I've literally been coming here since I was a kid & now I take my kids here. I always get the Philly cheesesteak & my daughter's favorite is the meat pizza. There was a cheese stretch in every bite! I'm glad to see that this place is still here in this shopping center as I've seen a lot of different businesses come & go throughout the years. The service is always friendly & fast. Small sports bar, & the food still tastes just as good as I remembered as a kid. The food was good but the service seemed like they don't want our business. I walked up to the counter and no one greeted me. I have eaten here before and the same guy was nice so I am not sure what the problem was. However, if it's something to do with race, which it could be, why should I patronize this place. When I told my son, he said he got bad vibes when he want in and he is always polite and just a fresh looking kid so no reason anyone should give him negativity. He's an honor roll student! I dropped in to order a pizza and wings to go. They didn't take long to give me my order. I was disappointed to see a large tip jar next to the register. Why should I tip the person who made my food. I had to stand and wait for it. If I'd been sitting at a table and a food server had brought my food to the table and brought me drinks while periodically checking on me then I'd be delighted to tip. Their pizza was decent, but nothing special. The inside of this restaurant isn't very well kept. Carpeted floors were stained throughout. Exposed wiring. Felt very dingy inside. The men's restroom was disgusting. Honestly the filthiest restaurant bathroom I have ever been in. Smell of urine with a toilet and urinal that have practically never been brushed. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I have ordered here multiple times, but I will never again. The other day I called and paid over the phone giving them all of my debit card info, I stayed on the phone until the employee told me the payment went through. When another employee arrived to my home with the order he stated that the payment did not go through with a problem on their end. I continued to show him the proof of transaction and that the money was taken from my account. When he called the manager the manager was extremely rude and said if we do not let them run the card again they were going to leave with our food. He said the money from the first order would be back in our account the next day, by this time I had waiting an hour for my food so I allowed them to run my card again. I did not get the money back in my account until 4 days later. Due to this being an error on their end I feel they should've at the very least given us a discount. How are you going to arrive with the food I paid for and demand I pay twice for the food? I gave them another try this evening and the employee who took my order was extremely rude and said they couldn't deliver the food because they were busy?! I have been a loyal customer and have tipped them kindly every time. I told him that I live less than a mile away and have had this exact order delivered at least 5 times in the past couple months.. he was very rude and ended up saying he is canceling the order and hung up on me.. All this being said, I truly am a patient person and I have worked in the food service industry myself. I am always kind and respectful and I never am a demanding customer. I rarely even write yelp reviews but this was so disappointing to have multiple experiences of AWFUL customer service. They need to make some major changes in terms of their treatment of customers. I would've continued to spent money at their restaurant but after their terrible service I won't and I advise anyone reading this to order from literally anywhere else. It's not worth it to deal with people who are truly awful and seem miserable to be working at this establishment. Their prices are not that of a fast food restaurant but their customer service and attitude reflects that of a low end fast food restaurant. The wife tried to order a pizza tonight and they said there is a note on our name saying they can't make orders over the phone or online they have to physically come down to put there order in. First your food is not the best by any means at I actually quit ordering from you due to the inconsistency of the food you could taste they left the food uncovered in the refrigerator subpar toppings and now you treat your customers like shit you don't want people money if they complain well here's a big complaint if I could give you zero stars I would learn how to treat your customers better maybe they shouldn't let kids run it. I made an order for delivery and was told 20 mins. After 50 mins I called and they said it was out for delivery. After hour and a half I never received it so I called again. The owner said they were busy and I can cancel or wait another hour! He was very rude about it, tried to say I never gave him an address (even though it was confirmed the other two times I called) but then he started reading out my address proving he had it anyway. I pass this place everyday ! And I must say shame on me for passing it up. I ordered to go buffalo wings, online order specially. The flavor was on point, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Being a cooker though, I noticed the wings were not fresh (only reason for 4 stars). I still enjoyed them, but next time I'll make sure to place order in person and just wait for it. Buffalos pizza USED to be my favorite place to order from and my kids loved them....Unfortunately for us every time we've ordered the last few months my order was wrong. I would call and say next time can you make sure to get it right. Never asked for anything, even though I was charged for topping I'd never get at $2.50 per. This time I called and AGAIN they get it wrong. So I call back and I tell them and ok they'll send a new one, I open my cheese bread and I can see the bread, again! Not enough cheese. So I call back, Brandon the manager is dialing the phone not realizing he answers, then says he will need the pizza back (it had red instead of white sauce) I wasn't going to eat it due to not wanting to be in pain. As I start to talk he hangs up the phone. So I call back, and Brandon is the acting manager and is RUDE!!!! I asked about new management or owner because what ever the change is sucks and he is not a good manager and shouldn't be dealing with complaints. He has an attitude. When I told him I let him know about my previous problems he asked if I called and when I said yes he said who was that manager you talked to cause he wasn't sure if I was telling the truth. He said the owner made some changes, and when I asked for him to bring it to the owner it isn't working he copped even more attitude and said they won't be going anywhere. The only reason they get this many stars is because they have good dough. But for the family and community feel you used to get when paying higher prices. Not worth it anymore. Just order round table and it'll save you a few and they don't normally mess up your order and then cop attitude when you tell them. read more

Ambiance was good. I liked how empty it was on a Saturday afternoon. So we got to play pool. Service was so-so. Now the food...needs help. I tried the bbq wings. Blah. So i was hopeful for the Veggie sandwich being better. Double blah. I was pretty disappointed. I askes for extra avocado and i saw none on my sandwich. They told me it all melted under the cheese. The crust was fresh, toppings fresh, sauce tasty, pizza piping hot. Lasagna was cheesy and saucy came with garlic bread. I made a lasagna sandwich and OH MY GEEZER (Fat girl heaven). I don't want to talk about the wings. If I did they might sale out so I don't want to risk it. The salad was crispy with fresh veggies. This place was amaze balls. If your able you should try them. BEST Greek salad I've had in this area. The dressing is awesome. Love this pizza place. I always do delivery and they're pretty quick. Usually always faster than the estimated time they give me. Their white sauce pizza is so delicious. They never double cut my pizza like I ask but for how good it is I don't really mind. If you need utensils or ranch make sure to let them know.
