Our first time coming here as long time Buffalo Wild Wings chain fans. Ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer which were great per usual. This is what made us want to come to Buffalo Wild Wings in the first place! Our drinks took a little bit to get to us from the bar with not a huge crowd in the restaurant or the bar. Due to I think our waiter just forgot about our drinks. Which was fixed when they realized and then they were good with refills and when I asked for two waters. Definitely got our moneys worth in wings! We haven't been in a while but the wings tasted different than the usual recipe they have for boneless honey barbecue. Not sure if they changed their recipe. And we both didn't get our sides of carrots and celery and we didn't notice until the end of our meal. But overall I would come back again especially for the cheese curds. read more

I make it a regular point to go see Triple-Crown horse races at this BBW. I always politely ask they put the audio of the horse race on for the mere 2-minutes of the race. There were very few other sports events and during the horse race a lot of people were cheering and enjoying the race. Just once I'd like them to actually put the audio of the race on, it's not that big of an ask. read more

I was told multiple times that my food was "being bagged up". The take-out person was not helpful in the least. An accidental request by a customer to switch the channel on a TV from watching music videos to a football game turns a restaurant to a sports bar it is today. The restaurant has created an atmosphere to get together with your friends, watch sports, drink beer and eat wings. If you beer, sports and wings (depends on your personal taste buds), then this could be the place for you. We were trying to go watch the super bowl this year and decided to go to BWW. We tried to make reservations but the website didn't give us that option so we visited the location in Manchester, CT which was full. So we called in to the Windsor, CT location and drove up there as they had availability with no wait times. I don't drink beer but they have a $3 draft beer that I have been told is pretty decent, the screens had the super bowl game with pretty much all seats having a good view to the screens. However, this is my third visit to this franchise and I'm yet to adapt to the taste of their wings....I just have to say, I have eaten better wings at way too many places to give BWW a better rating. The rating also, included the crowd and the atmosphere that was not on par with my prior experience. However the staff was helpful, patient and friendly both in person and over the phone. Much like another reviewer, our food came out cold. This was a dine in experience so you would expect wings to come out hot. Wings are small and not that great. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they did correct the cold food and remade it and the staff were friendly about it. I went here for the first time, and the mild wings and blue Hawaiian cocktail I got were fantastic!!!!! The waitress Trinity was awesome, she was very helpful and very nice too!!! This BWW gets the wings spot on every time I come in here. I don't have as great luck at other BWW locations but this one is just very consistent and on point. I swear these bone in wings were made at lunchtime , then reheated and served to us at dinner. Traditional wing were barely Luke warm and so dried out I hand to spit out 2 of them . I never heard of chicken jerky before but these dried out little wings fit the bill perfectly. And the boneless rock hard , cold orbs of chicken less soaked in gobs of refrigerated buffalo sauce wings were horrible. After complaining about the heat and condition of their famous wings our answer was , chuckling, oh can I get you some new ones ? NO thank you . You think we want the same clueless , careless , Gordon Ramsey making us more of this sad excuse for food . Came here for a late lunch dinner with the boyfriend we got cheese curds as an appetizer and 20 wings with Parmesan garlic sauce and medium sauce also had samples of the beers house beer wild herd kölsch by goose island beer a Sierra Nevada hazy little thing beer and a Duvel single fermented Belgian golden Ale food was fresh and tasted so good the best of this experience was the service our Waiter Mason was super friendly so helpful choosing flavors for our wings such a nice guy!! We were one if the first to arrive so there was no wait. It did however fill up quickly as it was lunch time. They offer a quick 15 minutes or less lunch menu for anyone in a rush. If it's not to you in 15 minutes it's free. However not available for parties over 5. So we were excluded but the order came in 10 minutes. Two of the orders where missing items but our server was quick to resolve the issue and only took a minute to correct. My dad was pretty tasty even with out dressing. I just used a little of the salsa to dip my chicken in and it worked out perfectly. Good spot for those trying to get in and out. Saw a Bruin playoff game there in May, a ton of people were wearing Bruins jerseys and man, it was loud. I am honestly torn as to how many stars to give this place because it is one of the "go to" places that my brother and I meet for our monthly lunch date. Yes - they are "known" for their wings (boneless and bone-in), variety of sauces and rubs, and beer selection, And Yes - if you have followed their marketing strategy, BWW is trying to corner the market and become "the" place to watch major sporting events. BUT what if you did not want wings, went during lunch on a Wednesday and wanted to have a conversation with your brother. What would your experience be like. It would be like my fellow Yelper Nova G. stated "to many TVs with poor sound, edible food at best, but a very friendly waitstaff." Sorry but during the several times I have eaten there that has been my consistent experience. This past time I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad and my brother ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Our waiter was friendly and food/drinks were promptly brought out. I even appreciated that during our meal the manager was walking around speaking to customers (which was great as it was not that busy). Now on to the food - the chicken salad was passable at best. For $9.49 I could have gotten a better and more filling salad at Subway across the way. Yes the vegetables were fresh but really two rings of onion and four slices of cucumber. The chicken and moist was tender but upon closer inspection, it was not a cut up breast but the texture looked (and ultimately tasted) processed and injected with flavoring to make it seem real. And although I did not taste my brother's Buffalo Chicken sandwich it appearance (1/2 melted cheese gloppy sauce, and smushy bread) was not very appetizing. And the kicker - BWW could not even splurge for an entire pickle spear. All he got was a barely there slice. Again this is a time when I wish Yelp gave 1/2 stars because this BWW would warrant 2.5 stars but I just can't give it 3 stars as there are other places that deserved this rating more.
