I received instead was appalling. The waitress we had was Jade. All was going well until the moment she wanted us to leave the establishment. I went in there wearing a jersey, clearly there to watch the football game. But we were given our checks before halftime. Okay, no big deal, clearly a misunderstanding. The problem came when she passed by saying if I'm gonna work a day shift and then agree to work a double then I at least want nice tables. They are clearly just squatting. That was the moment she ruined our night. She made an assumption that since we were young watching the game that she wasn't going to get tipped well. Well excuse me, if I'm gonna spend hours watching a game while eating, I'm gonna make sure you get paid accordingly. Don't be rude to your guests when the establishment is CLEARLY NOT BUSY. I mean empty tables everywhere. If it was busy I would eat and then leave, but it wasn't. So since we were no longer welcome, I told Jade we would like to be cashed out. Then she tells us, it'll be a while since I'm now working a double before I could help you. We were right next to the cash register, she was processing a transaction but ignored us on purpose and walked away. Then, Jade goes to complain to the hospitality manager, Olivia, who is, to be quiet frank, not very hospitable herself, to cash out our checks when we decide to leave at halftime because we clearly were not welcome there any longer. Jade points at us while speaking with Olivia, and eventually she comes over to cash us out. Olivia didn't address anything when she did that, we clearly had smug looks of disapproval on our face. How are you going to be a hospitality manager and not address the situation that happened. They both should be terminated immediately and this establishment really should be closed. Worst BWs I've ever been too, continually slow with incorrect orders. If there was a different location within an hour of my house I would drive there instead, worth getting away from a place where nobody cares about the customers or doing a good job. If you dine in and can get sat within 30 minutes (never packed they just don't sit half the restaurant) ask for Marcus, he's a shining star here. This is my regular BWW. I typically come for lunch. Service staff is friendly and prompt. They typically remember us and ask if we want the "usual". That is cool that they remember us. Overall its clean here.. sometimes the floor is a little greasy but outside of that they try their best. Manager is friendly and he usually stops by to make sure all is well or to say hi. Star loss goes to the inconsistency of the wings. Sometimes they are cooked perfectly and other times they are not. BWW should be all about consistency (their sauces are consistent) but this one struggles at times to get it right every time. Tough to get to this location as well... but its worth it when you do get in there. We keep coming back every week for lunch... if it was bad I wouldn't return. read more

It's hard for me to really judge the place, as this is only my second time at a BWW in a seven-year stretch. I had planned to boycott the company after their history of mistreatment of police officers, but my kids really wanted wings, so I gave them a chance. We waited for ten minutes without being greeted by a server after being seated. There appeared to be only one server for the five tables in the restaurant. Finally, I went and got the bartender, who took care of us and was very friendly. The food was all pretty substandard for a casual dining place. I've had better food at gas stations. read more

I will give some constructive criticism here if by chance someone from the location reads (doubtful as lack of management seems to be biggest issue). Very crowded location and not a very big location. Starting with hostess stand. They will take down your name but you have to stay right there by the stand to listen for your name or you won't know when table is ready. Heard one party ask if they could go to bar and wait and were told no they wouldn't be able to call for them there. Very small entry and just makes for a mess when a bunch of people waiting. Then to our table. Poor service. Waitress kept helping hostess guys telling them where they should seat people and was totally inattentive to us. Drinks never came and had to remind her. Food came in decent amount of time after she eventually got to take our order and most was good but my wife's wings had obviously been sitting a while as they were cold. Asked for napkins several times and never came (this is a wings place huh). She finally did bring some at the end of dinner. I will not return to this Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to warn others that unless they begin managing better I would avoid as well. And definitely don't come in on a weekend. read more

I don't even know where to start. The waitress was very sweet, but we had been sitting at the table for about 20 minutes before she came out to tell us there were no buns available for hamburgers. Then when we got our food, the burger was very small. The fries were cold, and obviously previously frozen. The 'sweet tea' tasted like it was made yesterday. When we paid, the total was $28.01. My husband have her $40, and she asked if we wanted change!!! THEN, she brought a ten and two ones, asking if we needed her to break it down! Needless to say, she didn't get the $10 tip. I have to say that a year ago, I would have given B-Dubs 5 stars and more, and we visited at least once a week. But they've changed their menu, the soda provider and their service level. The lunch menu used to be super economical for a family but now you get less food for almost double the cost. Even on non-sports days they are not willing to turn down the volume just a bit. Forgot I'd written one for here before. I think we've been back since that review, but it's time to update. This time, the food was better - when it came out, it was actually at a proper temperature. And the server - when she came (spoiler alert) - was friendly and helpful. But. A lot of the things are still an issue. It might be a general decline in BWW as a chain, because we've seen the experience get worse over time. But this place has steadily gone down the drain. It's burgers, wings, and beer, for God's sake. Do a decent job, and no one will care, because they're watching a sporting event. It REALLY isn't that hard. Specifics: we walked barely a half hour after open on a Saturday. Maybe three tables in use (a little too early for college BB just yet), and we chose the bar area. We're trivia players, so we went to get tablets. Well, a) they had maybe 20 (used to have dozens in the past); b) several of them wouldn't turn on to begin with, and one couldn't load updates, so it was also useless; c) the two we finally got to turn on both ran out of power before the visit was over. So, the main reason for us going there was a joke from the start. The effort of getting tablets meant we'd been there a while, and people knew we were there. Yet, my wife was moments away from saying "let's go" before the server arrived. To be fair, she did a good job once we got going - showed up at the right times, let my wife sample a featured beer, which let them up-sell - but a rough start, considering we were the ONLY people in the bar section. And the whole store has an air that no one cares any more. To the point where we are considering just not going any more. This is from someone who has been to this location dozens of time, and joined the loyalty program, and all that. Do better, BWW. read more

The food tasted good and was presented well. We had a few kids meals and two adult meals. The fries were surprisingly good. Went in the middle of the day and there were only a couple people here. Looked to be only one server/hostess working. She was working hard but the service was slow since she was alone. The table had a broken leg and she propped it up with a menu. My husband and I went here for lunch, and the place was filthy. The host seated us in an area with 5 dirty tables around us. During our time there, 4 of them were cleaned but there were still crumbs on the table. In fact, the tables had not even been wiped down. When we left, there was *still* a dirty table in the room & three workers were standing around chatting & looking at their phones, ignoring it. While our waitress was nice & attentive, and the food was good, who wants to eat in a dirty restaurant? If the option existed to give zero stars, I would. Don't waste your $$. What a terrible experience. We got there with a little over an hour to spare before a movie playing right across the street. 10 of us. When the waitress took our drink orders, we told her we wanted to be sure we made the movie so we wanted to order right away. She took our orders, two appetizers, 10 meals. Drinks came out first, and two cocktails didn't even resemble the ones we ordered. We had to go to the bartender and walk her through how to make the drink. If you bartend, you know that if you don't know how to make a drink you tell the customer. You don't just make something up and send it out. The appetizers took 25 min to come out. We're talking nachos here folks, nothing fancy. The first entree came out at the 1 hour mark after ordering, after we'd already missed our movie. Food trickled out a little at a time. At one point a guy shows up with a bunch of wings and just puts them in the middle of the table, telling us to pass them to whoever ordered them because he doesn't know. Two of us never got our orders. The food would have been pretty good if it was hot when we got it. The only reason they get one star is the manager comped us for messed up orders. I appreciate that, but we'd already missed a movie, and he showed up at the 1 hour mark. The waitress knew all along what a mess things were, and the manager should have been there long before. Food is good(ish), while many of the table staff are good (even great sometimes). On the occasions I have chosen to sit at the bar, the bartenders especially have a NASTY attitude with their heads wagging and talking loudly about personal issues they have with company policies, complaining about other customers at the bar, having to work too hard, how others are not working and anything else that seems to be worthy of public griping. Not a fan! Food takes forever! Selection is a bit blah. A place in the middle of town like this should be accustomed to being busy but when they are they almost melt down. I LOVE the TVs here and they seem to have a pretty good sense for what channels to mix in. The patio is nice (except for the fog of cigarette smoke) and the bees flying around. One of the prime locations in Williamsburg should be the ideal location for a well-run sports bar. read more

We were out doing some running around while in Williamsburg and found ourselves over by this BWW and decided to give it a try. The food was the same as any BWW at which you might eat and it was set up pretty much the same. So, in that regard, it lived up to what we had hoped as most of us (wife excluded) are fans of BWW. The service, however, was pretty bad. Our server was named Heidi (according to our receipt) and she was about as apathetic as she could have been. She clearly didn't want to be there. Once she delivered our food, she never came around again until one of my boys flagged her down for a refill. Maybe she was having an off day but she was a poor performer on this day. Overall, I wouldn't return to this location. There are BWW's all over the place and there are many better than this one was on this day. So, we'll stick to those. read more

We came here for a quick dinner. We were told if we sat in the bar area we would be served faster. It took around 30 mins to get some of our food.
