This is supposed to be a T-bone steak....

I've emailed them twice and it's been over two and a half weeks with no reply. I ordered a $31 T-bone steak, but half of it was missing. My husband told me to take a picture and send it to them, thinking they'd fix the issue. Yeah, right--still no response to any of my emails.

Can't believe that I never wrote a review. This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. Never had a bad meal here. Love the dim lights and the atmosphere. The drinks are great. I love the 5.99 Texas Margarita. All of the dishes are great, but especially the renegade sirloin with redrock shrimp. You basically get three sides with this meal because the rice is not counted as a side. So much food used with this dish and even used to be a little cheaper back in the day, but still a great deal overall one of the best in the business. So if you're hungry, try this. If you want a better piece of steak you can get the New York strip or prime rib dish I can't come here without starting my meal off with the bread and a cup of the amazing baked potato soup my favorite baked potato soup around Salad is always fresh and cold. Absolutely love this place and just the thing the first time I ever ate here years ago I wasn't a fan now. I can't stop coming back.

Ate here once, long ago. Left such an impression I never went back. Fast forward to now, and we try it again. Our neighbor swears by the place, so maybe things have improved. Ehhhh, maybe. Toast underneath is no longer a side dish, so... ok. They got rid of the toast. A plus! Steak had that chewyness factor going on. Baked potato was undercooked. Wife gave the lobster tail a good review, tender, good flavor. I guess I should have got the lobster tail, but the place has ' steakhouse' in the title so I cant be doing that. The place has that chain feel to it, but was nice enough. The waitress was great anyway, good attitude, great skills. Am I rushing back? Nope. But if I did I would try the cheeseburger while the wife got her lobster tail.

This used to be our local "go to" dinner spot but due to inconsistency (food temp and cooking) we pretty much stopped, except lunch. We decided to give them another try last night and I see why we stopped. The good: my French onion soup and sweet potato side were both awesome! My NY strip, however, was burnt, well done and dry. Barely edible which is why I left half there. I ordered it medium well after being told I couldn't order it "medium +" (between medium & medium well). Clearly should have gone the other way and ordered it medium. She ordered the Longhorn porterhouse also cooked medium well and hers was also over cooked but not as badly or as dry as mine but said it was served cold and still overcooked. Her salad and loaded baked were both good. Our server was a bit cranky. We sit at the bar and have been many, many times including with this server. We arrived 4:30 on Saturday and the bar was near full. The only 2,seats together were at the very end and 1 chair was in front of service bar area. There was another section of the bar with just 1 seat but lots and lots of room (could easily add 2 more chairs) so we asked if we could bring 1 more chair there and she barked "no" at us. Puzzled I asked why....she then said she thought I wanted to bring that chair over to end of bar where there was no room and did a 180 and said yes (reluctantly). We will still come back for their $9.99 lunch burgers (great lunch deal!), but pass on dinner. Even a chain steakhouse should do better and they should be embarrassed serving that piece of dry wood they called a NY strip. I though about saying something but didn't want to be that complainer and wasn't looking for a free meal or waiting 15 minutes for a new steak (if they even offered). We used to love Longhorn but formally put a fork in them last night. They're done! Well....over done!

We wanted steak for our last night before flying home. We know Longhorn fromFlorida and the flavor did not disappoint. What I was surprised at was the lack of training for the staff. Our server was wonderful but woefully under trained. I ordered a bottle of wine and I have never seen a server put the screw through the foil and the try to pull the cork out threw it. No idea how to use the classic bartenders friend classic wine opener. The bottle I ordered was not the bottle she opened but they billed us for the more expensive bottle. Luckily she was so sweet I had to give her a good tip and told her to have her boss refund the price of the bottle to her as well.

The food was delicious, the waitress was lovely, and the drinks were strong! Do yourself a favor and try the cheeseburger!

Food and service is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. I think the serving sizes have gotten smaller and prices have gone up.

They have a small area where you order and a kitchen though I don't think they actually cook most or any of the food here. That being said they may run out of popular items like burnt ends so if you're really craving something in particular you may want to call and confirm they still have it, otherwise you'll have to drive to the Windsor Lock location. They have some picnic tables outside if you'd like to 'dine in' but this location does mostly takeout. From the Texas sausage to the pulled pork, brisket, burnt ends and chicken I've never had a bad meal here. This place is HUGE and has so many different vibes all in one building, which I absolutely love. The drink selection is one of my favorite parts. They have so many beers on tap, plus cider flights, sour flights, beer flights -- all different types of flights if you're like me and enjoy trying a little bit of everything. And if beer isn't your thing, they have cocktails too, so everyone in your group can find something they like. The food is just as impressive. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are AMAZING -- crispy, flavorful, and honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The burgers are delicious, and the desserts? Oh my goodness. The deep-fried Oreos are next-level. Atmosphere is where Elicit really stands out. There's the big open beer hall feel inside, but also different sections depending on what kind of night you're looking for. It can be chill and casual earlier in the evening, then turn into more of a going-out/club vibe later on. There's a cocktail bar upstairs, and as the night goes on the energy really shifts. In the summer they have bands (sometimes outside), a full outdoor bar, a fireplace, two inside bars, a little quieter lounge area with couches, and even a small game room. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs make it convenient, and you can rent rooms for private parties too. I also like how the food ordering works -- they give you a pager and you pick up your food when it's ready. Tables are first come, first serve though, so definitely save your spot because you can lose your seat if you're not careful, especially on busy nights. It does get packed on weekends, so I recommend getting there early if you want a good table for your group. But overall, it's one of my go-to spots in Manchester when I want good drinks, great food, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a place I'll keep going back to -- and those Philly cheesesteak egg rolls will always bring me back.

You can't have a brunch show and no brunch . They did offer a regular menu to order from . The other problem is that there were no servers so we had to order food and go downstairs pick up our own food and. Then bring it back upstairs... which is very annoying if you are going there for a show and have to leave to get food ! Not to mention there was an issue doors were suppose to open at 10 am so we got there early to get seats settle in and order food . However the doors open well after 10:30 . And possibly an issue with the bartenders ( not being available) but they were able to figure that out thankfully by the 11 am show . So a lot of issues .. the show itself was amazing . The food was okay . I did end up getting the grilled chicken sandwich which was good ( nothing amazing ) and the fries were plain no seasoning . 3/5 for the food . The drinks were good ! I ordered the strawberrry Hugo spritz that had elderflower in it which I really enjoyed all flavours were balanced equally (4/5 ) and then I tried the peach hard palmer which I was not a fan off (3/5 ) Drag show 10/10 ! ( highly recommend ) I wish they advertised it a just a drag show and not a brunch + show ( since there was no brunch options ) ! And also a very limited Valentine's Day cocktails ( only one option of a red velvet martini) Overall fun event but need to plan events better if they do plan on hosting and consider adding food specific for the event ( or not advertise as brunch .. if you don't plan on offering brunch food ) !

So we came back. Here's why! Atmosphere/Appearance: Set right in downtown Manchester, CT is this gem. It's near the "beginning" if you're coming from the highway. There's no private parking, but there's plenty of free parking on the street and huge parking lots around the back. That's one reason I love Manchester. If we're coming out here to spend money, don't charge us to park our car so that we CAN go spend money! Lol. Inside is like a bit of a tavern and nothing out of the ordinary. It's a little on the small side so just make sure you get here! Service: Alexis behind the bar took care of us both times and she was awesome. She no longer works there and has moved on to owning her own business so we wish her the best! Food: Wings, wings, wings. Every flavor. You need to have them all. Jerk, Parmesan Garlic, Buffalo Rub, Candied Bacon Rub and Everything But The... I'm so serious when I say this. These are probably the best wings in Manchester. Aside from the flavors themselves, the CHICKEN ITSELF has a smokey flavor that also delivers a crispy skin and juicy inside. My goodness they were so incredible, but my favorite was Everything But The... it's basically Everything Bagel seasoning, but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Value: Get here for happy hour! 3:00pm to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. I actually hate those happy hour hours, 'cause like... don't most people get off at like 5:00pm?! Lol. Regardless, 8 BIG JUICY wings will run you $12.00 and that's actually a VERY good deal for what you get. In conclusion, I loved it here and will come back over and over. Not only is this place awesome, but there is a mission statement created by MACC Charities when they launched their social enterprise, Bistro on Main, their predecessor. They set out to support, train, and provide opportunities for individuals with barriers to stable employment. By offering a jobs training program that would help them develop employable skills. What does this mean to them? While they are not the same organization, they have set out to continue the mission of doing good within the community while also offering an enjoyable dining experience. The goal is to continue to collaborate with those organizations who provide support for individuals in our community with the most need, such as MACC Community Kitchen or similar educational programs. Both on a permanent basis through specific menu items or on a rolling basis. So, ask us what organization we are supporting during your visit!
